No full textPada penelitian ini, telah didesain Siklus Waste Heat Recovery Power Generation
(WHRPG) dan Siklus Rankine Organik (SRO) untuk membangkitkan energi listrik
dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Aspen Plus® V.10, dan juga dilakukan
perhitungan LCOE dari listrik yang dihasilkan oleh masing-masing siklus. SRO
dibagi menjadi dua model yaitu SRO sederhana dan SRO dengan recuperator untuk
mendapatkan desain terbaik. Dari 3 skenario simulasi yang dilakukan, daya listrik
yang dapat dihasilkan oleh masing-masing siklus dengan memanfaatkan panas yang
terbuang dari proses produksi semen setelah dikalikan dengan efisiensi generator
yaitu, Siklus WHRPG mengasilkan 2,76 MW, SRO sederhana menghasilkan 3,391
MW, dan SRO dengan recuperator menghasilkan daya tertinggi yaitu 3,635 MW.
Sedangkan jika ditinjau dari segi Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE), dari 3
skenario simulasi yang dilakukan, didapatkan harga listrik yang dihasilkan oleh
masing-masing siklus untuk dapat menutupi seluruh biaya pada siklus pembangkit
listrik tersebut sebesar Rp.4.978,8 /kWh untuk Siklus WHRPG, Rp. 3.542,6 /kWh
untuk SRO sederhana, dan Rp. 3.519,8 /kWh untuk SRO dengan recuperator.In this research, It has designed the Waste Heat Recovery Power Generation
(WHRPG) cycle and Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC) to generate electrical energy
by using Aspen Plus® V.10 software, as well as LCOE calculations of the
electricity generated by each cycle. ORC is divided into two models namely simple
ORC and ORC with recuperator to get the best design. Of the 3 simulation scenarios
performed, the electrical power that can be generated by each cycle by utilizing the
heat wasted from the cement production process after multiplied by the generator
efficiency is, WHRPG cycle produces 2,76 MW, simple ORC produces 3,391 MW,
and ORC with recuperator produces the highest power of 3,635 MW. Meanwhile,
in terms of Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE), from 3 simulation scenarios
conducted, obtained the price of electricity generated by each cycle to be able to
cover the entire cost of the power plant cycle is Rp. 4.978,8 / kWh for WHRPG

Sailing will be able to reach its destination safely and safely if the food is well supplied, foodstuffs are the main ingredients to be aware of its existence. To maintain the quality and quantity of food on board, one of them can use the food cooling system. Refrigerator is a machine that serves to cool and preserve food. The purpose of this study is to be able to find out what influences the compressor's performance degradation of the cooling machine in MV.Energy Prosperity by using SWOT method which results in factors that may affect the compressor's performance degradation when the compressor operates and stops too often, decreases compression pressure and also the suction pressure is too low. In this study, the authors used a descriptive qualitative method using subapplication of the authors to limit factors that may affect the decrease of compressor performance to the cooling machine. After the authors make observations of the factors above can the author convey as follows. The effect of decreasing compressor performance on cooling machine is decreasing compression pressure on the compressor due to broken piston rings and worn cylinder liner wall can cause compression pressure to decrease. So that required the maintenance of a routine and well-planned degan good proes pressure perfect compression. And hopefully this thesis is useful for the compression system on the compressor in case of damage.

No full textHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran baca tulis al-Qur’an pada SD Inpres 12/79 Toro Kabupaten Bone adalah strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dan inkuiri. Strategi pembelajaran
ekspositori digunakan oleh semua guru baca tulis al-Qur’an pada SD Inpres 12/79 Toro Kabupaten Bone. Sedangkan strategi pembelajaran inkuiri hanya digunakan
oleh Agil Tamrin. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung strategi pembelajaran baca tulis al-Qur’an pada SD Inpres 12/79 Toro Kabupaten Bone adalah kepala sekolah beserta guru-guru, guru baca tulis al-Qur’an, keterlibatan orang tua peserta didik, dan kecanggihan teknologi. Sedangkan faktor-faktor yang menghambat adalah kurangnya buku bacaan peserta didik, perbedaan karakter peserta didik, kurangnya alokasi waktu pembelajaran dan kurangnya kedisiplinan peserta didik. Adapun solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan-hambatan tersebut, guru baca tulis al-Qur’an menambah sarana belajar, mengelompokkan peserta didik, mengaktifkan kegiatan ekstakurikuler, dan memberi tugas tambahan kepada peserta didik. Dengan melihat kemampuan peserta didik dalam membaca dan menulis al-Qur’an, maka pembelajaran baca tulis al-Quran SD Inpres 12/79 Toro Kabupaten Bone merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Timur Kabupaten Bone. Dengan rata-rata hasil belajar SKI peserta didik pada
kelas yang tanpa menggunakan Metode membaca bermakna adalah 77, 07 dan
masuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. Sedangkan hasil belajar SKI peserta didik pada
kelas yang diajar dengan menggunakan metode membaca bermakna adalah 83.52
dan masuk ke dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil statistik inferensial dengan
menggunakan SPSS versi 21 diperoleh nilai Sig( 2. Tailed ) < a atau (0,001 <
0,05), maka berdasarkan kriteria pengujian dapat dikatakan bahwa metode
membaca bermakna sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta

Optimasi Penjadwalan Proyek Pembangunan Jalan dengan Metode PERT dan CPM

the project, because the project is the smallest developmental unit. Similarly
within the scope of the company, the development of the company also starts from
the project activities, such as plant construction projects, new product
development projects or other projects. In this paper the author can planning
techniques with network work (network planning) as one of the models that will
be used in the implementation of road construction projects in PT. Karya Muda
Nasional. The two planning techniques used by the author are PERT and CPM.
Both of these techniques are used by the Author to optimize the construction of
road construction projects, where the author examines issues related to time.
PERT and CPM used to complement each other. By comparing the actual
situation and the plan, it can be seen whether the progress of the project is on
schedule or delayed.Pembangunan ekonomi negara tidak terlepas dari kegiatan-kegiatan berupa
proyek, karena proyek merupakan unit pembangunan yang paling kecil. Demikian
pula dalam ruang lingkup perusahaan, pengembangan perusahaan juga dimulai
dari kegiatan-kegiatan proyek, misalnya proyek pembangunan pabrik, proyek
pengembangan produk baru atau proyek lainnya. Dalam tulisan ini Penulis
meggunakan teknik perencanaan dengan jaringan kerja (network planning)
sebagai salah satu model yang akan digunakan dalam penyelenggaraan proyek
pembangunan jalan di PT. Karya Muda Nasional. Dua teknik perencanaan yang
dipakai Penulis adalah PERT dan CPM. Kedua teknik ini digunakan Penulis
untuk mengoptimalkan proyek konstruksi pembangunan jalan, dimana Penulis
mengkaji masalah yang berkaitan dengan waktu. PERT dan CPM dipakai secara
bersamaan untuk saling melengkapi. Dengan membandingkan antara keadaan
nyata dan rencana, dapat diketahui apakah progres dari proyek yang bersangkutan

PENGARUH TOTAL QUALITY SERVICE DAN KEPUASAN PASIEN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI RSUD LASINRANG KABUPATEN PINRANG
No full textThis study aims to determine the Influence of Total Quality Service and Patient Satisfaction on the Performance of Employees at Lasinrang Hospital, Pinrang Regency. This study uses a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population of this study were patients who had visited Lasinrang Hospital more than once with a sample of 94 respondents, obtained through a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, normality, and multiple regression tests. With data management using SPSS version 22. The results of the study showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, patient satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended for the management of Lasinrang Hospital to continue to improve the quality of service and patient satisfaction in order to support improved employee performance, which in turn can improve the quality of hospital services as a whole.

Penelitian ini menggunakan motode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif kausal. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pasien yang telah berkunjung lebih dari satu kali ke RSUD Lasinrang dengan sampel sebanyak 94 responden, yang didapatkan melalui metode teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, dan regresi berganda. Dengan mengelola data menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa quality service berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan pasien berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bagi manajemen RSUD Lasinrang untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pasien guna mendukung peningkatan kinerja pegawai, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit secara keseluruhan.
