ANALISIS KOMPETENSI MAHASISWA JURUSAN PENDIDIKAN TEKNIK MESIN DALAM PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM PENGALAMAN LAPANGAN (PPL)
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah, kurang spesifiknya sistem penilaian evaluasi hasil kerja yang dibuat oleh Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) pada uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan teknik pemesinan. Tujuan penelitian ini, adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran hasil kerja pada pelaksanaan uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan teknik pemesinan di SMK Negeri 6 Bandung tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskritif. Data dijaring melalui studi observasi secara langung pada pelaksanaan uji kompetensi praktik kejuruan teknik pemesinan untuk pekerjaan membubut. Jenis proses terdiri atas membubut diameter, membubut panjang, mengebor diameter, membubut alur, membubut ulir, membubut tirus dan mengebor kedalaman. Hasil kerja uji kompetensi praktek diukur menggunakan jangka sorong analog dengan ketelitian 0.05 mm untuk mengetahui dimensi produk hasil kerja. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 siswa. Rata - rata nilai produk hasil kerja dalam proses pembubutan adalah 16. Distribusi penilaian untuk aspek hasil kerja berdasarkan kriteria yang dibuat adalah 13.33%, 40%, 40%, 6,67% untuk masing-masing kategori A,B,C dan E.
The improvement of the result of vocational school students’ competence test at aircraft machinery major shows that students have high competences in their school. However, those competences have not met the ones that are expected by industry due to the standard differences. The aim of this study is to know the contribution of major competence test to major competence practical work. Furthermore, this study also analyzes the relevance of competence test’s materials toward practical work’s materials. The method used in this study is correlation descriptive with 123 students as subjects of study. The result of this study shows that there is a positive and significance contribution of the result of competence test to its practical work. The result of analysis shows that the relevance of competence test’s materials toward practical work’s materials is at 70% relevance category
ANALISIS PENGARUH PEWARNA, TEMPERATUR DAN KEJERNIHAN AIR TERHADAP NILAI KEKUATAN WARNA KAIN ZIBDA PADA MESIN JET DYEING MINI HISAKA DI PT.XYZ
Kualitas warna menjadi salah satu indikator utama dalam industri tekstil, terutama pada produk kain yang ditujukan untuk pasar ekspor dengan spesifikasi ketat seperti kain zibda. Dalam rangka memastikan konsistensi warna yang sesuai standar pelanggan, diperlukan pemahaman mendalam mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi hasil pewarnaan. Pengujian dilakukan dalam skala laboratorium sebelum diterapkan dalam proses produksi massal guna mengetahui sejauh mana ketiga faktor jenis dan konsentrasi zat pewarna, temperatur proses pencelupan, serta kejernihan air berperan dalam menentukan kekuatan warna kain zibda di PT. XYZ.Untuk mendukung tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan eksperimental dengan rancangan faktorial 2³, di mana setiap variabel dikontrol secara sistematis. Sampel kain zibda diberi perlakuan berdasarkan kombinasi parameter yang telah ditentukan. Nilai kekuatan warna diukur menggunakan Computer Color Matching (CCM) untuk memperoleh data kuantitatif berupa nilai absorbansi dan intensitas warna, dengan standar dari pelanggan sebagai acuan penilaian.Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menentukan parameter optimal dari ketiga variabel yang diteliti, guna memperoleh warna yang konsisten dan sesuai spesifikasi. Selain itu, temuan ini juga diharapkan memberikan rekomendasi teknis bagi PT. XYZ dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses pencelupan serta meminimalkan potensi cacat warna akibat variasi kualitas bahan baku dan kondisi lingkungan.Kata Kunci: Kekuatan Warna, Kain Zibda, Proses Dyeing, CCM, Determinasi Parameter
ANALISIS UMUR PAKAI (LIFETIME) BEARING 6207 KNCG PADA KOMPONEN TAKE OFF ROLL MESIN TEXTURIZING MURATA 33-H DI PT. XYZ
The textile industry plays an important role in the national economy, especially in absorbing labor and contributing to foreign exchange through export activities. One of the crucial processes in the textile production chain is yarn texturization, which greatly determines the physical and aesthetic characteristics of the yarn as the final product. PT. XYZ is a textile company that produces polyester-based textured yarn using a Murata 33-H type texturizing machine. This machine operates continuously at high speed and is highly dependent on the reliability of its mechanical components, one of which is the 6207 KNCG type bearing installed on the Take Off Roll section. Bearings function to support rotating shafts with high loads and speeds, so they are very susceptible to wear. Bearing failure can cause production downtime, damage to other components, and decreased product quality. Therefore, a predictive approach is needed in maintenance by analyzing the bearing lifetime theoretically. This study aims to calculate the estimated bearing lifetime and prepare a replacement schedule and appropriate preventive inspection to support smooth operations. The analysis results show that the theoretical lifetime of the 6207 KNCG bearing reaches 4.354,1 hours or around 181.6 operational days. Considering the safety factor, a replacement schedule of every 3.487,2 hours is recommended. In addition, routine inspections are carried out periodically to detect early signs of damage. This strategy is expected to improve machine reliability, maintenance cost efficiency, and production continuity at PT. XYZ.Industri tekstil memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian nasional, khususnya dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja dan kontribusi terhadap devisa melalui kegiatan ekspor. Salah satu proses krusial dalam rantai produksi tekstil adalah teksturisasi benang, yang sangat menentukan karakteristik fisik dan estetika benang sebagai produk akhir.
PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan tekstil yang memproduksi benang tekstur berbahan dasar poliester dengan menggunakan mesin teksturisasi tipe Murata 33-H. Mesin ini beroperasi secara terus-menerus dengan kecepatan tinggi dan sangat bergantung pada keandalan komponen mekaniknya, salah satunya adalah bantalan (bearing) tipe 6207 KNCG yang terpasang pada bagian Take Off Roll. Bearing berfungsi untuk menopang poros yang berputar dengan beban dan kecepatan tinggi, sehingga sangat rentan terhadap keausan. Kegagalan bearing dapat menyebabkan waktu henti produksi, kerusakan pada komponen lain, dan penurunan kualitas produk.
Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan prediktif dalam pemeliharaan dengan menganalisis umur pakai bearing secara teoritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung estimasi umur pakai bearing serta menyusun jadwal penggantian dan inspeksi preventif yang tepat guna mendukung kelancaran operasional.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa umur pakai teoritis bearing 6207 KNCG mencapai 4.354,1 jam atau sekitar 181,6 hari operasional. Dengan mempertimbangkan faktor keamanan, disarankan jadwal penggantian setiap 3.487,2 jam. Selain itu, dilakukan inspeksi rutin secara berkala untuk mendeteksi tanda-tanda awal kerusakan. Strategi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keandalan mesin, efisiensi biaya perawatan, dan kesinambungan produksi di PT. XYZ
UJI TOTAL BAKTERI Escherichia coli PADA SUSU SAPI SEGAR DI KOPERASI PETERNAK SAPI PERAH (KPSP) KARYO NGREMBOKO KECAMATAN PURWOHARJO KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI
This study aims to measure the quality of fresh cow's milk deposited by
farmers to the cooperative and then count the number of Escherichia coli bacteria
which are then compared with SNI. Sampling is carried out when farmers deliver
fresh cow's milk to the farmer cooperative. The samples taken were milk in milk
can which was taken with sterile pipette and also the suction rubber. The next
sample is stored in a sterile bottle and brought by coolbox frozen ice gel, then
tested in the laboratory. Furthermore, planting on Lauryl Tryptose Broth (LTB),
Escherichia coli Broth (ECB), Levine Eosin Methylen Blue Agar (L-EMBA) and
biochemical test of Indole, Methyl Red, Voges Proskauer, Citrate (IMViC) using
the Most Probable Number (MPN). The result showed that Escherichia coli
bacteria exceeded the standard of SNI > 3 APM/ml 5 of 16 samples or 31,25%.
The result of calculation based on MPN, sample 7 of 3 APM/ml, sample 9 is 3,6
APM/ml, sample 10 is 23 APM/ml, sample 13 is 7,4 APM/ml and sample 14 is 3,
6 APM/ml. Escherichia coli bacteria contamination probably come from the
farmer who lacks of their own personal hygiene before flushing, the sanitary
environment is lacking, milking equipment is not washed clean enough, bathing
the cow before milking less clean and the time of depositing fresh milk is not as
soon as possible. The author recommends that farmers to keep the environment
sanitation, clean the dairy equipment, clean the cattle cleanly. The author also
advised Karyo Ngremboko Cooperate Dairy Farmers (KPSP) to held a reeducation
on sanitation for livestock
Design and Construction of 100 WP Capacity Tracker Solar Panel using VDI 2206 Method
There are main issues in optimizing the energy conversion of solar panels, including (1) the movement of the sun's position and (ii) the best capability of solar panels to capture sunlight, which must be perpendicular to the sun's rays. The objective of this research is to conduct a study into the design and development of a solar panel tracking system, specifically to obtain the effectiveness value of the tracking system. The VDI 2206 method is used in the design, which integrates three main systems: mechanical, electronic, and information technology. Based on the test results, the performance of the solar panel tracker increased by 48.38%. With a tracking system power requirement of 5.51%, the percentage increase in the net energy gain of the tracker solar panel is 40.2% compared to static solar panels. Therefore, solar panel systems equipped with tracking devices are more effective and efficient compared to static solar panels
INOVASI PLATFORM PENCINTA HEWAN DENGAN MISI MENINGKATKAN ANIMAL WELFARE MELALUI WEBSITE EIDOS
Indonesia menduduki peringkat ketiga dalam kepemilikan hewan di Asia, atau hampir 50% penduduk Indonesia memiliki hewan peliharaan, tetapi dengan banyaknya tingkat kepemilikan hewan peliharaan masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan, di antaranya pemilik hewan yang belum mengetahui cara merawat hewan dengan baik, proses adopsi yang masih manual sehingga menimbulkan kesulitan dalam mencari hewan peliharaan untuk diadopsi atau melepas hewan peliharaan dalam mencari pemilik hewan yang tepercaya, timbulnya rasa empati para pencinta hewan, tetapi memiliki keterbatasan jarak dalam membantu hewan terlantar, serta butuh kemudahan dalam melakukan pembelian kebutuhan hewan. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, penulis menciptakan sebuah solusi inovatif dalam membantu pemilik hewan dan hewan peliharaan yang diberi judul “Inovasi Platform Pencinta Hewan dengan Misi Meningkatkan Animal Welfare melalui Website Eidos”, dengan melakukan pengembangan sebuah platform sehingga masyarakat, utamanya para pencinta hewan dapat melakukan adopsi, donasi, diskusi, mencari lokasi layanan hewan terdekat, membaca informasi seputar hewan peliharaan, serta membeli kebutuhan hewan peliharaan. Pengembangan website ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Setelah pengembangan produknya selesai, dilakukan implementasi melalui sosialisasi kepada para pencinta hewan secara langsung. Hasil sosialisasi menunjukkan respons positif, mampu memenuhi kebutuhan mereka, dan sesuai dengan harapan Eidos, para pencinta hewan dapat membantu hewan peliharaan lain dan merawat hewan peliharaannya secara mudah, cepat, dan aman.
Indonesia is ranked third in animal ownership in Asia, with almost 50% of the Indonesian population owning pets. However, with many levels of pet ownership, there are still several problems, including animal owners who do not know how to care for animals properly, the adoption process is still manual, which makes it challenging to find pets for adoption or release pets in finding trusted animal owners. The emergence of empathy for animal lovers but have limited distance in helping abandoned animals, and need convenience in purchasing animal needs. Based on the above problems, the author created an innovative solution to helping animal and pet owners entitled “Innovation of an Animal Lovers Platform with a Mission to Enhance Animal Welfare Through the Eidos Website” by developing a platform so that the community, especially animal lovers, can adopt, donate, discuss, find the nearest animal service location, read information about pets, as well as buying pet necessities. The development of this website is carried out using the waterfall method. After the product development, implementation is carried out directly through socialization with animal lovers. The results of socialization showed a positive response, were able to meet their needs, and, per Eidos's expectations, animal lovers can help other pets and care for them easily, quickly, and safely
TERJEMAHAN CERITA ANAK OSHIIRE NO BOUKEN KARYA FURUTA TARUHI DAN TABATA SEIICHI
The Final Assessment, entitled �Oshiire no Bouken� which tells that there
are 2 things that are fun in the daycare named Sakura. First is wall cabinet, the
latter is rat�s grandmother.
The issue in translating the story of Oshiire no Bouken is the translating
process from source language, Japanese, into target language, Bahasa, as well as
acknowledging moral lesson containing in the folktale. Above are the causes that
background the writer in taking the theme of translation in the Final Assessment.
To translate the story of these children story, the author use their
communicative translation method. This method maintains the contextual
meaning of the source language.
Based on the translation result, this children story started with a noise that
made by two children who was named Satoshi and Akira, because Satoshi grabs
Akira�s toy. Therefore, both of them was locked to the wall cabinet by the teacher.
Based on the assessment of the writer, the moral message of the translation
is student should obedient with the teacher. In addition, do not wear anything
without other people know

Novel is a literary work that describes the socio-cultural life and values of life in society. The aims of this study are: 1.) To describe the socio-historical of the author, 2.) To describe the influence of events in the novel on society based on social aspects, 3.) To describe the reader's response to the contents of the novel, 4. ) To describe the value of character education in the novel, 5.) Describing the relevance of novels in learning literature in high school. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative with a sociology of literature approach. The results obtained in this study are: 1.) The King Eternal Monarch 1 novel was born from a writer who tends to always choose the romance genre that is packaged with fantasy, social and cultural fiction. 2.) Readers of The King Eternal Monarch 1 novel tend to like this novel because of its strong character packaging and unpredictable plot. 3.) The King Eternal Monarch 1 novel can have a good influence on society through emerging social aspects including, Religious Aspects, Political Aspects, Leadership Aspects and Economic Aspects. 4.) The King Eternal Monarch 1 novel contains character education values according to the statement of the Ministry of National Education (2010) including honesty, religious, discipline, hard work and independence. 5.) The implementation of social values and character education is appropriate and relevant to be used as literature teaching materials in high school
