Optimasi Peralatan Vibrating Screen dan Clarifier untuk Produksi Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC)
Get PDFKualitas precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) yang dapat digunakan di industri kertas dan cat harus bebas dari klorin, karena dapat menyebabkan korosi pada peralatan. Hasil penelitian skala pilot plant kapasitas 2 kg/jam, produk PCC masih mengandung klorin (0,73 s/d 2,02 %), sedangkan standar industri <0,001%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghilangkan kadar klorin dengan metoda pencucian dan filtrasi tanpa vakum dan metode kedua pencucian dan filtrasi dengan vacuum filter. Proses pencucian menggunakan air PDAM, air hujan dan aquadest dengan rasio PCC dengan air pencucinya yaitu 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 dan 1:4. PCC yang dihasilkan dari pilot plant dengan dua jenis PCC yaitu PCC dengan konsentrasi pelarut NH4Cl 12,5 g/L dan 50 g/L. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan air PDAM dapat menurunkan kadar klorin 0,0322% (NH4Cl 12,5 g/L) dan 0,0959% (NH4Cl 50 g/L) dengan metoda pencucian dan filtrasi tanpa vakum dengan rasio 1:4. Kadar klorin yang diperoleh pada metode pencucian dan filtrasi dengan vacuum filter kadar klorin menjadi 0,0203% (pelarut NH4Cl 12,5 g/L) dan 0,0364% (pelarut NH4Cl 50 g/L). Morfologi PCC dipengaruhi konsentrasi NH4Cl. Kristal kalsit untuk konsentrasi NH4Cl (12,5 g/L) dan kristal aragonit untuk konsentrasi NH4Cl 50 g/L. Ukuran partikel yang diperoleh PCC 0 - 16 µm. Dari hasil penelitian untuk proses pencucian PCC pada Vibrating Screen akan menggunakan air PDAM dengan perbandingan PCC dengan air pencucinya 1:4
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. At this time sexual education is very important for society, especially among adolescents because this aims to create a healthy emotional attitude towards sexual problems and guide adolescents towards healthy living and being responsible for their sexual life. This study aims to find out the description of sex education knowledge in class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur in 2023. This research method is a quantitative study with a descriptive design. The total population in this study was 330 with sampling using the cluster sampling technique so that the number of samples used was 183 people with the instrument using a multiple choice question questionnaire consisting of 15 questions which were distributed by coming to classes at SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur . The results of this study showed that 64 students (35.0%) had satisfactory knowledge, 80 students (43.7%) had satisfiable knowledge, and 39 people (21.3%) had excellent knowledge. The level of knowledge of Class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur about Sex Education is that 80 people (43.7%) have sufficient knowledge. It is hoped that all related parties will help increase the knowledge of students who have weak or insufficient knowledge of sex educatiABSTRAK
Disaat ini pendidikan seksual menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi masrakat khusunya di kalangan remaja karena hal ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu sikap emosional yang sehat terhadap masalah seksual dan membimbing remaja kearah hidup sehat dan bertanggung jawab terhadap kehidupan seksualnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Pengetahuan Sex Education Pada Siswa/i Kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur Tahun 2023. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Adapun jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 330 dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 183 orang dengan instrument menggunakan kuesioner multiple choice questions yang terdiri dari 15 pertanyaan yang dibagikan melalui datang ke kelas-kelas di SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengetahuan Siswa/i berada di kategori Kurang 64 orang (35.0%), memiliki pengetahuan cukup 80 orang (43,7%), dan memiliki pengetahuan baik 39 orang (21,3%). Tingkat pengetahuan Siswa/i Kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Timur tentang Sex Education yaitu berpengetahuan Cukup 80 orang (43,7%). Diharapkan seluruh pihak terkait untuk membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan Siswa/i yang memiliki pengetahuan rendah atau kurang terhadap Sex Education.

Get PDFWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
