Analisis Niat Penggunaan Aplikasi Access by KAI Menggunakan Model Unified Theory Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) pada PT Kereta Api Indonesia
No full textPT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) is a state-owned company engaged in railway transportation in Indonesia (PT Kereta Api Indonesia, 2024). Access by KAI, previously known as KAI Access, is an official application owned by PT KAI which was launched in 2014 and has the main function of making it easier for customers to order train tickets online. Data shows that train ticket reservations are mostly made through the Access by KAI application media, however, the Access by KAI application on the App Store has a relatively low rating of 1.9 or 2. In addition, user reviews on the App Store about Access by KAI mostly complained about problems such as technical problems with many bugs and errors, application complexity, an interface that is not user-friendly, or features that are considered less than adequate. System evaluation is an important part of maintaining the reliability and security of electronic systems. This study aims to determine the factors of acceptance and intention to use Access by KAI using the UTAUT model. This study involves several variables from the UTAUT model such as Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior. This study is quantitative because the data used is questionnaire data from Access by KAI users with a total of 120 respondents. Data processing was carried out using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS tools. The results of this study indicate that of the five hypotheses that were suspected, they were accepted because each variable correlation was significantly positive. The variable that has the greatest influence and relationship is Behavioral Intention (BI) on Use Behavior (UB) while the variable that has the smallest influence is Performance Expectancy (PE) on Behavioral Intention (BI) and Facilitating Condition (FC) on Use Behavior (UB).

A Systematic Review: Aggregation Methods for Production Processes in Supply Chain Management
No full textIn the modern era, technology has significantly changed the way businesses operate, leading to the need for faster and more efficient processes, new technologies like robotics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. This has enabled organizations to increase operational efficiency, increase customer experience, and remain competitive in the rapidly changing business environment. One strategy for implementing technology is through ideal generation planning, which involves planning the entire production process and operational planning. This approach helps companies optimize resources, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. In business management, aggregate planning is crucial for integrating various business functions, such as sales, production, and financial management, to achieve a company's full potential. However, implementation can be challenging due to various challenges, such as high production volumes and low volume. This study aims to explore the implementation of aggregate planning in business management, focusing on the impact of technology on efficiency and effectiveness of production planning. Based on the results of the analysis in the journal, it was found that production planning is important at the MSME business unit level. Chase Strategy is the right choice for production planning at the MSME business unit level. Information technology integration has proven critical to improving aggregate planning efficiency, although interdepartmental coordination challenges are a major obstacle. Therefore, it is necessary to implement centralized information technology that is able to unite the needs of each department to achieve overall business process efficiency and effectiveness

Ancaman pada perusahaan sektor jasa pembiayaan juga kerap menjadi perhatian, dikarenakan ancaman yang datang dapat merugikan nasabah maupun stakeholder terkait dan juga merusak citra baik perusahaan salah satu contohnya yaitu tentang kebocoran data digital. Dengan mengangkat isu tentang risiko keamanan aset teknologi informasi mendorong kami untuk melakukan penelitian ini dimana didalamnya menggunakan metode FMEA dan Framework ISO 27001. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis semua risiko keamanan terkait semua aset yang ada diperusahaan dan memberikan rekomendasi tindakan sesuai dengan metode yang digunakan yaitu standar ISO 27001. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 34 temuan risiko dari beberapa asset IT pada PT. ABC. Beberapa asset yang perlu menjadi fokus perhatian lebih oleh perusahaan antara lain adalah informasi data, server jaringan, hardware berupa computer untuk menghindari risiko dengan level yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi PT. ABC dalam mengelola risiko keamanan aset teknologi informasi mereka dengan adanya rekomendasi control ISO 27001 yang telah diberikan
Aktualisasi Pancasila dalam Kehidupan Masyarakat di Era Globalisasi
No full textAbstract: Pancasila and globalization are two mutually sustainable things. With the development of the times, the world's living order has changed, which directly affects the living order of a country. The impact that occurs is huge on various aspects of human life at all levels of society. The tendency of people's lives to lead to negative things such as moral degradation is one of the impacts of globalization. On this occasion, this research aims to raise ideas about the importance of actualizing the values of Pancasila during the rapid flow of globalization, which presents various challenges and threats to the moral life of a nation. In addition, this research also raises the importance of the Pancasila ideology as a guide in the life of society, countries, and the state of the Indonesian people. The author in this study uses a qualitative method with a literature study that examines various sources from scientific journals, books, and articles, which are then analyzed in-depth and can finally be concluded. The results of this study are the different challenges and threats that are currently happening that affect the life of society; nations and states need to be faced with how to respond to the phenomenon of globalization by adhering to the noble values of Pancasila. Reviewing the noble values of Pancasila with consideration of rationality and its actualization in overcoming modern problems is one way to actualize Pancasila in the era of globalization.
Abstrak: Pancasila dan globalisasi merupakan dua hal yang saling berkesinambungan. Semakin berkembangnya zaman, tatanan hidup dunia mengalami perubahan yang secara langsung juga mempengaruhi tatanan hidup suatu negara. Dampak yang terjadi sangatlah besar terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia di semua lapisan masyarakat. Kecenderungan kehidupan masyarakat yang mengarah ke hal negatif seperti degradasi moral merupakan salah satu dampak dari globalisasi. Pada kesempatan penelitian kali ini bertujuan untuk memunculkan gagasan mengenai pentingnya aktualisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila di tengah pesatnya arus globalisasi yang memunculkan berbagai tantangan dan acncaman terhadap moral kehidupan suatu bangsa. Selain itu, pada penelitian kali ini juga memunculkan gagasan mengenai pentingnya ideologi Pancasila sebagai pedoman dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Penulis dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan studi literatur yang meneliti dari berbagai sumber dari jurnal-jurnal ilmiah, buku, maupun artikel yang kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam yang akhirnya bisa disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berbagai tantangan dan ancaman yang saat ini terjadi yang berpengaruh pada kehidupan kehidupan bermasyarakat, berbangsa, dan bernegara perlu dihadapi dengan bagaimana cara untuk menyikapi fonomena globalisasi dengan berpegang teguh pada nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila. Dengan menelaah kembali nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila dengan pertimbangan rasionalitas dan aktualisasinya dalam mengatasi persoalan-persoalan modern, merupakan salah satu cara mengaktualisasikan Pancasila di era globalisasi
