Get PDFThis article is an attempt to examine and restructurize Ikhwan al-Shafa’s cosmological views. People’s perception of nature developing in the 10th century was that the nature was viewed in a more holistic approach. Nature is perceived as spiritualmetaphysic and material entity. This kind of approach is relevant to the current context after for centuries modern science, especially modern cosmological concept, has neglected spiritual-metaphysical dimension of the nature, and has only recognized the physical-material dimension of the nature. Therefore, over centuries teh meaning of nature has been reduced and this has led to inappropriate treatment toward nature. The author argues that the current perception of nature which neglects spiritual dimension has led to global environment crisis. Therefore, the holistic Ikhwan al-Shafa’s cosmological perspective is worth and relevant to current needs of humankind. Analisis Gaya Bahasa dalam Lirik Lagu “Dialog Hati” Nadzira Shafa
Get PDFThis research analyzes the language style contained in the lyrics of the song Dialog Hati popularized by Nadzira Shafa. This song was chosen because the lyrics are deep and rich in distinctive language styles, which have not been studied much in previous studies. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis techniques to explore the meaning and richness of language styles in the song lyrics. The research data is obtained through the text study method, by identifying and classifying the types of language styles found in the lyrics of the song Dialog Hati. This research refers to Keraf\u27s theory of stylistics which distinguishes stylistics based on its type and function, including rhetorical majas and figurative majas. By using the read-and-record technique, the author analyzes the entire song lyrics and records all the stylistic forms that appear. The results show that in this song there are quite a variety of language styles used to describe feelings and inner conflicts in human relationships. The language style not only enriches the meaning of the lyrics, but also creates a deep emotional atmosphere for the listeners
The Variation in anthocyanin content level in four local varieties of black rice (Oryza sativa L.) from Indonesia
No full textAnthocyanin is a type of pigment in black rice that is classified as a flavonoid compound and has antioxidant property. This study focused on testing anthocyanin content on four local varieties of black rice in Indonesia, namely Toraja (South Sulawesi), Cempo Ireng (Yogyakarta), Wojalaka (East Nusa Tenggara), and Manggarai (East Nusa Tenggara). Analysis of total anthocyanin content was carried out based on the absorbance value of rice flour extract at a wavelength of 535 nm with a spectrophotometer. This study used a randomized block design with varieties as groups and each was carried out in 20 repetitions. The total anthocyanin content was analysed using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer with an absorbance length of 550 nm and 700 nm. The results showed that there were significant differences in the total anthocyanin content of the four varieties of black rice. Sequentially the anthocyanin levels of black rice varieties from highest to lowest were Manggarai with an average anthocyanin content of 1508.89 ppm, Cempo Ireng with an average anthocyanin content of 734.86 ppm, Wojalaka with an average anthocyanin content of 435.38 ppm, and Toraja with an average anthocyanin level of 117.2 ppm

Penelitian ini berjudul „‟Pesan-Pesan Dalam Film „‟172 Days‟‟ Karya Nadzhira Shafa (Analisis
Semiotika Rolland Barthes)‟‟. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan media yang cukup pesat
memungkinkan penyampaian informasi yang lebih mendalam dengan sifatnya audio visual melalui film
dimana seseorang dapat melihat dan mendengarkan apa yang sedang di tayangkan melalui media tersebut.
Sehingga film bisa menyampaikan pesan kepada khalayak. Film 172 Days yang memiliki makna
didalamnya tentang keikhlasan dan juga tentang bagaimana cobaan datang menghampiri ketika kita
dalam proses memperbaiki diri yaitu film yang diadaptasi dari kisah nyata seorang gadis yang terjebak
dalam lingkungan dan pergaulan yang sangat bebas, dan jauh dari agama. Namun, perlahan tapi pasti,
hatinya terketuk dan dia pun memutuskan untuk berhijrah. Di tengah perjalanannya menuju hijrah, ia
bertemu dengan sosok suami baik yang juga menuntun dia dalam proses hijrahnya. Rumusan
masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pesan dakwah dalam film 172 days karya Nadzhira
Shafa serta tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penulis ingin mengetahui mengenai pesan-pesan
dakwah yang terdapat dalam film 172 Days menggunakan analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes melalui
aspek Aqidah, akhlak dan syariah.
Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif serta jenis
penelitian yaitu library research (penelitian pustaka) guna mengumpulkan informasi secara
terperinci. Sumber data diperoleh melalui data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari
Film 172 Days yang telah di download melalui aplikasi penonton film netflix. Sedangkan data
sekunder diperoleh dari komentar-komentar mengenai film serta dokumentasi lainnya. Teknik
pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang
digunakan yaitu analisis Semiotika Rolland Barthes dimana menggunakan beberapa aspek yaitu
makna denotasi konotasi, dan mitos.
Hasil penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Semiotika Rolland Barthes, penulis mendapat temuan
bahwasanya dalam film 172 Days mengandung pesan dakwah Aqidah, syari‟ah, dan akhlak. Pesan
dakwah Aqidah meliputi: tentang makna hijrah, tentang hikmah akan bersabar, tentang bertawakkal
kepada Allah,dan tentang akan makna Ikhlas. Pesan dakwah Syariah (ibadah) meliputi: tentang
melaksanakan sholat, tentang memelihara kesucian diri, tentang menjaga silaturahmi, tentang pernikahan,
tentang larangan bersalaman dengan lawan jenis, dan tentang berdoa hanya kepada Allah. Serta Pesan
dakwah Akhlak meliputi: tentang husnudzzon atau berprasangka baik kepada Alah, tentang pentingnya
menuntut ilmu, tentang kewajiban berbakti kepada orangtua, tentang menutupi aib oranglain dan tentang
cara mendekatkan diri kepada Allah yaitu berdzikir kepada-Nya.

This research is titled ''Messages in the Film ''172 Days'' by Nadzhira Shafa (Rolland Barthes's
Semiotic Analysis)''. This research is motivated by the rapid development of media that allows the
delivery of more in-depth information in the form of audio visuals through films where one can see and
listen to what is being shown through the media. So that the film can convey a message to the audience.
The movie 172 Days which has a meaning in it is about sincerity and also about how trials come when we
are in the process of improving ourselves, which is a film adapted from the true story of a girl who is
trapped in a very free environment and association, and far from religion. However, slowly but surely, his
heart was touched and he decided to emigrate. In the middle of her journey to hijrah, she met a good
husband who also guided her in the process of hijrah. The formulation of the problem in this study is how
the da'wah message in the film 172 Days by Nadzhira Shafa and the purpose of this study is that the
author wants to know about the da'wah messages contained in the film 172 Days using Roland Barthes'
Semiotic analysis through the aspects of Aqidah, morals and sharia.
In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach that is descriptive and a type of research,
namely library research to collect information in detail. Data sources are obtained through primary
and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the 172 Days Movie which has been downloaded
through the netflix movie viewer application. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from
comments about the film and other documentation. The data collection technique used is
documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is Rolland Barthes' Semiotics analysis
which uses several aspects, namely meaning, denotation, connotation, and myth.
The results of the research using the Rolland Barthes Semiotics approach, the author found that
the film 172 Days contains the message of da'wah Aqidah, sharia, and morals. The message of
Aqidah da'wah includes: about the meaning of hijrah, about the wisdom of patience, about trusting
in Allah, and about the meaning of sincerity. The message of Sharia da'wah (worship) includes:
about carrying out prayers, about maintaining self-purity, about maintaining friendship, about
marriage, about the prohibition of shaking hands with the opposite sex, and about praying only to
Allah. As well as the message of Akhlak da'wah includes: about husnudzzon or being prejudiced
against Allah, about the importance of seeking knowledge, about the obligation to be filial to parents,
about covering the disgrace of others and about how to get closer to Allah, namely dhikr to Him.

Identifikasi Bakteri secara Molekular Menggunakan 16S rRNA
No full textIdentifikasi bakteri secara molekular saat ini banyak dipilih oleh para peneliti diberbagai bidang terkait berbagai keuntungan dan kemudahan yang ditawarkannya. Salah satu metode identifikasi bakteri yang paling umum digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan penanda gen 16S rRNA. Panjang urutan gen 16S rRNA adalah sekitar 1.550 bp dan terdiri dari daerah yang dilestarikan (conserved regions). Beberapa keuntungan dalam identifikasi menggunakan 16S rRNA adalah dapat mengidentifikasi bakteri yang tidak dapat dikultur, memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi, waktu yang dibutuhkan relatif cepat, dan lain-lain. Disamping berbagai kelebihannya, ternyata metode ini juga memiliki beberapa kekurangan diantaranya tidak sesuai digunakan untuk spesies tertentu. Langkah identifikasi bakteri menggunakan 16S rRNA secara umum adalah ekstraksi DNA, amplifikasi daerah 16S menggunakan PCR, visualisasi gen menggunakan elektrofesis, sekuensing, dan mengolah data hasil sekuensing dengan bioinformatika
Aktivitas Ekstrak Etanol Bunga Kertas (Bougainvillea spectabilis) terhadap Pertumbuhan Candida albicans
Get PDFTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas ekstrak etanol bunga kertas (Bougainvillea spectabilis) terhadap pertumbuhan Candida albicans. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Laboratorium Universitas Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksperimen dengan 5 kelompok perlakuan yaitu ekstrak bunga kertas (Bougainvillea spectabilis) dengan konsentrasi P1=5%, P2=10% dan P3=15% serta kontrol positif ketokonazol (0,1%) dan kontrol negatif aquades. Berdasarkan hasil uji aktivitas antijamur yang dilakukan dengan metode difusi kertas cakram didapatkan hasil ekstrak bunga kertas (Bougainvillea spectabilis) sebanyak 3 kali pengulangan dalam 3 batch yaitu zona hambat terbesar pada konsentrasi 15% sebesar 11,6 mm dan zona hambat terkecil pada konsentrasi 5% sebesar 6,50 mm. Dengan demikian, ekstrak etanol bunga kertas (Bougainvillea spectabilis) memiliki daya antijamur terhadap pertumbuhan Candida albicans

No full textEmpirically, Inggu leaves (Ruta angustifolia L.) has potential to be used as raw material of traditional medicine because it contains phytochemical substances. The main organ most widely used as a traditional medicine is its leaves. Phytochemical compounds contained in the leaves of inggu include quercetin, tannin and saponins. Quercetin is a class of flavonol compounds (part of flavonoids). Quercetin has the ability to prevent the oxidation process from low density lipoprotein (LDL) by capturing free radicals and inhibiting transition metals, so that quercetin is believed to protect the body from various degerative diseases. While flavonoids are compounds consisting of 15 carbon atoms thatact as plant pigments. The function of flavonoids is to protect the cell structure, increase the effectiveness of vitamin C, antiinflammatory and as an antibiotic. While saponin and tannin are a group of active compounds of plants that have a sense of bitter and have antibacterial activity. This study was aim to determine the number of quercetin, tannins and saponins contained in the inggu’s leaves. Preparation of inggu leaf sample was done by maceration extraction technique used 96% ethanol solvent. Analysis of tannin and quercetin levels was determined by UV-Visible Spectrophotometry at 725 nm wavelength (λ).While the analysis of saponin content using TLC Scanner at 301 nm wavelength (λ). The results showed that content of quercetin was 1.67%; saponins 2.13% and tannins 7.04%
