Â The problems that arise whether the implementation of road development policy in the Department of Highways District Kuningan not optimal. The objectives of this research are: (1) how Implementation of Road Construction Policy in Bina Marga Office of Kuningan Regency, (2) what factors influence the policy of Road Construction in Bina Marga Office of Kuningan Regency, (3) any obstacles faced in Implementation of Policy Implementation of Road Development at Bina Marga Office of Kuningan Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Qualitative research method is the method used in natural object condition. The theory used in this research is George Edward III theory, which are: (1) communication, (2) sources, (3) disposition or attitude, (4) bureaucracy structure. The result shows that the Implementation of Road Construction Policy in Bina Marga Office of Kuningan Regency has not been optimally caused by many problems due to many obstacles such as delay of road construction fund delayed and can mempperlambat the process of development of the road, the attitude of the executing officers less responsible and less knowledge of the executing officers on the field so that road construction is not optimal yet

paper is a form of the tradition of the Batak society. The method used in this paper
is descriptive qualitative research, by collecting books, information from the
internet and the Toba Batak society: Traditions are values, ideas, beliefs, habits
that are passed down from one generation to the next, such as customs, arts and
others Mangain Marga is a tradition of giving a clan to someone who is not
Batak. This can happen because it is motivated by inter-ethnic marnages between
Batak and Non-Batak tribes so that the non-Batak couple will get recognition in
the family and customs as well as a position in Dalihan Na Tolu, if a clan is not
given to the non-Batak couple then he will not be recognized in customs (even)
though he is accepted in the family) and also will not get a position rights and

to marry and form a household with a non-Batak Toba partner must carry out the

Audio description (AD) is a type of audiovisual translation (AVT) used for making video content accessible to the blind and
visually impaired. Over the last decade, the pedagogic potential of AVT in foreign language learning (FLL) has gained increasing
recognition by experts. However, AD as a didactic tool in FLL is an innovative area that has received very little attention so
far, despite its significant potential for language learners. In addition, many experts in Applied Linguistics have shown a
growing interest in the study of fluency, pronunciation and intonation.
With these ideas in mind the author of the present article has carried out a small scale preliminary experiment with university
students of Spanish as a foreign language. This article presents the methodological framework of the experiment which includes the
instruments for data gathering. Although only six students completed the experiment, their responses were positive and encouraging
as they found active AD tasks useful for language learning. It is hoped that the lessons learnt will inform the methodological
framework for larger scale studies.</jats:p
Estimating The Company Value of PT Jasa Marga Tbk
No full textThis paper will estimate the value of PT Jasa Marga Tbk as of 1st January 2013. The author will use discounted cash flow method in order to get the company value. The main method that will be discussed is discounted cash flow method with three different scenario, most-likely, optimistic, and pessimistic scenario. The problems to be solved are the company growth for the next 5 years which will use compound annual growth rate (CAGR), a discount rate to measure the risk of the growth which will use weighted average cost of capital (WACC), and the company valuation by summarizing the discounted free cash flow and the terminal value of the company. The author will use secondary data from the company’s financial report and historical data. The results from the method are ranging from Rp. 98,762,073,184,000 to Rp. 135,772,612,523,000. From the estimated company value, the author is able to determine the share value which range from Rp.14,524 to Rp.19,967. These values are effective as of 1st January 2013. The market value of PT Jasa Marga Tbk as of 1st January 2013 is Rp.5,550. With current conditions, the Bengkalis regency goverment is trying to improve the road by replanning it into a shaft road, where this road is access to the tourist of Rupat Island, namely Ketapang beach and Tanjung Lapin area the value will grow. For thick pavement planning rules, there is the latest clan development. So, the author wants to plan the thickness of the pavement using the Bina Marga 2003 with the Bina Marga 2017. Where the results will be compared between the two methods.The planning of rigid pavement with CBR 3 % and the CBR of effective 20% by the concrete quality K-250 based on Bina Marga 2003 method The result showed that as thick as 17 cm with longitudinal reinforcement is used 8 mm in diameter spacing 25 cm, and transverse reinforcement is used 8 mm in diameter, spacing 25 cm with budget plan 9,702,030,000.00. While to Bina Marga 2017 in get thickness 17 cm with longitudinal reinforcement is used 8 mm in diameter, spacing 25 cm and transverse reinforcement is used 8 mm in diameter, spacing 25 cm with budget plan Rp. 10,392,470,000.00
