No full textThis report provides an overview of the most significant insights and experiences acquired during an internship at Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang (JAIP). The internship lasted from March 1st to August 15th, 2025, and was intended to provide administrative and human resource experience and learning opportunities. The primary objective of the internship was to increase knowledge, cultivate practical skills, and acquire hands-on industry experience. Throughout the internship, many projects and tasks were conducted to attain these objectives, allowing me to learn the dynamics of the industry and the real-world application of theoretical concepts. During the internship, I gained practical business administration and management skills, such as recruitment, data record management, and human resource management, through hands-on experience and advice from mentors and coworkers. The internship allowed me to apply classroom information to real-world situations. Initially, adjusting to the new atmosphere and work nature was difficult. However, I finally adapted and continued to learn from my colleagues at Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang (JAIP). Furthermore, I can enhance my self-confidence and duties towards the tasks assigned to me during the internship period. This can be viewed as preparation for my future job path. This internship at Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang (JAIP) provides me with various work experiences, work cultures, and work ideas that will help me begin my future career path. After the internship training, the student will better adapt to and prepare for the natural working environment
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDFThe zakat institution is an intermediary between payer and recipient of zakat and it plays an important role for quoting and distributing zakat efficiently. This study will review interview research on: (1) the concept of zakat distribution among asnaf fakir miskin in Penang, (2) the criteria selected by zakat management among asnaf fakir miskin in Penang, (3) the achievement by relief of asnaf fakir miskin in Penang. This qualitative method study collected data through interview research to achieve the above objectives. Based on the data from the respondent and the hand-out provided by institution Zakat Pulau Pinang (ZPP) , it is found that concept distribution among asnaf fakir miskin were implement in ZPP which is all the assistances provided depend had kifayah that are guidelines in the Zakat Pulau Pinang (ZPP). Had kifayah is the minimum rate or amount given to one asnaf. Had kifayah is the minimum level of self-determination and the level of entitlement of zakat recipients by taking into account the differences in places, times, needs and socioeconomic conditions.
However, researcher tend to propose that several requirement need to acquire in criteria selection by ZPP, first must comply with the limits of kifayah (haddul kifayah) in Penang is RM1600 and below and the main must be Muslim and they will also see at least three (3) children in school. In addition, the receiver Malaysia citizen, residing in Penang at least 3 years and not receive any assistance from other agencies or insufficient are qualify the requirement

Learning Process
Every students learn different from the other in the way they learn English.
This study deals with students’ learning styles. It is aimed to describe the type of
students’ learning style, and how the teacher accommodates the students’ learning
styles. This research was carried by using descriptive qualitative. The researcher
used questionare and interview in collecting data.The data from documentation
are classified into three types of learning style. There are visual style, auditory
style, and kinesthetic style. The researcher observed at the second grade students
of SMPN 1 Bengkalis. The researcher found different learning style on students.
The total of visual learners are 58,6%, and the kinaesthetic learners are 21,8%,
and auditory learners are 19,5%. This research showed that the teacher
accommodates students based on their learning styles by using different kind of
technique such as discussion, role play, jigsaw, sing a song, and game. The
teacher also uses some mediain English learning such as pictures and flashcard of
English vocabularies.
