Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fakta empiris mengenai gambaran
penyesuaian diri yang dilakukan korban dating violence, dan bentuk-bentuk
kekerasan yang dialami korban.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian
kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi.Jumlah subjek yang dilibatkan dalam
penelitian ini sebanyak 3 orang.Responden diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik
purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara
menggunakan guide interview dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang
dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh pacar korban
membawa pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam kelangsungan hidup
responden.Bentuk-bentuk kekerasan yang dialami responden berupa kekerasan
fisik dan verbal yang berdampak pada psikologis, sosial, fisik, akademik dan
ekonomi. Penyesuaian diri yang dilakukan responden berasal dari faktor internal
yaitu karena responden tidak menerima perlakuan pacarnya, namun harus tetap
bertahan menjalani hubungannya sehingga mengakibatkan terjadinya konflik batin
yang dirasakan responden, hal ini membuatnya merasa frustasi dan tertekan dalam
melakukan penyesuaian diri.

In order to complete this task, I choose Little Caliphs International Sdn Bhd. as my case study to assist the company in facing their problems. Little Caliphs International Sdn Bhd. is one of the famous private kindergarten in Malaysia. This kindergarten has more than 400 branches in Malaysia and two branches in Indonesia.
The problems faced by this kindergarten company are when fees are not same for each branch. Besides, the teachers always faced problem when most of the time students lost or inadvertently switched their things with friends even though parents have tagged the child’s things. The others problem is when parents does not convince with Phonic method that had been used by Little Caliphs kindergarten.
From the above problem, I come out with a new solution to help Little Caliph kindergarten to solve their problems. The idea is to use the technological innovation that will help the company from time to time. Thus, in this report, I will explain in details about the idea to help Little Caliphs International Sdn Bhd. with that technology innovation that can ease their work later on

The reason to develop the mobile application is because UiTM students do not understand how important financial management is. The students do not know what financial literacy which is important in managing financial. Understanding financial literacy will help the students to having knowledge how to manage their financial and how to use the knowledge they have. The other problem face by the students is that they do not have any tools to help them to manage their financial. Because of that reason, developing a Mobile Application for UiTM Students Financial Management will help the students as a tool to manage their financial. The scope of this project will be the UiTM students, where they will become the user of the system. The methodology used to develop the project research is Mobile Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC). The MADLC methodology is used because its highlight the proper life cycle to develop a mobile application. The MADLC consist of identification phase, design phase, development phase, prototyping phase, testing phase and lastly, maintenance phase. Throughout the research process the functional and non-functional requirements is achieved. Surveys have been made and answer by the students. The user interface design of the system is designed based on the student requirements and the development of the system is based on the sketch user interface design. The developed application still has weakness that can be upgraded, so to upgrade the application some future work is recommended. Some of the recommendation is that the application can be developed not only for android user but also for the other mobile Platform

This study discusses about strategy of request speech act and implicature response. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe about strategy of request speech act and implicature response.The study include in the scope of pragmatic studies using the theory of Searle speech act and the teory of Trosborg about request strategy. The strategy and response implicature was analyzed by the qualitative descriptive method.
The Based on the result of reseacrh that takes the data from the Japanese language dramas, there are 17 data about request strategy. The result is showing about implicature response which is acceptance and rejection.

Get PDFThis paper presents A Column decoder and Column driver used for 2KB content addressable SRAM memory. The objective of this paper is to design and analyzed the propagation delay, power consumption, total current consumption and the noise margin. Another objective of this paper is to identify which gates that will be used to design the architecture of Column Decoder. The decoders are controlled by a clock because the SRAM is synchronous. The positive edge of a clock will allow the address to be read into the decoders, both row and column, and enable the correct wordline and bitline. The Column decoder controls multiplexer in the column circuitry to select 2m bits from the row as the data to access. This designed is used SILVACO EDA Tools software; Gateway simulation for schematic analysis and Expert simulation for designing the layout with 0.18um Silterra technology library. The designed is started with analyzed NAND and NOR gates in term of speed consideration. The NAND gates were gave better propagation delay rather than the NOR gates. Then, NAND gates were improved using a Pseudo NMOS NAND gates. It was gave better propagation delay than NAND gates. A 4 to 16 Column Decoder was implemented of Pseudo NMOS NAND gate for better output. The large Inverter Chain was used as 4 to 16 decoder column driver. Three inverters inside the inverter chain were proved that the driver can drive a large load of capacitance to overcome the problem of speed and power. A full layout of 4 to 16 Column decoder and Column Driver is designed, the design rule check (DRC) is checked with no errors and layout versus schematic (LVS) is equivalent. Overall objective is achieved, Pseudo Nmos NAND gates is used in design the decoder and met the requirement in term of propagation delay, speed, noise margin and reduce the number of area in layout design

Calendar effects in New York stock market / Nur Fatimah Zahraa' Mohamed Noor
Get PDFIn this paper examines the calendar in New York stock market, particularly month of the year effect (January effect) and day of the week effect (Monday effects). Unlike other empirical works suggest expanding the model to cover several main effects. By doing so we find that the January is not the only effect, and it cannot be rejected that the effect from selected years are so powerful that it can affect the empirical findings. When evaluating the significance of calendar effects, such as those associated with Monday and January, it is necessary to control for all possible calendar effects to avoid spurious results. Also contributes to the discussion of calendar effects and their significance. It derives a test for calendar specific anomalies, which control for the full space of possible calendar effects. My findings are that calendar are not significant in January effect and Monday effect, and it is primarily October result that exhibits the significant anomalies by use regression analysis. A regression analysis was conducted to identify the important variables in the future. To this end it will refer to an empirical analysis based on the New York stock index for the January 1997 to January 2007 period. In recent years it seems that the calendar effects have diminished except in small cap stock indices
