    This study wants to see how important the ijtihad by Muhammad Iqbal is on religious knowledge and experience which often causes conflicts of thought among Western and Islamic intellectuals. In his reform efforts, Iqbal focused his attention on the formation of Muslim personalities, through the concept of ego or khudi (personal, self, self-hod). In this context, this article also wants to discuss in detail the implications of Iqbal\u27s thoughts for theology and poverty. This is important, because according to Iqbal, Islamic theology has been stagnant for about 500 years. So that the space for ijtihad is not very developed, and causes Muslims to fall into poverty. It is necessary to review Iqbal\u27s thoughts about insan kamil (perfect human) which can only be achieved if it has passed three phases, namely obedience to the law, self-control, and awareness as God\u27s representative. This research is also in the form of library research on the concept of ijtihad in Muhammad Iqbal\u27s Islamic perspective. As an analytical tool, the author uses a historical-philosophical approach that relates to the history and thoughts of a person who has a deeper and comprehensive meaning. This paper concludes, first, the ijtihad carried out by Muhammad Iqbal is centered on Islamic sciences, such as theology, Sufism, interpretation and so on which have an impact on religious experience, thought, and the formation of good individuals in Islamic society. Second, consistent with the above ijtihad, Muhammad Iqbal formulated the concept of khudi and insan kamil. The concept of insan kamil Iqbal is a further development of the concept of khudi. Therefore, the author synthesizes the two concepts as a subtilization or importance of ijtihad in Muhammad Iqbal\u27s religious perspective

    Pembahasan Nur Muhammad telah ada sejak abad kedua Hijriyah. Tidak hanya oleh madzhab keagamaan tertentu dan para sufi, tetapi juga para mufassir. Hal ini tidak terlepas dari tafsir sufistik yang pada saat itu mulai bermunculan, karena melihat pentingnya sisi esoterik dan eksoterik dalam penafsiran al-Qur’an, sehingga hasilnya dapat menyentul wilayah hakikat sekaligus syariah. Ibnu ‘Arabi sebagai sufi sekaligus mufassir, mampu menghasilkan penafsiran tentang Nur Muhammad secara komprehensif. Penelitian ini secara spesifik akan menjawab rumusan masalah yang penulis kemukakan, di antaranya: Bagaimana penafsiran Ibnu ‘Arabi tentang Nur Muhammad dalam Tafsirnya? Dan Bagaimana implementasi penafsiran Ibnu ‘Arabi tentang Nur Muhammad dalam konteks kekinian? Oleh karena itu, penulis menggunakan content analisis sebagai metode penelitian, serta alat bantu analisis berupa hermeneutika untuk menjawab kontekstualisasi penafsiran Ibnu ‘Arabi tentang Nur Muhammad dalam konteks kekinian. Adapun hasil penelitiannya adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, Ibnu ‘Arabi berpendapat bahwa kata nūr di dalam al-Qur’an ada beberapa pengertian, yaitu pemberi hidayah, pemberi cahaya, penghias, yang dzahir atau tampak jelas, pemilik cahaya, dan cahaya tetapi bukan cahaya yang biasa dikenal. Di samping itu, ada pengertian lain menurut Ibnu ‘Arabi bahwa nūr di dalam al-Qur’an dalam ayat-ayat tertentu dengan istilah Nur Muhammad. Ibnu ‘Arabi juga menyebut Nur Muhammad dengan istilah rūh al-‘alam. Menurut Ibnu ‘Arabi, konsep Nur Muhammad merupakan tajalli (penampakan) Allah yang menjelma dalam Nur Muhammad, dan dari sanalah awal mula segala penciptaan di dalam semesta. Penafsiran Ibnu ‘Arabi tentang Nur Muhammad dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, di antaranya faktor historis, sosiologis, dan filosofis. Dari sisi historis, Ibnu ‘Arabi dipengaruhi oleh para guru sufinya serta ilham yang beliau dapatkan dari mimpi-mimpinya. Dari sisi sosiologis, karena Ibnu ‘Arabi ingin memadukan penafsiran secara esoterik dan eksoterik, sehingga mampu menjawab problem sosial yang terjadi di dalam masyarakat. Dari sisi filosofis, Ibnu ‘Arabi ingin memadukan trilogi ajaran Islam, yakni iman, Islam, dan ihsan. Sebab menurutnya, tasawuf tidak hanya ada di dalam al-Qur’an, tetapi seluruh ayat al-Qur’an mengandung tasawuf, aqidah, dan sekaligus syari’ah. Kedua, dalam konteks kekinian seharusnya Nur Muhammad juga memiliki andil penting dalam kehidupan, tidak hanya menjadi pemikiran yang hanya terbukukan dalam tumpukan sejarah. Setiap manusia perlu melakukan segala daya dan upaya untuk mengimplementasikan makna Nur Muhammad, yaitu menjadi Insan Kamil, dalam pengertian yang sebaik-baiknya. Bagi orang yang menempuh jalan sufi, mereka dapat mengikuti jalan tarekat (thariqah). Tarekat diartikan sebagai sebuah metode, cara, atau jalan yang ditempuh sufi menuju pencapaian spiritual tertinggi, pensucian diri, pensucian jiwa, dalam bentuk dzikir kepada Allah. Sedangkan bagi manusia secara umum, yang harus dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan potensi Nur Muhammad adalah dengan menyembah Allah dengan sebenar-benarnya serta tidak berbuat syirik. Setiap manusia harus mampu mengontrol diri untuk tidak berbuat kerusakan di muka bumi. Sebab, menyembah atau sujud kepada Allah juga harus dibarengi dengan perbuatan yang adil dan ihsan. Hal ini berkaitan erat dengan kehidupan sosial bermasyarakat, baik itu dalam hal ekonomi, politik, dan lain sebagainya. Setiap hamba harus mengontrol diri untuk tidak terjerumus ke dalam perbuatan yang menimbulkan kerugian bagi sesamanya.   ABSTRACT: Nur Muhammad's discussion has been around since the second century Hijriyah. Not only by certain religious madzhab and Sufis, but also interpretators. This is inseparable from the sufistic interpretation that at that time began to emerge, because it saw the importance of esoteric and exotic sides in the interpretation of the Qur'an, so that the results can reflect the area of nature as well as sharia. Ibn 'Arabi as a Sufi as well as interpretator, was able to produce a comprehensive interpretation of Nur Muhammad. This research will specifically answer the formulation of problems that the author put forward, including: How is ibn 'Arabi's interpretation of Nur Muhammad in his interpretary? And how is the implementation of Ibn 'Arabi's interpretation of Nur Muhammad in the current context? Therefore, the author uses analytical content as a research method, as well as analytical tools in the form of hermeneutics to answer the contextualization of Ibn 'Arabi's interpretation of Nur Muhammad in the current context. The results of his research are as follows: First, Ibn 'Arabi argued that the word nūr in the Qur'an there are several meanings, namely the giver of guidance, light giver, decorator, who dzahir or clearly visible, the owner of light, and light but not the light commonly known. In addition, there is another sense according to Ibn 'Arabi that nūr in the Qur'anin certain verses with the term Nur Muhammad. Ibn 'Arabi also mentions Nur Muhammad with the term rūh al-'alam. According to Ibn 'Arabi, the concept of Nur Muhammad is the tajalli (appearance) of God incarnated in Nur Muhammad, and from there the beginning of all creation in the universe. Ibn 'Arabi's interpretation of Nur Muhammad was influenced by several factors, including historical, sociological, and philosophical factors. Historically, Ibn 'Arabi was influenced by his Sufi teachers and the inspiration he got from his dreams. From the sociological side, because Ibn 'Arabi wanted to combine esoteric and exotic interpretations, so as to be able to answer social problems that occurred in society. Philosophically, Ibn 'Arabi wanted to combine a trilogy of Islamic teachings, namely faith, Islam, and ihsan. For according to him, Sufism is not only in the Qur'an, but all verses of the Qur'an contain Sufism, aqidah, and at the same time shari'ah. Second, in the current context Nur Muhammad should also have an important role in life, not only be a thoughtthat is onlyburiedin the pileof history. Every human being needs to do all the power and effort to implement the meaning of Nur Muhammad, namely to be Insan Kamil, in the best sense possible. For people who follow the Sufi path, they can follow the path of order(thariqah). Tarekat is defined as a method, way, or path taken by Sufis to the highest spiritual achievement, self-purification, sanctification of the soul, in the form of dzikr to God. While bagi man in general, what must be done to maximize the potential of Nur Muhammad is to worship God in real time and notto associate. Every human being must be able to control himself not to do corruption in the earth. And who is more unjust than he who worships Allah, and is a witness against you, and turns back on you, and turns your backs on you, and turns your backs on you, and has no helper over It is closely related to social life in society, be it in economic, political, and so forth.     PT Great Giant Pineapple adalah salah satu perusahaan penghasil olahan nanas yang terletak di provinsi Lampung. Setiap tahun PT Great Giant Pineapple mengalami peningkatan hasil produksi, hingga saat ini memiliki 23 line produksi. Oleh sebab itu, perusahaan memerlukan alokasi tenaga kerja untuk dapat menunjang produksinya, Pada lini produksi cannery sendiri memiliki hampir 80% pekerja dari keseluruhan karyawan perusahaan. Berdasarkan pengamatan awal di lini produksi, terdapat proses produksi yang menghasilkan idle pekerja dan potensi bottleneck. Proses idle yang terjadi disebabkan pekerja yang tidak dapat menyelesaikan proses sebelumnya secara tepat waktu. Idle terjadi pada proses sortir nanas choice dan standar, penyusunan nampan nanas pada pallet. Sedangkan bottleneck ditemukan pada proses poking. Aktivitas idle dan bottleneck tersebut dapat dikategorikan sebagai aktivitas non produktif yang dapat berpengaruh pada output perusahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan perhitungan waktu standar, output standar dan pemetaan gang process chart untuk menentukan alokasi tenaga kerja yang optimal dengan tujuan mengurangi waktu idle. Tahap awal yang dilakukan yakni pengambilan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer yang diambil yakni data flow process dari raw material hingga finish good, waktu proses produksi, jumlah stasiun kerja dan jumlah pekerja. Sedangkan data sekunder yang diambil berkaitan dengan informasi perusahaan klasifikasi ukuran buah nanas, data hasil produksi, dan tipe kaleng nanas yang di produksi. Data waktu proses produksi kemudian dilakukan uji kenormalan, keseragaman, dan kecukupan data. Setelah itu dilakukan penentuan performance rating dan allowance. Data waktu kemudian diolah untuk menghitung waktu normal, waktu standar, dan output standar. Dilanjutkan dengan pemetaan kondisi eksisting dan perhitungan utilisasi pekerja pada setiap proses. Hasilnya akan didapatkan skenario perbaikan menggunakan gang chart process. Hasil dari penelitian yakni rekomendasi perbaikan dengan cara menggabungkan antar proses produksi. Proses sortir nanas choice dan standard digabungkan dengan proses penyusunan komposisi dan proses penyusunan nanas kaleng pada nampan digabungkan dengan penyusunan nampan pada palet. Cara ini dapat mengurangi idle yang terjadi sebesar 9-10 detik untuk memproses 1 buah nanas sampai menjadi produk nanas kaleng dan mengurangi jumlah pekerja pada proses sortir dan penyusunan sebanyak 8 pekerja. Pekerja yang dikurangi dapat dialokasikan pada proses poking untuk menghilangkan penumpukan yang terjadi pada proses poking. Setelah dilakukan hasil skenario perbaikan utilitas pekerja menjadi meningkat hingga mencapai 90% dan tidak terjadi penumpukan buah pada proses poking

    PhDThis study is undertaken on the premise that Islam and Islamic law is to be taken into serious consideration in any future legislative reform of laws in Malaysia. Islam being the religion of the country and the strong religious sentiment of the Muslims (who form the majority in Malaysia) cannot be overlooked or dismissed lightly by the legislators in Malaysia. Reformation of intellectual property laws is timely, as we are now approaching to the dateline set by GATF-Trips agreement which aim is to improve our standard of intellectual property protection. This study seeks to analyze and evaluate the current legislation pertaining to intellectual property in Malaysia in terms of the philosophy and rules governing the existence, ownership and exercise of these rights and their consistency and inconsistency with Islam and Islamic law. The main objective of this study is to prove that a coherent and logical conceptual framework of ownership of intellectual property can be derived from an Islamic perspective which not only offers the basis of rights but also defines the scope of these rights. From the point of ownership of rights, support can be obtained from the normative framework of property rights within the traditional classification of 'mal' (property) and 'haqq al-milkiyyah' (ownership rights) under Islamic law. From the point of exercise of rights, the exact scope can be defined from the analysis of fundamental concepts which have been developed by Muslim jurists. It has been established that Islam and Islamic law offers a sound and systematic paradigm, which in deeper analysis, can satisfy both our current obligations under international treatises, as well as our responsibility to practise our religion to the fullest

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the transformation innovation of MAN Insan Cendekia as a superior madrasah. The method used by the author in this study is the library research approach. In this method, data is collected through a review of literature or library studies are analyzed and presented in the discussion. The results of the study indicate that MAN Insan Cendekia is an example of a madrasah that focuses on the development of science and technology, as well as religion. It is under the auspices of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion and aims to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. In the 21st century, MAN has developed itself as a superior madrasah that offers better and broader education, and has more modern and complete facilities. In the 21st century, MAN IC has become an example of a superior madrasah that has developed itself as a more modern and more complete educational institution, and has better facilities to support the teaching and learning process. Thus, MAN IC has become a good example for other madrasahs in Indonesia

Microsoft Word dan Excel yang tergabung dalam Microsoft Office adalah salah satu dari sekian banyak aplikasi yang memudahkan kita pada saat akan membuat dokumen seperti surat lamaran kerja, karya ilmiah, dan lain sebagainya. Maka berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, kami mengajukan Pelatihan Microsoft Office Word dan Excel pada Yayasan Kasih Insan Timur Amanah KITA FOUNDATION. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Metode Presentasi dan Praktik. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini berlangsung lancar, tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Terbukti dari Antusiasme para peserta dapat dilihat dari respons para peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan.     This paper was submitted to the symposium held by the Islamic Organization for Medical Sciences (IOMS) in Kuwait during the period 18-21 April 1987 on some medical practices from an Islamic ethical perspective. The author argues that selling human organs is unanimously forbidden in Islam even in the case of necessity. However, donating organs is an ethical deed from an Islamic perspective. He quotes the fatwa of the late Grand Imam of al-Azhar, Shaykh Jad al-Haqq, which was in favor of organ donation. The paper also makes reference to the anti-organ donation fatwa issued by the late Egyptian scholar, Shaykh al-Sha'rawi

    Development of android media in invertebrate learning

    The development of android media for invertebrate material in biology lessons has not been carried out and needs to be optimized. The research aims to develop android media for invertebrate learning. This type of research is research and development using the Plomp and Nieveen development model, which is limited to the prototyping phase, and formative evaluation based on Tessmer which consists of self-evaluation, expert opinion, individual testing, small group testing, and field testing. The research subjects consisted of 3 experts and 30 students who had programmed the Invertebrates course for individual tests, small group tests, and field tests. The research instruments include validation sheets and essay-based tests. The acquired data was subjected to descriptive analysis. The validation of Android media shows that the media is suitable for use with an average of 72, practicality testing shows the ease of the learning process with an average of 94, effectiveness testing before using Android media is 32 and after using Android media is 87. The conclusion is that the Android media developed is valid, practical, and effective and can be used for the learning process. Furthermore, tests can be carried out on a wider scale to obtain more homogeneous data

    This paper is a study of the philosophy of Islamic education that seeks to formulate the concept of the purpose of Islamic education by examining the essential thing in the educational process, namely, humans. Referring to the main guideline for all forms of Islamic activity, namely the Qur\u27an, is the main source of this study. To limit the scope of the study, the author limits human verses that contain the sentence Human; then, to understand the meaning of the verses being studied, the author conducts an interpretive study of Prof. Hamka, Tafsir al-Azhar. The research paradigm is qualitative, and the type of research is library research with a philosophical approach. The analytical method that the author uses is content analysis to reveal the content of the message contained in the data source in this study, namely al-Azhar\u27s interpretation. The research findings show that human nature lies in the potential or innate character possessed, namely Positive Potential and Negative Potential. In the process of education, all these potentials can be trained so that humans remain on the path of their creation goal. The goal of Islamic education that is needed is an integrated education. Education that is integrated between science (intellectual), faith (spiritual) and morals and morals (emotional). Not education that focuses on one of the potentials contained in human
