No full textKata Kunci : Kombinasi, Serat Alam, Logam, Karya Seni Kriya.Pada masa lampau seni kriya pada umumnya bermedium dari satu jenis benda saja, seperti seni kriya logam yang bermedium logam dan seni kriya kayu yang bermedium kayu dengan fungsinya masing-masing. Seiring perkembangan zaman seni kriya kini lebih inovatif dan kreatif, banyaknya temuan-temuan baru membuat seni kriya lebih luas cakupannya. Seni kriya merupakan karya seni terapan yang sangat mengutamakan nilai fungsinya, namun sesuai perkembangan saat ini seni kriya juga tidak meninggalkan nilai estetik dalam karya. Tidak heran jika zaman sekarang seni kriya juga berfungsi sebagai benda yang memperindah seperti produk elemen interior dengan medium kayu, logam, bahkan perpaduan kedua medium tersebut. Kebaruan dalam dunia seni kriya membuat para seniman bisa menciptakan karya sesuai keinginan, namun juga mempertimbangkan karya tersebut untuk siapa dan akan berdampak bagaimana, karena seni kriya adalah karya seni terapan. Dalam hal ini, pencipta mengembangkan kemampuan dan kepekaan estetiknya yaitu mengkombinasikan serat alam jenis kelobot jagung yang merupakan benda yang sangat banyak ditemui di lingkungan sekitar penciptadengan kombinasi logam dan membuat karya temuan baru yang belum ada sebelumnya menjadi sebuah karya seni kriya sebagai produk elemen interior gaya rustic. Tidak hanya itu, temuan ini mampu menjadi peluang bisnis bagi masyarakat sekitar dengan mengolah limbah serat alam kelobot jagung tersebut.Metode penciptaan yang digunakan menggunakan metode SP. Gustami yang memiliki tiga tahapan, yaitu eksplorasi, berupa kegiatan pengamatan terhadap hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan unsur tematik yang akan diangkat. Perancangan, berupa eksplorasi bentuk dan mempertimbangkan prinsip organisasi estetik lalu dituangkan dalam sketsa desain. Kemudian perwujudan, berupa perwujudan dari hasil perancangan bentuk untuk diwujudkan dan dipakai sebagai acuan dalam penciptaan karya,berupa proses mewujudkan karya hingga finishing. Penciptaan ini menghasilkan 6 karya seni kriya produk elemen interior yang dikelompokkan menjadi karya yang terikat dan karya yang bebas (flexible)dengan media estetik berupa garis, bentuk dan ruang, warna, serta tekstur sebagai kreasi produk dalam dunia interior. Berdasarkan hasil penciptaan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengalaman baru kepada pencipta maupun orang lain dalam mempelajari karya seni kriya dengan perpaduan medium dan tentang pemanfaatan medium

With regard to this research, the object of research is the clothing store business. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of the accounting carried out in the clothing store business in the district of Tembilahan with the basic accounting concepts that apply in the Financial Accounting System for Micro and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM). The author conducted research on 23 clothing businesses in the Tembilahan district. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, the data collection technique in this research is literature study, structured interviews and documentation. After all data has been collected then the data is analyzed using descriptive methods. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the records carried out by clothing shop entrepreneurs are not in accordance with the basic concepts of accounting, clothing shop traders in Tembilahan sub-district have not implemented the Intermediate Financial Accounting System (SAK EMKM), such as not separating business finances from personal finances. . An educator has an important role in shaping the intelligence of students in developing their thinking potential and spiritual potential, so as to create a generation that is able to lead themselves, their people and national civilization. Apart from teaching knowledge to students, the teacher's role must also be able to act as a parent to their students.
The task of educators, apart from teaching subject matter, is also to supervise the development of the character and morals of their students. With this book, researchers are able to understand the concept of etiquette that teachers must use in conveying knowledge to their students and the etiquette of a student in receiving knowledge from a teacher as stated in the Concept of Teacher and Student Adab in the Book of Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'alim by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari and its relevance to basic education.
In this research the author used a qualitative approach with a library study type of research. This research involves searching and using literature, journals, books, papers, and other sources relevant to the research topic. Literary research is often carried out to gain an in-depth understanding of the subject under study, analyze existing theories and support or test hypotheses. The data collected in this research is in the form of quotations, summaries or syntheses from relevant sources. In this research, the data collection technique used by the author in preparing this thesis was from the book Adabul Alim wal Muta'allim, as well as other documentary books that are relevant to the research discussion.
The conclusions from the results of the research conducted by the researcher are: (1) Teacher etiquette consists of three topics including: etiquette towards oneself, etiquette towards lessons, and etiquette towards students; There are three topics of student etiquette, including: etiquette towards oneself, etiquette towards the teacher, and etiquette towards lessons and relationships with the teacher and colleagues. (2) Meanwhile, the relevance of the adabul book 'Alim wal muta'allim by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari with basic level education, namely through the application of teacher and student etiquette that has been taught and has relevance to basic level education, including: developing noble morals, increasing discipline and order, strengthening relationships between teachers and students, as well as encouraging cooperation and mutual respect between teachers and students
Intermittent Fasting Alleviates Cognitive Impairments and Hippocampal Neuronal Loss but Enhances Astrocytosis in Mice with Subcortical Vascular Dementia
No full textBACKGROUND: Intermittent fasting (IF) is found to exhibit neuroprotection against various insults, including ischemia; however, IF has been mainly applied before disease onset. It remains unknown whether IF implementation alleviates the long-term detrimental effects of a disease after its establishment. OBJECTIVES: To investigate the IF effects on cognitive impairments and cerebrovascular pathologies in a subcortical vascular dementia (SVaD) mouse model. METHODS: The SVaD model was developed by inducing hypoperfusion and hyperlipidemia in apoE-deficient (apoE-/-) mice. We subjected 10-week-old apoE-/- mice to bilateral common carotid artery stenosis using micro-coils after they were fed a high-fat diet (HFD; 45% energy) for 6 weeks to induce hyperlipidemia. Age-matched wild-type C57BL/6J mice received sham surgery after undergoing an identical HFD treatment. Both the SVaD model and wild-type mice either started a 1-month IF regimen (time-restricted feeding for 6 hours per day) or continued the standard diet ad libitum (6.2% fat energy) at 8 weeks post-surgery. We assessed mice weight, food intake, and outcomes in a behavioral test battery before, during, and after the IF regimen, prior to histopathological analyses (microvessel density, neuronal density, white matter damage, astrocytosis) of their brains. RESULTS: SVaD model mice on the IF regimen (SVaD-IF) exhibited higher mean recognition and spatial working memory performance compared to SVaD mice fed ad libitum (SVaD-AL; P < 0.01). Additionally, SVaD-IF mice had ∼5% higher hippocampal neuronal density in the dentate gyrus (DG) and cornu ammonis 1 regions than SVaD-AL mice (P < 0.001), which paralleled their post-IF cognitive enhancements. However, SVaD-IF mice showed an ∼50% increase in hippocampal DG astrocytosis compared to SVaD-AL mice (P < 0.05), with no significant differences in microvessel densities among the 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS: The improvements in SVaD-IF mice suggest that IF could be a potential nonpharmacological remedy for SVaD. This finding could stimulate future investigations on IF's neuroprotective potential across many neurovascular diseases. © The Author(s) 2021. Based on the functions of the Kanmon Martis as a vessel traffic service providers are very important in supporting the smooth sailing in the traffic separation scheme Kanmon strait Japan. In that case the procedure set sail on a traffic separation scheme that need special attention with respect to the busy traffic conditions and water conditions as well as natural factors that occur in these waters. Theoretical basis taken in this researh is based on the problems that often arise on board. Such as an emergency situation due to heavy traffic conditions, observations disruption caused by fog, and the high tide and low tide chart inside the traffic separation Japan Kanmon Strait waters. In this paper the researcher also use rules derived from the theory related to topics discussed. Moreover, the authors use basic methods used in this researh is qualitative and descriptive method (a method of observation, so the descriptions obtained by the author can be presented in this paper). Data collection techniques that I use in the form of primary data and secondary data, while the data collection methods, the authors use the method of observation, interview, and literature study.In the data analysis and the results of the study contains a general overview of the exposure of the authors of the object studied and the factors to be considered during a sail on a chart of traffic separation Japan Kanmon strait.For that, they need a good seafarer skills so that these problems can be overcome in order to realize a safe shipping in the traffic separation scheme.

The main focus of this research is to determine the nature of the main characters and the conflicts they experience. This paper used Nurgiyantoro (2015) and Edgar V. Roberts and Hendry E. Jacobs (1995:135). The method used by the author in this research is qualitative description to obtain certain data by searching and collecting several source related to descriptions of main characters in movie. Then, the author watched the film repeatedly and quoted sentences or words that indicate the main characters and conflict. “Top Gun: Maverick” is an upcoming American action drama film directed by Joseph Kosinski, produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, Tom Cruise and David Ellison with a screenplay written by Peter Craig, Justin Marks, Christopher McQuarrie , and Eric Warren Singer.
