RINGKASANNurpitasari, Ida. 2019. Pengaruh Pemberian Norethisterone terhadap Perkembangan Folikel Pada Ovarium Mencit (Mus musculus L.) Galur Balb/c. Skripsi, Jurusan Biologi, Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing: (I) Dra. Amy Tenzer, M.S., (II) Dra. Pemberian senyawa norethisterone dosis 4.55 mg/kg BB mulai menurunkan jumlah folikel primer unilaminar dan dosis 0.65 mg/kg BB mulai menurunkan jumlah folikel de Graaf.SUMMARYNurpitasari, Ida. 2019. Effect of Norethisterone Administration on Ovarian Follicular Development in Mice (Mus musculus L.) Balb/c Strain. Thesis, Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Malang State University. Advisor: (I) Dra. Amy Tenzer, M.S., (II) Dra. Nursasi Handayani, M.Si.Keywords: Norethisterone, Development, Follicles, Ovaries, MiceMenstruation or known as menstruation is the discharge of fluid from the vagina which occurs for about 5−7 days. There are a number of circumstances that allow a woman to delay menstruation or advance her period, one of which is the Hajj and Umrah. Menstruation regulation is done because there are several services that should not be done when women are experiencing menstruation, among others: thawaf, prayer, carrying the Alquran, fasting and staying silent in the mosque. One of the synthetic hormones used to delay menstruation is norethisterone. Norethisterone or norethindrone is a synthetic progestagenic compound used to delay menstruation. This compound can bind to the progesterone receptor in the ovary, causing negative feedback to the hypothalamus in securing GnRH and the anterior pituitary in securing LH and FSH. This hormonal disorder will affect follicle development and ovulation events in the ovary. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of norethisterone administration on ovarian follicular development in mice (Mus musculus L.) Balb/c strain. The type of research conducted includes in an experimental laboratory with Randomized Block Design (RBD). The research was conducted in March − April 2019 at the Laboratory of Surgery for Mice and Laboratory of Animal Development Structures, State University of Malang, as well as the Anatomical Pathology Laboratory, Saiful Anwar Hospital, Malang. The study used five kinds of doses of norethisterone, namely dose 0; 0.65; 3.25; 3.9; and 4.55 mg/kg BB with 5 replications. Giving a solution of norethisterone compound is done by oral gavage of 0.5 ml twice a day for 4 days. Initial treatment is carried out at the final estrus stage. Data obtained by observing and counting the number of ovarian follicles in mice in the incision series of longitudinal ovary series mice include unilaminar primary follicles, multilaminar primary follicles, secondary follicles and tertiary follicles (de Graaf). Data were analyzed by analysis of variance (ANOVA) to determine the effect of norethisterone administration to the number of each ovarian follicle in mice. If the results of the influential analysis are followed by further testing Duncan 's Multiple Range Test (DMRT).The results showed that administration of northisterone compounds starting from 3.25 mg/kg BB had the effect of reducing the number of multilaminar primary follicles and secondary follicles. The administration of norethisterone compound dose 4.55 mg/kg BB began to reduce the number of unilaminar primary follicles and the dose of 0.65 mg/kg BB began to reduce the number of de Graaf follicles

Rivista Internazionale di Studi su Eugenio Montale”, n. 1, 2020, pp. 23-84 [= 61 pp.] Abstract La Farfalla di Dinard (1952) is analyzed here from the perspective of a mystery story, centered on the “saffron-colored butterfly” (identified with Colias crocea, Fourcroy, 1785, also known in France as “Le Souci”) , that is close to dying out in Brittany, bringing a “secret message” from a “you” to Montale. The author of this essay saw numerous “saffron-colored butterflies” on Cinque Terre footpaths (summer 2016), as well as on those of Monterosso, coasting the villas Delle Due Palme and Vecchiona. This shows that the “you” embodied by the Dinard butterfly is Anna degli Uberti – elsewhere called enigmatically by Montale “dead at the age of twenty”, as well as “master of enigmas”. She was already symbolized by a butterfly in other texts revolving around Monterosso (Vecchi versi, L’estate, Dov’era il tennis..., Annetta) and “hidden” in Storie Naturali [II] (1950; Fuori di casa) in Saint-Malo, opposite Dinard, in Brittany, under the protection of Saint Anne. Keywords Eugenio Montale; Farfalla di Dinard (novel); Anna degli Uberti; Colias crocea (Fourcroy, 1785)-“Le Souci”; Storie naturali [II] (Fuori di casa)

In the text, the author takes a closer look at Ida Fink’s symbolic “return” to school. The writer, who had to abandon her studies in piano at the Lwów Conservatoire as a result of theThird Reich’s attack on the USSR in 1941, since the end of 1990s has been a frequent presence on Polish school curricula and exams. The essay analyses the very manner in which her works appear within the school canon, student’s books, as well as the Matura examination sheets. What is more, some of the rudimentary biographical mistakes and simplifications are reviewed in the text. Ida Fink’s case analysis also formed a basis for a wider glance at the evolution of the Shoah theme’s presence in Polish school. In the text, the author takes a closer look at Ida Fink’s symbolic “return” to school.
