Penelitian ini menganalisis tentang pemikiran Nasharuddin tentang
Konsep Pendidikan Akhlak. Fokus masalah pada penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana
pemikiran Nasharuddin tentang Konsep Pendidikan Akhlak. Penelitian ini
menggunakan motode penelitian kepustakaan (Library Research) yaitu penelitian
yang didasarkan pada studi pustaka dengan menerapkan pendekatan riset biografi
dan interpretatif serta metode analisis isi (content analysis) yang berhubungan
dengan isi yang terkandung dalam buku Akhlak: Ciri Manusia Paripurna sebagai
metode analisis dan interpretasi data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat di
simpulkan bahwa konsep pendidikan akhlak terdiri dari pengertian akhlak, tujuan
pendidikan akhlak, landasan pendidikan akhlak, ruanglingkup pendidikan akhlak,
metode pendidikan akhlak, tanggungjawab pendidikan akhlak.

Full text linkThis industrial training report is based on my excellent 6 months of industrial training at Print Expert Sdn. Bhd. Headquarters (Print Expert HQ). I have been assigned under the Administration and Human Resources Department, supervised by Mr. Muhammad Morsyid bin Samsul Zalni as an Executive of Administration at Print Expert Sdn. Bhd.
The duration of my Industrial Training at Print Expert Sdn. Bhd. is 24 weeks, starting from 6th March 2023 until 20th August 2023. The 24 weeks experience of in Industrial Training taught me many things. Being assigned under Mr. Morsyid and the other HR executives gave me wonderful memories and unique experiences during my Industrial Training there.
As an Industrial Training Student or Print Expert Trainee, it was a new experience but not an early exposure for me because I have worked before. With a little previous experience from my part-time job before, I used it in the new environment of work which is work in the office of one of the biggest companies in the printing service business, Print Expert.
As a Human Resources student, I want to learn more about being a good HR and being liked by the workers. This is because what I heard from being an HR is most HR are often disliked by employees due to the strictness of an HR person to follow the rules and laws of the company. At Print Expert, I try to learn and gain a lot of knowledge about being a good HR that can take care of employees’ welfare.
I stated my resume in this Industrial Training Report which is all about my personal information. Secondly, I have included my internship company profile which consists of Print Expert’s name, location, background, vision and mission and Print Expert shared value. I also included the training reflection which consists of the duration of Industrial Training, roles and responsibilities, intrinsic and extrinsic benefits. Next, I also explain about S.W.O.T analysis which is Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats and then I build the SWOT matrix strategies using SWOT analysis. Lastly, I make a recommendation and conclusion that can help improve Print Expert
Data visualization on Smart Card Attendance System / Nursyahidah Nasharuddin
Full text linkA smart card can be defined as a plastic card with implanted microprocessor chip usually like small gold-colored metal that be able to store, process, calculate, manage, and encrypt large amount of the data in chip which can be either value or information or both of them. There are lot of applications used smart card in different sector for example banking and transportation. In visualization technique, usually graphs and charts are used for reviewing financial, statistical, mathematical, scientific, engineering and other area of application. Lines graphs, bar charts, pie charts, surface graphs, contour plots and other visualize in 2-dimensional, 3- dimensional or higher-dimensional spaces are the examples of data plots.This research is to develop the Data Visualization of Smart Card Attendance System. This system are used IRIS SCR21U as a smart card reader and MyKad(Identity Card) as smart card. The number of student attendance can be calculate and be plot out by using 2-Dimensional bar chart as a data visualization. This research methodology consists of seven stages which are project overview, knowledge acquisition, requirement analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing and documentation. Every stage in methodology are being used for better understanding of the system. The accuracy of this prototype is about 70 percent. The result showed that the accuracy of the system is 70%. In the future, this system will be added the security protection to make the system is safer to use by admin in order to modifying the student attendance in the system

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidak adanya pengaruh
model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT dengan menggunakan poster dan media
kartu soal terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa Kelas XI mata pelajaran ekonomi di
SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperimen dengan
menggunakan desain posttest only control group design. Subjek pada penelitian
ini adalah guru dan siswa. Objek penelitian ini adalah pengaruh model
pembelajaran kooperatif tipe teams game tournament dengan menggunakan poster
dan media kartu soal terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa. Teknik pengambilan
sampelnya adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria memiliki kemampuan sama
atau mendekati sama berdasarkan nilai ujian tengah semester. Teknik
pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik
analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji t dan uji effect size. Hasil analisis diperoleh
bahwa persentase pencapaian keaktifan belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen
sebesar 88,56% lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol yang hanya
mencapai 64,19%. Berdasarkan analisis uji-t dari nilai keaktifan belajar siswa
pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel taraf signifikan 5%
(1,666) dan 1% (2,378) atau 1,666 2,378, maka Ha diterima dan Ho
ditolak yang berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan model
pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa pada mata
pelajaran ekonomi pokok bahasan persamaan Dasar Akuntansi di SMA Negeri 12
Pekanbaru.

Develop time distribution pattern of design rainfall in Selangor / Mohd Nasharuddin Puteh
Full text linkDrainage practices and methods which have been developed in other countries may not always be suitable for application in Malaysia. It is very important how the time distribution of the design rainfall is determined because changes in the time distribution may vary runoff characteristics in peak flow and largely altered shape of a hydrograph calculated. Design rainfall is often required in engineering practice such as design of hydrologic structures, flood plain management, river ecological studies and flood insurance studies.
A design rainfall event is specified by a rainfall duration, average rainfall intensity of a particular average recurrence interval (ARI) and rainfall temporal pattern. A rainfall temporal pattern gives the proportion of total rainfall in different periods within a given rainfall duration. In this study the rainfall data from five rainfalls stations at Sungai Selangor catchments have been used. The objective of this study is to develop the design rainfall Temporal Patterns for three selected durations (30 minutes, 60 minutes and 120 minutes).
The techniques that known as the 'Method of Average Variability' have been adopted to derive design rainfall Temporal Patterns for these three selected durations. This research focuses on the design rainfall patterns
