Analisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan terhadap toko industri/toko roti di Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memperjelas hubungan atau pengaruh yang ada antar variabel yang diteliti. Jenis data menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner. Responden penelitian ini adalah pelanggan industri/toko roti di Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 2.400 orang yang diambil dengan teknik penilaian (purposive sampling). Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan mean, tabel distribusi frekuensi, dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, secara simultan kualitas produk, kualitas layanan, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan industri/toko roti di Kota Bengkulu. Selanjutnya, secara parsial kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan industri/toko kue di Kota Bengkulu, sedangkan harga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan industri/toko roti di kota Bengkulu
KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SMARTPHONE SAMSUNG: PERAN BRAND TRUST DAN BRAND IMAGE DALAM PERSPEKTIF MAHASISWA UT BENGKULU
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh brand trust dan brand image terhadap kepuasan konsumen smartphone Samsung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian descriptive research yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan atau pengaruh yang terdapat di antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa UT Bengkulu yang menggunakan produk smartphone Samsung berjumlah 120 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel judgemental (purposive). Metode pengumpulan data digunakan kuesioner/ angket dengan metode analisis yang regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand trust danbrand image secara simultan (bersama-sama) dan parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Artinya, bahwa semakin baik kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap merek perusahaan maka semakin puas konsumen dengan produk smartphone Samsung. Begitu juga dengan brand image, jika semakin baik citra merek produk maka semakin puas konsumen dengan produk smartphone Samsung.Kata kunci: Brand Trust, Brand Image, Kepuasan Konsume
ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN SELF ESTEEM SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi Pada Perusahaan Perkebunan di Provinsi Bengkulu)
The objective of this research is to test the effect of compensation toward employee performance with self esteem as intervening variable. This study is a descriptive research which aims to clarify the relationship or influence that exist between the variables studied. The type of data used a primary data that is collected from questionnaires. Respondents of this study is the employees of plantation company in Bengkulu Province as many 196 people were taken with the judgemental (purposive sampling) technique. The methods of data analysis used are descriptive analysis by using the mean, frequency distribution table and regression analysis. The based on result of analysis, obtained result that: 1). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the employee's self esteem. This means that the higher the employee's compensation, the employee self esteem will also be higher; 2). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the employee's compensation the employee's performance will also be better; 3). Self esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the higher the self esteem of an employee the employee performance is also better; And 4). Compensation affects employee performance with self esteem as intervening variable, but direct influence is greater than indirect influence. This means that self esteem serves only as a partial mediation variable only.Keywords: compensation, performance, self esteem
ANALISIS CITRA DESTINASI PARIWISATA DI PROVINSI BENGKULU
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana citra destinasi yang meliputi citra kognitif dan citra afektif pada destinasi pariwisata Provinsi Bengkulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif kepada 230 wisatawan destinasi wisata alam yang masuk kedalam rencana kawasan strategis pariwisata (KSP) Provinsi Bengkulu. Metode pengumpulan data digunakan kuesioner/ angket, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode rata-rata (mean) dan tabel distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa destinasi pariwisata di Provinsi Bengkulu memiliki citra destinasi yang baik dimata wisatawan, hal ini terlihat dari komponen citra destinasi yang meliputi citra kognitif (cognitive image) dan citra afektif(affective image) berada pada kategori baik dengan dengan nilai rata-rata pernyataan 4.00 (baik) dan 3.81 (baik).Kata kunci: Citra Kognitif, Citra Afektif, Destinasi Wisat
MEMBANGUN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN MELALUI KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN COSTUMER SATISFACTION (Studi Pada Nasabah Pegadaian Syariah di Kota Bengkulu)
The rapid development of the financial industry in Indonesia has created opportunities for financial institutions to compete by enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction, aiming to foster customer loyalty. This research aims to investigate the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, in building customer loyalty among Pegadaian customers in the city of Bengkulu. The sample comprises 127 Sharia Pegadaian customers in Bengkulu city selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this research indicate that service quality and customer satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. This implies that the better the services provided by the Sharia Pegadaian company in Bengkulu city, the more loyal customers become to the company. Similarly, high customer satisfaction leads to increased loyalty towards the Sharia Pegadaian company in Bengkulu city
Motivasi dalam Pemanfaatan Layanan Pembelajaran
Pemanfaatan layanan pembelajaran menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan proses kemandirian belajar mahasiswa Universitas Terbuka (UT). Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi mahasiswa UT Bengkulu dalam memanfaatkan layanan bantuan belajar. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi di UT Bengkulu, dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan pendekatan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan layanan bantuan belajar, yaitu minat pribadi mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah; tuntutan akademik, dukungan keluarga, kemandirian belajar mahasiswa, dan lingkungan belajar antara dosen, tutor, dan teman sekelas. Implikasinya adalah diperlukan pemahaman lebih dalam terhadap minat dan kebutuhan individu serta respon mahasiswa terhadap tuntutan akademiknya. Selanjutnya, kemandirian belajar perlu didorong melalui pelatihan dan panduan, serta peran dosen, tutor, dan rekan sekelas perlu diperkuat dalam memberikan dukungan akademik yang efektif. Terakhir, perlu dilakukan pemantauan dan evaluasi rutin untuk memastikan efektivitas bantuan layanan belajar yang diberikan oleh UT Bengkulu
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
ANALISIS PENERAPAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG) DALAM HUBUNGANNYA DENGAN KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PT. BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA SYARIAH
The objective of this research is know good corporate governance (GCG) implementation in relation with financial performance PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. This research is a descriptive research with data collection methods used sekuder data from annual report and good corporate governance report and primary data through questionnaire distribution. The data analysis is technique uses return on assets (ROA) and mean method with the frequency distribution table. The results that, the implementation of good corporate governance in relation to financial performance PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah has been running well. Furthermore, the application of the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independency and fairness have been effective with the average value of each statement of 3.69 (good), 3.89 (good), 3.76 (good), 3.67 (good), 3.85 (good). And the financial performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah in the period 2012-1216 in healthy category with average return on assets (ROA) that is equal to 0.76%.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Financial Performance, Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Independency, Fairnes
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
