Penelitian ini membahas tentang Strategi Pemasaran Produk Bank Syariah PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Palopo. penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisa strategi pemasaran yang di lakukan oleh Bank Muamalat, dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk Bank Syariah di kota Palopo dan mengatahui hambatan yang dihadapi Bank muamalat KCP Palopo dalam melakukan pemasaran di kota Palopo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang memfokuskan pada analisis strategi pemasaran yang di Bank muamalat KCP Palopo dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk nya. Lokasi penelitian ini bertempat di PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Palopo. Adapun sumber data dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua yaitu data utama (primer) dan data tambahan (sekunder) dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui cara pengamatan (observasi), wawancara dan yang terakhir dokumantasi. Sedangkan uji yang dilakukan untuk mengetahuai keabsahan data adalah kredibiltas, transferbilitas, dependabilitas dan objekvitas dengan menggunakan analisis data penelitian dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Strategi pemasaran produk Bank Syariah yang dilakukan PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Palopo adalah bauran pemasaran (marketing mix) yaitu dengan 7P (Product,Price,Place,Promotion,Physical Evidence,People dan Process). Akan tetapi Strategi bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCP Palopo pada masa pandemi Covid-19 lebih menekankan pada aspek product, promotions and process. Kendala dalam memasarkan produk PT. Muamalat KCP Palopo yaitu Kurangnya Pengetahuan dan pemahaman Masyarakat dan Persaingan antar Bank konvensional maupun Bank Syariah.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

This research is motivated by researchers who incidentally are basketball players, researchers know what problems exist in extracurricular members at SDN Sindangraja. The problem is the lack of speed and agility in the basketball extracurricular members of SDN Sindangraja so that it affects their dribbling skills. The method used in this research is correlation research. This research was conducted at SDN Sindangraja. With the object of research 30 extracurricular members of SDN Sindangraja. The instruments used in the study were the Slalom Dribble test and the Illinois Agility test. The results showed that there was a relationship between speed and agility with dribbling skills. This can be seen from several series of calculation techniques that researchers have done. The data analysis technique is normality test with a value of 0.016 > 0.05, the data is normally distributed. In the linearity test, it is known that the sig deviation from linearity result is 0.408> 0.05, so there is a linear relationship. Finally, the hypothesis test obtained a sig value of 0.001. Which means the value of sig 0.001 is smaller than 0.05 and it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between speed and agility on dribbling skills in basketball extracurricular members of SDN Sindangraja.

Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Departemen Pedagogik, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia.
Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan pembelajaran siswa yang awalnya dilakukan secara tatap muka (offline) dialihkan menjadi pembelajaran online, kebanyakan pembelajaran online dilakukan dengan menggunakan media video conference. Berbeda hal nya di TK Harapan Ibu yang menggnakan media video yang dikirimkan melalui WhatsApp Grup. Hal tersebut menarik bagi peneliti karena yang baru di dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pandangan orang tua mengenai pemberian media video dalam pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. 4 orang tua menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini dan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa media video pembelajaran yang diberikan sudah sesuai dengan skema pembelajaran, video pembelajaran dibuat secara menarik selain itu videonya aplikatif dan bisa memotivasi anak dalam pembelajaran akan tetapi dikarenakan kurangnya kesiapan orang tua dalam mendampingi pembelajaran anak, perkembangan anak ketika belajar online dirasa kurang dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara offline. Beberapa aspek perkembangan yang berkembang dengan cukup baik antara lain perkembangan agama, kognitif dan bahasa. Sementara perkembangan seni, fisik motorik dan sosial emosi dirasa kurang optimal. Peneliti merekomendasikan agar orangtua dan guru berkolaborasi lebih baik lagi agar perkembangan dapat tercapai.

Parents' Views On The Use of Video Media In Online Learning In Harapan Ibu Kindergarten (Case Study Research Against Parents In Harapan Ibu Kindergarten ) Early Childhood Education Study Program, Pedagogical Department, Faculty of Education, Indonesia University of Education.
The Covid-19 pandemic caused student learning that was initially done face-to-face (offline) to be diverted into online learning, most online learning was done using video conference media. Different things in Harapan Ibu kindergarten who uses video media sent through WhatsApp Group. This is interesting for researchers because of the new ones in early childhood education. The purpose of this study is to find out the views of parents regarding the provision of video media in online learning. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods. Four parents were participants in the study and data retrieval techniques using interviews. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that the learning video provide is in accordance with the learning scheme, learning videos are made intresingly in addition to the video application and can motivate children in larning, but due to the lack of readiness of parents in accompanying children's learning, children's development when learning online is felt less than learning done offline. Some aspects of development that develop quite well include religious, cognitive and language development. While the development of art, physical motoric and social emotions is considered less than optimal. Researchers recommend that parents and teachers collaborate better so that development can be achieved.

Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. Full text linkSchool canteens are said to play a vital role in producing and managing healthy food for students and school children. However, there are still no specific regulations that cover these matters. This research will focus on the needs to implement or to convert rules on school canteen guidelines into law in order to give more authoritative effect to ensure compliance. Apart from that, it will generally touch on the issue of food poisoning and hygiene with the suggested solution to overcome problems or to highlight the seriousness of this issue. It is also hoped that this research will increase knowledge and understanding on the issues regarding cleanliness and hygiene of the school canteen. It is aimed to discover a better solution on how to standardize the regulation in all school canteens in Malaysia to lead it to better management and to decrease the issues of food poisoning and the issue of hygiene to ensure the safety of the schoolchildren
