Marketing at Faculty of Business and Management. I have experienced industrial training for 24 weeks starting from 1 March 2023 until 15 August 2023.1 have carrying out industrial training in an organization located in Kuantan Pahang which is Axiatex Global Sdn. Bhd. whose address is No 9, Mahkota Valley Office, NO. A, 103, Jalan IM9/4, Bandar Indera Mahkota, 25200 Kuantan, Pahang. First of all, I've included my most recent updated resume with this application to Aziatex Global Sdn Bhd. In addition, I gathered basic information on Aziatex Global Sdn Bhd, such as their opening and closing times, goals, history, and organizational structure. My supervisor's reaction, Mrs. Hazliza Binti Jusoh, and the corporate website served as the foundation for what I learnt. There are two locations for Aziatex Global Sdn Bhd in Kuantan and Kuala Lumpur. Aziatex Global Sdn Bhd is a firm that provides services. Businesses like Seri Wajah Muslimah Aesthetic, Makcik Unit Muslimah Spa, Nieza Salon, Pen and Pepper Cafe, and Ummy Wax are clients of Aziatex Global Sdn Bhd. Through my internship, I gained a lot of experience, information, and skills. I was able to start my own self-exploration through this internship program, improve my communication and problem-solving skills, and get experience in a real working setting. I discussed the SWOT analysis with someone and offered some suggestions for how Aziatex Global Sdn Bhd may enhance its products and services. The internship program, in my opinion, was generally effective in accomplishing its goals and giving students a worthwhile learning opportunity before entering the real working world

the 360-degree anti-slip base and comes with glass ceramic and will be automatically
heated when the kettle is put on the base. With 1.7 litre capacity, it will be able to get
more servings. This kettle has been designed with Dual Wall Insulation that works to
reduce outside temperature and keep the temperature of the water inside the kettle
warm so the time taken for the water to cold is longer and it will help in saving time
and energy. Our target market is both gender which is female and male in Malaysia. Majority of people in Malaysia have their own house and most of them need one kind of kettle to be put in their house. This product functions well when you just need to use a touch sensor to boil the waters. What makes it different from other companies, which is Smart Kettle technology is we use heat and touch sensors to adjust temperature of the water to make it boil faster. Our product provides the maintenance of the product if the product cannot function well as we use touch and heat sensor
KONSEP DUA BANDING SATU DALAM PEMBAGIAN HARTA WARIS PERSPEKTIF MUHAMMAD ALI ASH-SHABUNI DAN ABDULLAHI AHMED AN-NAIM
Full text linkDalam Islam setiap manusia yang meninggal dunia maka harta yang dimiliki semasa hidupnya akan diwariskan kepada ahli waris. Namun terkadang dalam prosesnya seringkali tidaklah berjalan mulus. Salah satu contohnya adalah dalam hukum pembagian harta waris laki-laki dan perempuan yaitu konsep 2 : 1. Dalam konsep tersebut terlihat adanya ketidakseimbangan pembagian harta waris antara laki-laki dan perempuan, di mana laki-laki mendapat bagian lebih banyak, sehingga tidak jarang terjadi perselisihan disebabkan konsep tersebut. Pro dan kontra muncul dari kalangan para cendikiawan muslim. Seperti Muhammad Ali Ash-Shabuni, ia sangat setuju dengan konsep tersebut, menurutnya terdapat hikmah dibalik hukum tersebut. Sebaliknya Abdullahi Ahmed An-Naim sebagai tokoh pembaharuan hukum Islam kontemporer, menganggap konsep 2 : 1 sebagai sesuatu yang terdapat diskriminasi terhadap perempuan.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang berpijak pada sumber-sumber pustaka yang relavan dengan penelitian, sehingga menjadikan penelitian ini sebagai penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis dan komparatif. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis komparatif objek penelitian.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Muhammad Ali Ash-Shabuni dan Abdullahi Ahmed An-Naim dalam memandang pembagian harta waris laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki perbedaan pemahaman yang sangat signifikan. Bagi Muhammad Ali Ash-Shabuni, hukum pembagian harta waris laki-laki dan perempuan yaitu 2 : 1, berlandaskan pada Q.S An-Nisa’ ayat 11. Sedangkan bagi An-Naim, hukum pembagian waris laki-laki dan perempuan yang relevan untuk sekarang adalah 1:1, ketika keduanya berada pada posisi yang sama dalam hubungannya dengan seseorang yang meninggal. Kemudian metode istinba>t} hukum yang dipilih oleh Abdullahi Ahmed An-Naim dan Muhammad Ali Ash-Shabuni juga berbeda. Ash-Shabuni dalam bukunya Al-Mawa>ris\ Fi> Syari>atil Isla>miyah ‘Ala> D}houil Kita>b Was Sunnah, menggunakan pendekatan Maud}u>’i>, Sedangkan Abdullahi Ahmed An-Naim menggunakan konsep makkiyyah dan madaniyyah dalam metode istinba>t} hukumnya. Bila ditimbang dari perspektif gender pendapat Muhammad Ali Ash-Shabuni, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsep 2:1 sangat mencerderai Gender differences (perbedaan gender) karena hal tersebut menimbulkan gender inequalitas (ketidakadilan gender) bila diterapkan di masa sekarang. Sebaliknya bila meninjau pendapat Abdullahi Ahmed An-Naim atas pembagain harta waris laki dan perempuan 1:1 dengan perspektif gender, maka konsep 1:1 An-Naim sudah mampu membebaskan manusia dari diksrimansi gender, karena 1:1 yang diusung oleh An-Naim tidak terdapat gender differences (perbedaan gender) dimana laki-laki dan perempuan mendapat bagian yang sama, dan juga konsep 1:1 tidak memunculkan gender inequalitas (ketidakadilan gender)

Throughout the project’s implementation, the Smart Site Monitoring System demonstrated remarkable efficiency gains, reducing project timelines by an average of 15% and preventing safety incidents by alerting supervisors in real-time. Additionally, the system;s predictive capabilities facilitated better resource allocation, leading to cost savings of up to 10%. The business is based on partnership and owned by Muhammad Fairuz Naim Bin Fadilah and Nurul Aqilah Binti Abdul Razak. The name of QFN is combination of the founders’ initials name, which is ‘Qila’ and ‘Fairuz’. This business is controlled and managed by both owners in term of marketing, advertising, and promoting. The motto is “Hanya yang terindah kami sajikan” which shows that the owners want to deliver great food and drink products with affordable price, so that the customer will feel happy and satisfied with the business.
QFN Enterprise offer two types of common products which are Chococrispy and Nilofa milk. The main objective for the business is to distribute and drop-ship these famous brands to the customers as an agent and drop shipper. The targeted customers are chocolate and milk lover as well as those people who acknowledge and enjoy these famous brands. The business is well-known among students, family and children. QFN Enterprise offered both courier service and delivery service with charge for those who near to the area.
Since the first opening, QFN Enterprise received a lot of good feedback from the customers. QFN Enterprise marketing strategy is to attract loyal customer of Chococrispy and Nilofa milk, as the high demand from loyal customer all around Malaysia help the business to grow. Promotion strategy is also used to increase people awareness of the products and build loyalty to the brands. Therefore, both products by two common brands is a good marketable product of choice that can be further expanded QFN business area
Smart streetlight system / Muhammad Naim Mansor

The sensors and Arduino microcontroller used in this proposed work allow it to regulate how much electricity is used during the night. It is also used based on the movement of the object when it is close to the sensor and at night, as opposed to manually turned on at nightfall and turned off the next morning. This project will automatically control the streetlight system, which the light will only operate when an object is picked up by the sensors. Full text linkThis is an endeavour to grasp how the theories can be applied to a practical situation. As a student in UiTM Perlis, it is a part of a study for everyone to undergo a case study project. So, for this purpose, I got the chance to do case study about a product that deeply interests us, which is Decathlon Group, a sports retailer. First of all, the general information regarding the corporate has been collected. Information is gathered through the primary and secondary source. In the second part of the report contains the specialized subject studies. The objective of the project is to figure on the background, organizational structure, products and services that Decathlon provides. In this case study, I used SWOT analysis to examine the company's strengths, limitations, opportunities, and challenges in the real world. Then I researched Decathlon's product, which is primarily a common technology used by the organisation for its chosen product, which is their hiking boots. Here, I will be explaining the problems of the boots that have grab my attention. The problem of the boots that I discovered is the boots are the cushioning in the boots are little. Next, is the boots sole also not to strong. And lastly, the narrowed shoes developed by Decathlon has made it difficult for those who have wide feet to wear it. In this study, I will explaining deeper regarding the problems and I would also be discussing the alternatives solutions towards the problems
