No full textThis paper is a critical reflection on the teaching of the new Philosophy and Ethics course in a low socioeconomic context in Perth, Western Australia. It charts the successes and failures of the Philosophy and Ethics course, leading to the eventual demise of the subject at the end of 2010. We frame this reflection within Deleuzean notions of geophilosophy to advocate for a Philosophy and Ethics that is informed by nomadic thought as this offers potential for students to become innovative and creative of their selves – the critical freedom we see as potentially transformative for contemporary society. We see the strange death as being influenced by many factors, but that it is best considered as a ‘missed opportunity’ because it has so much potential to be transformative of student subjectivities in schools. We see that this critical reflection could be invaluable in a reconsideration of the scope and focus of the subject often viewed as elitist and impractical

The author observes the operational standards of sanitation equipment for eating and drinking equipment at the palapa coffee shop, Grand Inna Tunjungan Hotel, Surabaya. The author draws the conclusion that with the SOP cleaning the eating and drinking equipment greatly helps employees to carry out the work of washing food and drink equipment in the restaurant Palapa Coffee Shop in accordance with the standards set by the hotel.

No full textKegiatan pengabdian ini berfokus pada pemanfaatan pengolahan sampah dengan menggunakan eco enzyme yang dapat membantu masyarakat Desa Jatibaru kabupaten Bekasi mengurangi jumlah sampah organiknya. Pengolahan tersebut dilakukan dengan memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga, tujuannya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas ibu rumah tangga di Desa Jatibaru. Tujuan pengabdian ini diharapkan ibu-ibu rumah tangga dapat mengolah sampah organik menjadi eco enzyme melalui metode community based participatory action. Terdapat 30 peserta kegiatan yang mengikuti edukasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan eco enzyme. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan, terdapat 30% ibu-ibu rumah tangga telah mempraktikkan langsung dan merasakan manfaatnya. Manfaat dari eco enzyme sendiri sebagai: cairan pembersih serbaguna, pupuk tanaman, pengusir hama. Pemanfaatan eco enzyme ini sangat membantu pemberdayaan ibu-ibu rumah tangga Desa Jatibaru, mereka tidak perlu membeli pupuk atau pengusir hama tetapi mereka dapat membuat sendiri dari pengolahan sampah organi

Employee performance is a very important thing in the company\u27s efforts to achieve goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and workload on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative. This research design is included in causal associative research. The population in this study were all employees totaling 129 employees. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 100 employees of the production department. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire. The validity test will be carried out using the product moment correlation formula and the reliability test using the Cronbach alpha formula. To prove the research hypothesis, a statistical test is carried out in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Pētījuma metodes: teorētiskā – pedagoģiski psiholoģiskās literatūras analīze, pedagoģiskās pieredzes analīze. Pētījuma jautājums: Kādas ir didaktisko spēļu iespējas sensoro spēju attīstīšanā 2-3 gadus veciem bērniem? Pirmajā daļā darba autore analizē pagātnes un mūsdienu pedagogu un psihologu atziņas par 2-3 gadus vecu bērnu sensoro spēju būtību un attīstīšanas iespējām. Otrajā nodaļā raksturotas 2-3 gadu vecu bērnu attīstības likumsakarības. Trešajā nodaļā analizēta didaktisko spēļu būtība, klasifikācija, kā arī to izmantošanas iespējas visas analizatoru sistēmas attīstīšanā. No full textThis research aims to analyzed the relationship between work safety facilities, work environment, and employee walfare to employee performance in the fabrication sector at PT. Trim Pandu Engineering. Adequate work safety facilities are believed to able to create a safe work environment, thereby reducing the risk of work accidents and increasing productivity. Apart from that, employee well-being also plays an important role in maintaining job satisfaction and motivation which has impact on increasing work. The method used in this research is quantitative with a survey approach. Data collected throught cakes distributed to 82 employess of PT. Trim Pandu Engineering that work in the fabrication sector. The free variabels in this research are employee safety, work environment and employee welfare facilities, while the dependent variabel is employee performance. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests to see the influence of the three independent variables on employee performance. The result of this research shows that employee safety, work environment, and employee welfare facilities are positively and significantly related to employee performance. Better work safety facilities have been proven to improve employee performance, as well as better employee welfare which has a significant impact on increasing productivitly and performance. This study suggest that company management should continue to improve work safety facilities and employee welfare to ensure optimal performance is achieved
