Gerçek ilişkilerin yerini alan öznelerarası düşünce paylaşım alanları ya da alternatif kamusal alanlar olarak müjdelenen internet forum/tanım siteleri de kâr amacının dışında artık birer varlık alanı olarak yer bulamamaktadır.Bu araştırmada,kültürel çalışmalar alanının disiplinlerarası doğasına uygun bir biçimde, hem halkla ilişkiler ve reklamcılık faaliyetlerinin internete kayan yapısal dönüşümüne hem de insan odaklı değil, kâr odaklı bir anlayışla işleyen bir forum/tanım platformunun kamusal alanın günümüzdeki taşıyıcısı olma olasılığına ilişkin sorgulama yapılacaktır. Günümüzün yeni tüketici tipi radyo, televizyon, gazete ve benzeri geleneksel reklam mecraları yerine kendi gereksinimlerine anında yanıt bulabileceği internet gibi yeni mecralara yönelmektedir. Pazarlama ve kurumsal iletişim açısından online platformlar giderek kurumların daha fazla kullanmaya-yararlanmaya başladığı alanlar olmuştur. Bu çalışmada,Türkiye’de otuz binden fazla sanal kimliğin eğlence ve bilgi paylaşımında bulunduğu, popüler bir interaktif oluşum olarak niteleyebileceğimiz www.eksisozluk.com internet sitesinde yer alan reklamlar araştırma nesnesi olarak kabul edilmiştir. Effect of the Bilge Keel in the Maneuverability of Ship
Get PDFThe training ship NANSEI MARU (44.56 gross tonnage) is a wooden vessel, built in March 1967. In December 1972 the author had the ship fitted out with a Bilge keel (11.00m×250mm×150mm) and investigated into the effects of this Bilge keel on the maneuverability of the ship. The measurement was carried out through Z-maneuverability tests and turning trials to compare the maneuverability of the ship after fixing the Bilge keel with that before fixing. And the following results are obtained: 1) The results of Z-maneuvering tests show that the maneuverability index K’ after fixing the Bilge keel to the ship increases 10~20% and that the index T’ increases 50~100 % in case of small rudder angle and 10~40% in case of large angle, decreases, however, 0~20% in case of rudder angle 15°: that is to say that the turning quality gets better, the following quality becomes, on the contrary, worse (except the case of rudder angle 15°). 2) The results of turning trials show the same tendencies as those of Z-maneuvering tests that max. advance after fitting the Bilge keel becomes longer and max. transfer gets shorter. 3) The author would like to point out that there would be cases where the maneuverability of ships equipped with a liquid magnetic compass could not exactly measured, because, when a small ship sails with a high speed and turns with a large angle, the turning angular velocity becomes large and therefore the waked angle becomes too large for a liquid magnetic compass to mark the real of following.departmental bulletin pape
A review on the Bilge Hakan novel of Uzbek author Isacan Sultan
No full textDünya tarihi boyunca geniş bir coğrafyaya hükmeden Türklerin önemli bilgelerinin yaşam öykülerinden ve tarihe bıraktıkları izlerden yola çıkılarak oluşturulan bu eser, İsacan Sultan tarafından Türk tarihine dikkat çekmeye ve bu dikkatin yarattığı etkileşimin Türk ulusları arasında gelecekte de devam etmesine yardımcı olmak amacıyla yazılmıştır. İsacan Sultan, Türk dil, kültür ve tarihinin zenginliğini bugüne aktarmak için geçmiş ile bugün arasında köprü kurma görevi üstlenerek okuru Orhun yazıtlarının satır aralarında dolaştırır. Türklerin en eski tarihî yazılı belgelerini bugüne taşır. Yazar geçmiş ile bugün arasında bir köprü kurma görevini üstlenerek başta Özbekistan olmak üzere tüm Türk Dünyası içerisinde millî duyguları uyandırmaya çalışır. Millî duyguların yenilen canlandırılması amacıyla yazılan bu roman, Özbek edebiyatında millî bir uyanış hareketinin göstergesi olarak kabul edilebilir. Roman, bugün Özbekistan'da ceditçiliğin yeniden canlandığına ve Özbek aydınlarının ortak Türk tarihine, ortak Türk kimliğine ne kadar önem verdiğini gösteren somut bir delil niteliğindedir. İsacan Sultan, bu eserinde Orhun Yazıtları rehberliğinde II. Köktürk Devleti'nin Bilge Kağan dönemini ve o dönemi yaşayan kahramanların hayatlarını temel alarak yazmıştır. Romanın karekterlerini ise yine o dönemde yaşayan Bilge Kağan'ın liderlik ettiği toplumdan insanlar; dostları ve mücadele etmek zorunda kaldığı halklar içerisindeki düşmanları oluşmaktadır. Yazar, II. Köktürk Devlet'inde Bilge Kağan'ın önderliğinde toplumun nasıl tekrar ayağa kalktığını, dört bir yana dağılan diğer Türk boylarının, ailelerin, obaların nasıl Bilge Kağan etrafında toplanıp güçlendiğini, Çinlilerle ve diğer Türk boylarıyla ilişkilerini; siyasi, sosyal ve toplumsal yapılarını, askeri seferlerini, gelenek ve göreneklerini pek çok yönden ele alarak güçlü bir tarihi roman oluşturmuştur. Çalışmamız esnasında, Türkiye Türkçesi ve Özbek Türkçesi leksik, morfolojik ve söz dizimi bakımından karşılaştırılarak çalışılmış; Özbekçe-Özbekçe sözlük kullanma becerisi, Kiril harfli edebî metin okuma becerisi edinildikten sonra metin aktarma aşamasına geçilmiştir. Şimdiye kadar taranan; yararlanılan kaynakların künyeleri oluşturulmuştur. Orhun Yazıtları başta olmak üzere, çalışmada kullanılan kaynakları belirtmek için roman tahlili, Özbek Edebiyatı, Türk Tarihi, Türk Mitolojisi üzerine birçok kaynak taranmıştır. Roman tahlilinde Mehmet Kaplan, Berna Moran, Şerif Aktaş ve Nurullah Çetin gibi isimlerin çalışmaları incelenerek tespitler yapılmış ve Nurullah Çetin'in Roman Çözümleme Yöntemi adlı kaynağı rehber edinilirek eser incelenmiştir. Tezin birinci kısmını oluşturan Giriş bölümünde, romanın kaynağını belirtmek amacıyla Köktürk tarihi, Köktürk Yazıtları, Özbek Türkçesi, Özbek tarihi ve Özbek Edebiyatı üzerine yapılan incelemeler sunularak genel değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. İkinci bölümde, eserin Türkçe aktarmasına, üçüncü bölümde eserin tahliline, dördüncü bölünde ise sonuç kısmına yer verilmiştir. Beşinci bölümde ise eserin kiril harfli orijinal metnine yer verilmiştir.This work, which was created based on the life stories of the important sages of the Turks who ruled a wide geography throughout the world history, and the traces they left in history, was written by Isacan Sultan to draw attention to Turkish history and to help the interaction created by this attention to continue in the future among Turkish nations. In order to convey the richness of Turkish language, culture and history to the present, İsacan Sultan undertakes the task of building a bridge between the past and the present, and guides the reader between the lines of the Orhun inscriptions. It carries the oldest historical written documents of the Turks to the present. By undertaking the task of building a bridge between the past and the present, the author tries to awaken national feelings in the Turkish World, especially in Uzbekistan. This novel, which was written with the aim of reviving national feelings, can be accepted as an indicator of a national awakening movement in Uzbek literature. The novel is a concrete proof that shows the revival of jadidism in Uzbekistan today and how much importance Uzbek intellectuals attach to the common Turkish history and common Turkish identity. In this work, İsacan Sultan wrote under the guidance of the Orkhon Inscriptions, based on the Bilge Khan period of the 2nd Köktürk State and the lives of the heroes who lived in that period. The characters of the novel are composed of people from the society led by Bilge Kağan, who lived at that time, as well as his friends and enemies among the peoples he had to struggle with. The author explains how the society rose up again under the leadership of Bilge Kagan in the 2nd Köktürk State, how the other Turkish tribes, families, and tribes scattered around Bilge Kagan gathered and became stronger, and their relations with the Chinese and other Turkish tribes;he created a powerful historical novel by dealing with his political, social and social structures, military expeditions, traditions and customs in many ways. During our study, Turkey Turkish and Uzbek Turkish were studied by comparing them in terms of lexical, morphological and syntax; After the skill of using Uzbek-Uzbek dictionary and reading a literary text in Cyrillic letters were acquired, the text transfer phase was started. Scanned so far; The identifiers of the resources used were created. Many sources on novel analysis, Uzbek Literature, Turkish History and Turkish Mythology have been scanned in order to specify the sources used in the study, especially the Orkhon Inscriptions. In the analysis of the novel, determinations were made by examining the works of names such as Mehmet Kaplan, Berna Moran, Şerif Aktaş and Nurullah Çetin, and the work was examined by taking the source of Nurullah Çetin's Novel Analysis Method as a guide. In the Introduction section, which constitutes the first part of the thesis, general evaluations were made by presenting the studies on Köktürk history, Köktürk Inscriptions, Uzbek Turkish, Uzbek history and Uzbek Literature in order to indicate the source of the novel. In the second part, the translation of the work in Turkish, the analysis of the work in the third part, and the conclusion part in the fourth part are given. The Individual and the Desire of Escape in Bilge Karasu’s Texts

Bilge Karasu, one of the most remarkable names of this generation, is known for his experimental practices with the image and utterance of a literary work. This article aims to take a holistic approach to Karasu’s texts and address his literature from a different perspective. The texts of Bilge Karasu were analyzed based on the psychology of escape that the author experienced, and we reviewed how the shadow of Karasu’s life and his approach to literature affect his works. The article is divided into three parts: the explanation of the psychology of escape, which is a subject that directly affects the life of the person; the place of escape psychology in Turkish literary tradition; and the explanation of Bilge Karasu as a fugitive writer based on his life and nonfiction writings and an explanation of the writer’s texts from this perspective

Zatim analiziram neke od značajnih stilskih odrednica njegovih filmova, poput tema vezanih za čovjekovo otuđenje, Slow Cinema estetike, zvučne slike, (ne)korištenja dijaloga, te utjecaj njegovih stilskih uzora. Nakon toga, u najopširnijem dijelu rada, analiziram tri njegova filma iz ranijeg i kasnijeg perioda stvaralaštva - Daleko, Tri majmuna i Zimski san. Analizom tražim poveznice između redateljevih tema i filmskih izražajnih sredstava koja koristi. U zaključku se osvrćem na analizu uz svoj kratki dojam o stvaralaštvu autora.In my Master thesis I am analyzing the film style of one the most influential Turkish directors, Nuri Bilge Ceylan. The text starts with some basic information about the director and his beginning in filmmaking. After that, I analyze some of the main film elements of his work - themes of loneliness and dissociation, Slow Cinema aesthetics, use of sound, (non) use of dialogue and the influences on his work. After that I analyze three of his films - Distant, Three Monkeys, Winter Sleep. In the conclusion I am summing up my findings and giving my impression of Ceylan's work

Metnin bu kompleks yapısının yanında metnin anlamsal boyutunda ise okuyucu derin bir karamsarlıkla karşı karşıyadır. Kitabın isminden itibaren okuyucu bu karamsar ve kaotik ortama çekilir. Fakat Gece’nin karanlığını delen ve okuyucunun yolunu aydınlatan bazı estetize edilmiş unsurların Karasu tarafından metne serpiştirildiği görülür. Yazar, dil olgusunu, insanı, insanlar içinde de aydın/entelektüel kesimi ve bazı doğa unsurlarını estetize ederek okura sunar.Bilge Karasu indicates that every literal work is a journey for the
writer, the reader even for the protagonist. The reader has extreme
difficulty in his/her journey in the novel named “Gece” that Bilge
Karasu shows his language workmanship and is one of his most
complicated text. The reader is faced with a deep pessimism in both the
complex structure and the semantic dimension of the text. The reader is
drawn to a pessimistic and chaotic atmosphere as from the name of the
book. However it is seen that Karasu intersperses some aesthetic
elements that enlighten the reader’s road and the darkness of the
“Gece”. The author presents the language, the human, the intelligentsia
and some natural elements in an aesthetic way

Mężczyzna gości w swoim mieszkaniu kuzyna, który zaburza rutynę jego codzienną rutynę. Ponadto obecność przybysza skłania bohatera do udawania we własnym domu kogoś, kim nie jest. Opisując sytuację Mahmuta za pomocą kategorii i pojęć wywiedzionych z refleksji socjologicznej, Autorka zwraca uwagę na psychologiczne implikacje ingerencji w czyjąś codzienność.The article is an analysis of the movie Uzak by Nuri Bilge Ceylan (2002), in which the author focuses on the main character, Mahmut. The man is hosting a cousin in his flat, who perturbs the routine of his dailiness. Moreover the presence of the guest induces protagonist to pretend someone hi is not in his own house. Describing Mahmut's situation by using categories and terms from sociological reflection, the Author pays attention to psychological implications of the intrusion into someone's everyday life
