FORMULASI GLIBENKLAMID DENGAN METODE SELF EMULSIFYING DRUG DELIVERY SYSTEM (SEDDS) DAN UJI IN-VITRO DISOLUSI  Michrun Nisa1), Abdul Halim Umar1), Aisyah Fatmawati2) 1)Akademi Farmasi Kebangsaan Makassar 1)Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Hasanudin Makassar  ABSTRACT  Glibenclamide formulation has been research by the method of Self Emulsifying Drug Delivery Systems ( SEDDS ) and studies in- vitro dissolution . This study aims to improve the dissolution rate of glibenclamide with solid self- emulsifying system ( SSE ). Solid self - emulsifying process using the method of adsorption into the solid carrier . Glibenklamid solid self emulsifying ( SSE ) using a variation phase lipid of oleic acid and oleum cocos , surfactant ( Tween 80) , and a variation of solid carrier (Avicel pH 101 , Lactose and Aerosil). Characterization results of glibenclamide solid self-emulsifying in- vitro dissolution test using the medium of pH 7.4 phosphate buffer containing 8.5 % alcohol 96 % and 0.24 % tween 80 , sampling was conducted at 20, 40 , 60 , 80 , 100 and 120 minutes, were measured using a UV spectrophotometer at a wavelength 224 nm . The results showed that the formula 4 ( oleic acid - lactose ) release rate 62,628 % at minute 120 , formula 5 ( oleic acid -aerosil ) release rate 37,938 %, formula 2 ( oleum cocos - lactose ) release rate 24,093 % , formula 3 (oleum cocos-avicel pH 101) release rate 23,689% , and the formula 1 (oleic acid - lactose ) release rate 21,977% . ABSTRAK  Penelitian formulasi glibenklamid dengan metode Self Emulsifying Drug Delivery Systems (SEDDS) dan studi  in-vitro Disolusi bertujuan  untuk meningkatkan laju disolusi glibenklamid dengan menggunakan sistem solid self emulsifying (SSE). Proses solid self-emulsifying dilakukan dengan metode adsorpsi ke dalam pembawa padatan (solid carrier). Formulasi Glibenklamid solid self emulsifying (SSE) menggunakan variasi minyak asam oleat dan oleum cocos, surfaktan (Tween 80), serta variasi solid carrier (Avicel pH 101, Laktosa dan Aerosil). Karakterisasi hasil glibenklamid solid self-emulsifying meliputi uji in-vitro disolusi menggunakan medium dapar posfat pH 7,4 mengandung 8,5 % alkohol 96% dan 0,24% tween 80, pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada menit ke- 20, 40, 60, 80, 100 dan 120 , kadarnya diukur menggunakan spektrofotometer UV pada panjang gelombang 224 nm. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa formula 4 (asam oleat-laktosa) terdisolusi hingga  62,628%  pada  menit  ke  120,  formula  5  (asam  oleat-aerosil)  terdisolusi 37,938%, formula 2 (oleum cocos-laktosa) terdisolusi 24,093%, formula 3 (asam oleat-avicel pH 101) terdisolusi 23,689%, dan formula 1 (oleum cocos-avicel pH 101) terdisolusi 21,977%.  Kata kunci : Glibenklamid, Sistem Solid Self Emulsifying (SSE), Solid carrier, Disolusi Â
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Formulasi Lulur Eksfoliasi Bekas Cacar Kombinasi Kunyit (Curcuma domestica Val.) dan Pare (Momordica charantia L.)
Varisella zooster, virus yang mengikfeksi kulit mengakibatkan bintik kemerahan hingga gelembung berair pada kulit yang berakibat terjadinya luka atrofi seperti bopeng. Rimpang kunyit (Curcuma domestica Val.) mengandung kurkumin dan vitamin C yang berkhasiat sebagai antioksidan, mempercepat proliferasi sel dan sintesis kolagen. Tanaman pare (Momordica charantia L.) mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder yang membantu proses penyembuhan luka. Penelitian ini bertujuan memformulasi lulur eksfoliasi kombinasi rimpang kunyit dan daun pare yang berkhasiat sebagai penghilang bekas cacar dan memperoleh formula yang aman terhadap kulit. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengeringkan rimpang kunyit kemudian diayak menggunakan mesh 30/40 sehingga diperoleh serbuk kunyit. Simplisia daun pare diekstraksi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Lulur diformulasikan dengan memvariasikan konsentrasi rimpang kunyit dan ekstrak daun pare berturut-turut F1 (7%:3%), F2 (10%:5%), dan F3 (10%:10%). Evaluasi mutu fisik terhadap lulur meliputi uji organoleptik, homogenitas, pH, daya sebar, daya lekat, viskositas serta uji stabilitas dipercepat. Hasil penelitian setelah penyimpanan dipercepat diperoleh F1 memiliki warna hijau, bau khas kunyit, tipe krim M/A, daya sebar 3,8 cm, viskositas 32000 cPs, pH 7,12, daya lekat 72,25 detik. Hasil pengujian iritasi diperoleh indeks iritasi primer (0) yang menunjukkan sediaan lulur eksfoliasi aman digunakan pada kulit. Dapat dismpulkan bahwa konsentrasi yang paling baik dan aman lulur kombinasi rimpang kunyit dan daun pare adalah 7% : 3%
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
