Rasionalisme Descartes dan Implikasinya Terhadap Pemikiran Pembaharuan Islam Muhammad Abduh
Abstrak Peneitian ini bertujuan mengupas tentang paham rasionalisme yang dicetuskan Rene Descartes dan Implikasinya terhadap Pemikiran Pebaharuan Islam Muhammad Abduh. Rasionalisme Rene Descartes merupakan paham yang muncul ditengah kungkungan gereja Kristiani yang dikenal dengan masa skolastik. Paham ini lebih menekankan pada penggunaan akal (rasio) untuk memperoleh sebuah pengetahuan. Tentunya sebagai hasil filsafat, paham rasionalisme sangat berperan penting pada perkembangan ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan lain. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, Penulis mencoba mengaitkan dan menampilkan Implikasi antara pemikiran Rasionalisme descartes dan pemikiran pembaharuan dalam islam. Adapun hasil penelitian ini penulis melihat adanya benang merah antara dasar rasionalisme descartes dan pemikiran muhammad abduh bahwa keduanya menjadikan akal sebagai alat untuk melakukan penalaran terhadap suatu kebenaran. Perencanaan Tebal Perkerasan Lentur Landas Pacu Bandara Internasional Dhoho Menggunakan Metode Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) dan Load Classification Number (LCN)
Menurut Perpres 56 tahun 2018 tentang perubahan kedua atas perubahan Perpres No 3 tahun 2016 tentang Percepatan Proyek Strategis Nasional, Bandara Internasional Dhoho telah ditetapkan menjadi sebuah proyek strategis nasional. Pada sebuah bandara, landasan pacu memiliki peran penting sebagai salah satu fasilitas utama penunjang operasional bandara sehingga perencanaannya perlu perhatian lenih salah satunya pada aspek tebal perkerasan landasan pacu. Banyak metode dalam merencanakan perkerasan lentur landasan pacu, seperti Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) dari Dinas Perhubungan Udara Amerika Serikat, metode Load Classification Number (LCN) dari Inggris dan lain sebagainya. Pada tugas akhir ini bertujuan merencanakan tebal perkerasan lentur landasan pacu menggunakan metode Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) dan Load Classification Number (LCN). Kedua metode dipilih karena terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam aspek perencanaannya. Dari tebal perkerasan yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis besar kapasitas perkerasan dan dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan perkerasan pesawat rencana. Dilakukan pula analisis metode pelaksanaan dan biaya konstruksi untuk membandingkan aspek ekonomis kedua metode. Hasil analisis tebal perkerasan lentur pada metode FAA menggunakan FAA AC 5320-6D diperoleh hasil sebesar 508 mm pada daerah kritis, 439 mm pada daerah non kritis dan setebal 360 mm pada bahu landasan pacu. Menggunakan program COMFAA diperoleh nilai PCN sebesar 42,9 denagn nilai AC sebesar 40,2. Pada metode FAA menggunakan program FAARFIELD diperoleh hasil sebesar 519 mm dan pada bahu landasan pacu sebesar 356 mm. Menggunakan program bantu FAARFIELD diperoleh nilai PCR sebesar 386,4 dan nilai ACR sebesar 365,1. Sedangkan pada metode LCN diperoleh total tebal perkerasan sebesar 550 mm dan pada bahu landasan pacu setebal 450 mm. Diperoleh nilai LCN landasan pacu yakni sebesar 63 dan nilai LCN pesawat rencana sebesar 46,5. Hasil analisis biaya konstruksi untuk tebal perkerasan pada metode FAA menggunakan FAA AC 5320-6D diperoleh sebesar Rp187.607.898.600, pada FAA AC 5320-6G sebesar Rp212.826.956.294. Sementara pada metode LCN diperoleh sebesar Rp225.887.763.123. Selain dari ketiga aspek tersebut, metode FAA lebih diunggulkan karena terdapat pembaharuan aturan yang komprehensif dibandingkan metode LCN. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode FAA lebih relevan digunakan dalam merencanakan tebal perkerasan lentur sebuah landasan pacu.

According to Presidential Regulation (Perpres) No. 56 of 2018 concerning the second amendment to Presidential Regulation No. 3 of 2016 concerning the Acceleration of National Strategic Projects, Dhoho International Airport has been designated as a national strategic project. In an airport, the runway plays a crucial role as one of the main supporting facilities for airport operations, and its planning requires careful attention, particularly in terms of the runway pavement thickness. There are various methods for planning the flexible pavement thickness of the runway, such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) method from the United States Department of Transportation, and the Load Classification Number (LCN) method from the United Kingdom, among others. The aim of this final project is to plan the flexible pavement thickness of the runway using both the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) method and the Load Classification Number (LCN) method. These two methods were chosen because they differ significantly in their planning aspects. After obtaining the pavement thickness, the pavement capacity will be analyzed and compared with the planned aircraft pavement requirements. Additionally, an analysis of construction methods and costs will be conducted to compare the economic aspects of both methods. The analysis results for the flexible pavement thickness using the FAA method, based on FAA AC 5320-6D, are 508 mm in critical areas, 439 mm in non-critical areas, and 360 mm on the runway shoulders. Using the COMFAA program, the PCN (Pavement Classification Number) is determined to be 42.9 with an AC (Aircraft Classification Number) of 40.2. With the FAARFIELD program, the FAA method yields thickness results of 519 mm for the runway and 356 mm for the shoulders. The supplementary FAARFIELD program provides PCR (Pavement Classification Rating) and ACR (Aircraft Classification Rating) values of 386.4 and 365.1, respectively. On the other hand, the LCN method yields a total pavement thickness of 550 mm and 450 mm on the runway shoulders. The LCN values for the runway and the planned aircraft are 63 and 46.5, respectively. The analysis of construction costs for the pavement thickness, using the FAA method based on FAA AC 5320-6D, amounts to Rp187,607,898,600, while using FAA AC 5320-6G results in Rp212,826,956,294. Meanwhile, for the LCN method, the construction cost is Rp225,887,763,123. Besides these three aspects, the FAA method is favored due to its comprehensive updated regulations compared to the LCN method. Model Biaya Operasional Kendaraan Listrik Berbasis Baterai
Krisis energi, polusi udara, dan peningkatan emisi gas rumah kaca mendorong pengembangan kendaraan listrik berbasis baterai (KLBB) sebagai solusi transportasi ramah lingkungan. Di Indonesia, meski pemerintah telah menetapkan regulasi dan insentif untuk mempercepat adopsi KLBB, tingkat penggunaannya masih rendah akibat harga jual yang tinggi dan kurangnya kesadaran akan efisiensi biaya operasional. Biaya operasional menjadi faktor penting dalam keputusan pembelian, terutama karena KLBB menawarkan efisiensi energi dan biaya perawatan yang lebih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi variabel yang memengaruhi biaya operasional KLBB dan merumuskan model prediktif yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung percepatan adopsi serta analisis kelayakan pembangunan infrastruktur transportasi.
Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model regresi linier dan polinomial diterapkan untuk mengeksplorasi hubungan antara berbagai komponen biaya operasional dan kecepatan KLBB. Data dikumpulkan dari survei pengguna KBB di seluruh Indonesia, yang mencakup pola penggunaan, konsumsi energi, dan pemeliharaan kendaraan. Model ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor biaya utama, termasuk iaya pengisian ulang daya, biaya jasa pemeliharaan, biaya gear reducer oil, biaya ban, biaya penggunaan baterai, biaya suku cadang, dan biaya depresiasi. Digunakan variabel independen adalah kecepatan dan jarak tempuh harian untuk memberikan gambaran bagaimana pola berkendara mempengaruhi biaya operasional kendaraan listrik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik, model regresi antara total biaya serta komponen biaya operasional kendaraan listrik dengan kecepatan dinyatakan valid, meskipun nilai koefisien determinasinya relatif rendah. Hal serupa juga ditemukan pada model regresi dengan variabel jarak tempuh harian, yang secara statistik valid, namun tidak signifikan dalam menjelaskan beberapa komponen biaya seperti biaya pengisian ulang daya, biaya gear reducer oil, biaya ban, dan biaya suku cadang. Analisis lanjutan melalui segmentasi jenis kendaraan menunjukkan bahwa pada segmen compact SUV sebagai representasi kendaraan listrik berbasis baterai, regresi antara kecepatan dan total biaya operasional menghasilkan model yang signifikan dengan koefisien determinasi yang kuat. Secara umum, total biaya operasional KLBB lebih tinggi dibandingkan kendaraan konvensional, terutama disebabkan oleh tingginya komponen biaya tetap berupa depresiasi. Namun demikian, biaya tidak tetap KLBB tercatat jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan kendaraan konvensional.

The ongoing energy crisis, air pollution, and increasing greenhouse gas emissions have driven the development of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) as an environmentally friendly transportation solution. In Indonesia, despite government-issued regulations and incentives to accelerate BEV adoption, their usage remains low due to high purchase prices and a lack of awareness regarding operational cost efficiency. Operational costs play a crucial role in consumer purchase decisions, particularly as BEVs offer higher energy efficiency and lower maintenance costs. This study aims to identify the variables influencing BEV operational costs and to formulate a predictive model that can support the acceleration of adoption and serve as a reference for transport infrastructure feasibility studies.
A quantitative approach using linear and polynomial regression models was employed to explore the relationship between various operational cost components and BEV driving speed. Data were collected through a survey of BEV users across Indonesia, covering usage patterns, energy consumption, and vehicle maintenance. The model identified key cost factors including recharging costs, maintenance service fees, gear reducer oil, tire costs, battery usage expenses, spare parts, and depreciation. The independent variables used were vehicle speed and daily travel distance to illustrate how driving behavior impacts operational costs.
The results indicate that the regression models of total and component-wise operational costs against speed are statistically valid, although the coefficient of determination values are relatively low. Similarly, the regression model using daily travel distance is statistically valid, yet the variable is not significant in explaining certain cost components, such as recharging, gear reducer oil, tire, and spare parts expenses. Further analysis through vehicle segmentation highlights that the compact SUV segment—used as a representative of BEVs—yielded a statistically significant regression model between speed and total operational costs, with a strong coefficient of determination. Overall, BEVs exhibit higher total operational costs than conventional vehicles, primarily due to elevated fixed costs in the form of depreciation. Nevertheless, BEVs demonstrate substantially lower variable costs, including energy and maintenance, compared to conventional vehicles
IMPLEMENTASI DASAR PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN KEPALA SMA IT DAAR EL FIKRI MESUJI LAMPUNG DALAM MENINGKATKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN
ABSTRAK
Pengambilan keputusan adalah memilih satu dua atau lebih
alternatif pemecahan masalah menuju satu situasi yang diinginkan,
melalui keputusan atau penetapannya orang berharap akan tercapai
suatu pemecahan masalah dari problem yang terjadi. Penelitian ini
membahas tentang implementasi pengalaman, wewenang, dan rasional
Kepala SMA IT Daar El Fikri Mesuji dalam pengambilan keputusan
guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
menggambarkan dan menganalisis proses dan implementasi
pengalaman, wewenang dan rasional pengambilan keputusan yang
dilakukan oleh Kepala SMA IT Daar El Fikri Mesuji dalam upaya
meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah tersebut.
Penelitian ini menggunakan menggunakan metode penelitian
kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dalam.
Penulis menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi
sebagai metode pengumpulan data untuk mengumpulkan data yang
komprehensif. Menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan
penarikan kesimpulan dalam metode analisis data. Informasi dalam
penelitian ini diperoleh langsung dari Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala
Sekolah Dan Guru SMA IT Daar El Fikri Mesuji. Menggunakan
triangulasi sumber untuk menilai validitas data atau uji keabsahan
data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam pengambilan
keputusan, Kepala SMA IT Daar El Fikri selalu melibatkan diskusi
atau musyawarah dengan wakil kepala sekolah, guru, dan pihak
yayasan untuk mencetuskan program-program yang dapat
meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Kepala sekolah juga mengadakan
rapat rutin setiap dua minggu sekali dengan dewan guru untuk
membahas dan mengevaluasi program yang telah dilaksanakan serta
merencanakan program baru. Meskipun demikian, Kepala SMA IT
Daar El Fikri menghadapi tantangan terkait dengan terbatasnya
wewenang, di mana setiap keputusan yang diambil harus disetujui
oleh pihak yayasan. Oleh karena itu, dalam proses pengambilan

keputusan, Kepala Sekolah harus dapat menyatukan mufakat antara
keputusan pribadi dan keputusan yayasan. Proses pengambilan
keputusan yang dilakukan selalu mengutamakan rasionalitas melalui
beberapa tahapan, yaitu identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data dari
berbagai pihak, penilaian terhadap alternatif solusi, dan penerapan
kebijakan yang dianggap paling efektif. Dengan mengikuti tahapan�tahapan tersebut, keputusan yang diambil akan sesuai dengan masalah
yang dihadapi dan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada di
sekolah.

ABSTRACT
Decision-making is the process of choosing one or more
alternative solutions to address a problem, aiming for a desired
situation. Through the decision or determination, people expect to find
a solution to the problem at hand. This study discusses the
implementation of the experience, authority, and rationality of the
Principal of SMA IT Daar El Fikri Mesuji in decision-making to
improve the quality of education. The study aims to describe and
analyze the process and implementation of the experience, authority,
and rational decision-making conducted by the Principal of SMA IT
Daar El Fikri Mesuji in efforts to enhance the quality of education at
the school.
This study used a qualitative research method with a
descriptive qualitative approach. The author employed observation,
interviews, and documentation as data collection methods to gather
comprehensive information. Data analysis was carried out using data
reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing methods. The
information in this study was obtained directly from the Principal,
Vice Principal, and teachers of SMA IT Daar El Fikri Mesuji. Source
triangulation was used to assess the data validity or reliability.
The research findings showed that in decision-making, the
Principal of SMA IT Daar El Fikri always involved discussions or
deliberations with the vice principal, teachers, and the foundation to
initiate programs that could improve the quality of education. The
principal also held regular meetings every two weeks with the
teaching staff to discuss and evaluate the programs that had been
implemented and plan new programs. However, the Principal of SMA
IT Daar El Fikri faced challenges related to limited authority, where
every decision made had to be approved by the foundation. Therefore,
in the decision-making process, the Principal had to reconcile
personal decisions with the foundation's decisions. The decision�making process always prioritized rationality through several stages,
including problem identification, data collection from various parties,

assessment of alternative solutions, and the implementation of policies
considered most effective. By following these stages, the decisions
made would align with the problems faced and help resolve the issues
at the school.

PENILAIAN KETERAMPILAN PROYEK
Evaluation is one of important step that must be done to measure the success of an educational program. In the evaluation there are several assessment instruments that can be used as a measuring tool to find out how much success is achieved by students and educators. Evaluation activities can cover all elements of learning, both directly and indirectly. At the evaluation stage there is an assessment. Assessment is not only useful for students but also very useful for educators. In addition to measuring the ability of students, the assessment can also motivate students in learning and hone the creativity and innovation of educators so that they can improve and develop learning. As we know, in the current assessment there are four kinds of assessment, namely spiritual assessment, social assessment, knowledge assessment and skills assessment. The four kinds of assessments complement each other for the achievement of Complete skill in students. To achieve the goal of the national education curriculum, namely mastery of 21st century skills for students. Through these measurements and assessments, it is hoped that educational institutions can maximize the goals of the national education curriculum. In the skills assessment there are several types of skills assessment such as performance skills assessment, project skills assessment, portfolio skills assessment and product skills assessment. In this paper the author tries to discuss one of the skills assessments, namely project skills assessment. INOVASI PENERAPAN SURAT PERINTAH PERJALANAN DINAS (E-SPPD) DI SEKRETARIAT DPRD KABUPATEN MOJOKERTO
This thesis focuses on a case study at the Mojokerto Regency DPRD Secretariat,
where the author conducted research to determine innovations in the application of
electronic Official Travel Orders. The author analyzes the efficiency and
effectiveness of public services in the use of electronic official travel orders within
the Mojokerto Regency DPRD Secretariat. The research method used in this thesis
includes data collection through interviews with related parties, literature study, and
analysis of relevant data. It is hoped that the research results will provide a better
understanding of innovations in implementing E-SPPD and provide
recommendations for increasing the use of the system. This thesis has important
value in the context of implementing regional government innovations related to
effectiveness and improving administrative performance within the Mojokerto
Regency DPRD Secretariat. Apart from that, the results of this study can also be
used as a reference for other regional governments that are planning or
implementing similar innovations

Pelaksanaan Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan (PATEN) Bedasarkan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 4 Tahun 2010 Di Kecamatan Rambah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
To fulfill a need either directly or indirectly is an activity of an organization or a person that is a definition of service. The formation of the quality of public services is not only when providing services, but also in the process of providing or providing services to the community or consumers. This study aims to identify and describe the implementation of the District Integrated Administrative Service (PATEN) in the Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency and to find out what are the obstacles to the Implementation of the District Integrated Administrative Service (PATEN). The method that the writer uses in this research is descriptive qualitative. In collecting this data, the writer uses documentation, interview, and observation techniques. For this research, the author's focus is the Implementation of Integrated District Administration Services or PATEN that includes: physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance) and empathy (empathy) and service facilities. Based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 4 of 2010, each sub-district follows three requirements, namely, substantive requirements, administrative requirements and technical requirements, Based on the research conducted by the author, that the implementation of Integrated District Administration Services or PATEN in Rambah District, Rokan Hulu Regency based on the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 4 of 2010 is in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation with 3 service facilities including substantive, administrative, and technical requirements. For obstacles to the Implementation of Integrated District Administration Services in Rambah District, namely, facilities and infrastructure such as queuing machines, E-KTP printing machines that do not yet exist, so that services take a relatively long time, as well as the lack of service personnel, making queues longer. For other facilities, it is sufficient in terms of Implementation of Integrated District Administration Services (PATEN) in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 4 of 2010
Pengaruh Explosive Power Otot Tungkai Dengan Hasil Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok Siswa Kelas X Ips Sma Muhammadiyah Kabupaten Kampar
Based on the observations made by the author in Class X Social Studies at SMA Muhammadiyah Kampar Regency, it was found that the ability of students to do long jumps was still in the below-average category. This is due to the low physical condition of students so that they do not produce maximum explosive power of the leg muscles. This research was conducted using a correlational research design. Based on the results of research that has been carried out on class X students of SMA Muhammadiyah Kampar Regency, the value of count = 0.811 > table = 0.514. Obtained r = 0.811 including very strong category. Significance test using the t-test Significance formula. From the calculation results, it is known that t count = 5,006 while t table = 1,771. So t count = 5,006 > t table = 1,771. Thus, a conclusion can be drawn that: There is an effect of explosive power in the leg muscles with the results of the long jump squatting style for X grade students of SMA Muhammadiyah Kampar Regency.

From the calculation results, it is known that t count = 5.006 while t table = 1.771. So t count = 5.006>ttable = 1.771.
