PEMIKIRAN ISLAM TENTANG HUBUNGAN NEGARA DENGAN AGAMA
A study of relationship between state and religion includes three paradigms: integralistic, symbiotic, and secularistic, which are products of legal reasoning to Quranic messages in the context of human history. In the case of Indonesia, it embraces Pancasila, which is neither based on religious nor secular systems. However, muslim communities in Indonesia become political targets due to the factors which include the weakness of Islamic politics that is uprooted from Islamic fundamental values in terms of political aspirations, and the application of western democracy that is not compatible with the traditions and cultures of Indonesia.

TA'LIM AL-LUGHAH 'ABR AL-TSAQAFAT WA TATHBIQUHU FI TA'LIM AL-LUGHAH AL-'ARABIYAH FI INDONESIA
This article examines the close relationship that exists between language and culture which reflected in that language is a pot of culture and culture is a frame of language usage. It follows from this relationship that language learning is the linguistic and cultural process, or what so-called teaching language across cultures. This cultural teaching of language is based on three theories first of which is “Contrastive Analysis”, “Learning The Language Is A Cultural Learning”, and “Cultural Awareness In Foreign Language Teaching And Learning”. Based on these three theories this article tries to put down a cultural pattern for the teaching of Arabic for Indonesian learners which has cultural goals and content. It aims at overcoming linguistic and cultural problems suffered by the Indonesians when learning the Arabic, especially their difficulty in understanding Arabic elements that are different from what in their language, and their difficulty in using Arabic in certain situations properly.DOI: 10.15408/a.v2i2.2141</p
MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA DENGAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN 10/73 ARALLAE KECAMATAN KAHU KABUPATEN BONE
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam memahami pokok bahasan perubahan energi gerak dan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar perubahan energi gerak melalui pembelajaran Model Kooperatif Tipe STAD pada siswa kelas IV SDN 10/73 Arallae. Adapun hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu jika menggunakan pembelajaran Model Kooperatif Tipe STAD, maka hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 10/73 Arallae akan meningkat. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dengan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik pengamatan, wawancara, tes, angket, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara induktif. Hasil penggunaan pembelajaran Model Kooperatif Tipe STAD yaitu dapat mempermudah siswa dalam memahami materi perubahan energi gerak dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar perubahan energi gerak pada siswa kelas IV SDN 10/73 Arallae
TA’LIK TALAK DAN PERJANJIAN PERKAWINAN MENURUT FIKIH DAN KOMPILASI HUKUM ISLAM (ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN)
In Islam, marriage is sacred. Thus, the procedures of a marriage and of a divorce are arranged in Islam. One of the Islamic regulations on divorce is ta’lik talak. Ta’lik talak in Islamic law is a marital contract declared by a husband in marriage through which a divorce will occur when the husband breaks the contract. In the Compilation of Islamic Law in Indonesia, we also find the so-called marital contract that has some similarities and differences from ta’lik talak. Ta’lik talak and marital contract can be done and can be a reason for executing a divorce when it is violated by the husband. However, ta’lik talak cannot be canceled as long as the marriage is intact. This is not the case with the marital contract where it can be canceled based on the agreement of the two (husband and wife), in spite of their intact marriage.

IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PELAYANAN IZIN MENDIRIKAN BANGUNAN (IMB) DI KANTOR DINAS PENANAMAN MODAL DAN PELAYANAN TERPADU KABUPATEN SIGI
This study aims to identify and describe Implementation of Building Service Permit Policy (IMB) at the Office of Investment and Service Integrated One Door DPM-PTSP Sigi District. The author uses the theory of George C. Edward III which includes factors Communications, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The type of research is using qualitative descriptive methodology. Based on the acquisition shows that the implementation of government policy in licensing service especially the building permit service (IMB) in Sigi Regency has not fully run well and has not had a positive impact on development. This is evidenced from the four aspects studied, has not supported the factors proposed by Edward III is related to communication factors, resource factors and disposition factors. Can be explained that not maximally Implementation of Government Policy in licensing service specially Permit to construct building in Sub-Province of Sigi which impact on execution of comprehensive development in Sigi Regency. This can be seen from the number of people taking care of the IMB is very less. Only bureaucratic structural factors are eligible to implement the policy but also have not shown significant positive impacts so that the priority of development success programs has not been achieved, including giving serious attention to the success of policy implementation especially in terms of licensing service in Sigi Regency

Elementary School students taught by using Natural Science KIT have better learning achievement compared with the students taught without using Natural Science KIT. The sample was 43 fifth grade students of SDN No. 10 as experimental group and 41 students of SDN No. 13 as control group. The data was collected through test
which was made by the teacher with discrimination index between 0,20-0,30 and reliability coefficient 0,56. Generally, based on the data analysis the experimental group tends to show the improvement of learning achievement. The t-test result also showed that there is significant influence of the using Natural Science KIT
in improving students learning outcome

This research intended to gain a picture empirically about the immplementation of the steps of explanation method, demonstration method, and experiment method used by the teacher in teaching science at elementary school in Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone. This research was a description research which the population was the elementary school teachers in Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Kabupaten Bone. concluded that the implementaion frequency of explanation was higher than demonstration and experiment, and also two latest methods still have inadequate attention from the teacher in teaching science. PENGARUH TEMPERATUR TERHADAP LAJU PERPINDAHAN KALOR DAN TAHANAN TERMAL PADA BANTALAN
Perubahan temperatur terhadap laju perpindahan kalor dan tahanan termal pada cincin bagian dalam deep grobe ball bearing, dapat terjadi jika bagian-bagian benda padat berlainan suhunya, dan juga dipengaruhi oleh gradient waktu. Oleh karena itu maka perpindahan panas yang terjadi yaitu secara konduksi. Tujuan penulisan ini yaitu untuk mengetahui berapa besar laju perpindahan kalor dan tahanan termal terhadap perubahan geometri inner ring pada bearing. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada laboratorium Perawatan dan Perbaikan Jurusan Teknik Mesin Politeknik Negeri Kupang. Hasil analisa dan pembahasan dari inner ring pada bearing yang diuji menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan laju perpindahan kalor sebesar 5 W sampai dan 84 W, sementara tahanan termal terjadi penurunan sebesar 0,002 sampai dan 0,0678 sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pengaruh perubahan temperatur pada inner ring signifikan terhadap laju aliran kalor sangat dominan, sedangkan tahanan termal tidak signifika
Peningkatan Motorik Halus Melalui Kegiatan Meronce pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Peningkatan motorik halus melalui kegiatan meronce pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Desa Padaelo Kecamatan Pulau Sembilan Kabupaten Sinjai. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kegiatan meronce yang dilakukan dengan meronce menggunakan manik-manik berukuran besar, sedang, kecil dan mengambil biji-bijian dengan dua jari yang dilakukan berulang-ulang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus. Peningkatan motorik halus melalui kegiatan meronce dapat dilihat pada hasil penelitian. Pada kondisi awal kriteria sangat kurang berjumlah 7 anak (64%), kurang berjumlah 0 (0%), cukup berjumlah 1 anak (9%), dan baik berjumlah 3 anak (27%). Setelah dilakukan tindakan pada siklus I hasilnya pada kemampuan motorik halus melalui kegiatan meronce mengalami peningkatan yang dapat diilihat yaitu untuk kriteria sangat kurang berjumlah 2 anak (19%), kurang berjumlah 5 anak (45%), cukup berjumlah 0 anak ((0%), dan baik berjumlah 4 anak (36%). Pada siklus II meningkat pada kriteria baik berjumlah 9 anak (82%), cukup berjumlah 2 anak (18%) dan kriteria kurang dan sangat kurang berjumlah 0 anak (0%). Penelitian ini dihentikan sampai siklus II karena sudah memenuhi kriteria indikator keberhasilan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui kegiatan meronce dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak usia 5-6 tahun di PAUD Bintang Laut Desa Padaelo, Kecamatan Pulau Sembilan, Kabupaten Sinjai
Using ChatGPT in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language
This study aimed to identify the educational needs that Arabic language teachers could fulfill using ChatGPT and the practical steps that Arabic language teachers could take to obtain responses from ChatGPT in accordance with their educational needs. This research examined the use of the ChatGPT platform in teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. This research used a descriptive method to present views and theories about Arabic language teaching using ChatGPT and how they could be applied in teaching Arabic as a foreign language. The results of this study indicated that Arabic language teachers could use ChatGPT to support their teaching by preparing rich, modern, and engaging educational materials in the form of texts, questions, and images. Through precise and directed commands, Arabic language teachers could obtain these materials from ChatGPT in a way that suited their educational needs, such as the topic of the lesson, types of texts, their quality and quantity, and the level of students benefiting from them. It is expected that the results of this research will benefit Arabic language teachers in utilizing ChatGPT to enhance their educational and professional levels
