    Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif guna menggambarakan fenomena - fenomena yang ada baik secara faktual dan sistematis dengan melakukan metode pengumpulan data melalui obeservasi langsung(pengalaman penulis), wawancara sumber, dan juga studi literatur. Melalui pengumpulan data tersebut, penulis menganalisis landasan teori mengenai tahapan – tahapan perencanaan produk mulai dari tahap perencanaan yang di dalamnya memuat tentang pencarian gagasan, pengumpulan data, desain produk, presentasi rancangan, saran dan masukkan dari perusahaan, dan penjualan paket. Hal ini dilakukan agar perancangan paket wisata baru Open Trip Yogyakarta ini bisa dilakukan dengan baik dan mendapatkan respon yang positif dari DaysOff Tour and Travel. Hasil dari perencanaan paket yang penulis rancang menghasilkan pengembangan produk bagi DaysOff tour and travel. ************************************** The research method that the author uses is a descriptive qualitative method in order to describe the phenomena that exist both factually and systematically by conducting data collection methods through direct observation (author's experience), interview sources, and also literature studies. Through this data collection, the authors analyze the theoretical basis regarding the stages of planning a product starting from the planning stage which includes idea search, data collection, product design, design presentations, suggestions and input from companies, and package sales. This is step must be the attantion for the author so that the design of the new Yogyakarta Open Trip tour package can be done well and get a positive response from DaysOff Tour and Travel. DOBONSOLO Melalui Optimalisasi Kegiatan Embarkasi dan Debarkasi Penumpang", Skripsi Program Studi Nautika, Program Diploma IV, Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang, Pembimbing I: Capt. Ali Imran Ritonga, MM, M.Mar. dan Pembimbing II: H. Mustholiq, MM. Pelaksanaan embarkasi dan debarkasi yang cepat dan aman serta lancar merupakan tujuan utama para penumpang. Upaya tersebut di maksudkan agar kapal dan muatan serta keselamatan para penumpang bisa terjamin saat proses embarkasi dan debarkasi. Proses embarkasi dan debarkasi yang terjadi di kapal KM. DOBONSOLO sewaktu di pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya adalah kurang efisiennya manajemen untuk mengatur penumpang yang akan naik dan turun, serta kurangnya fasilitas yang memadai di terminal pelabuhan.Sehingga para penumpang saling berdesakkan dan dapat mengakibatkan atau membahayakan jiwa para penumpang tersebut. Sedangkan PT. PELNI sebagai penyedia sarana transportasi pun tidak meningkatkan pelayanan–pelayanan diatas kapal, bahkan terkesan hanya mencari keuntungan tanpa memperdulikan kualitas pelayanan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah penulis lakukan, menunjukkan beberapa faktor-faktor yang menghambat jalannya proses embarkasi dan debarkasi penumpang. Faktor-faktor tersebut adalah maraknya pedagang asongan dan tidak tertibnya buruh-buruh bagasi dalam pengangkutan barang milik penumpang,merebaknya pengantar dan pengunjung yang tidak mengindahkan peraturan serta pengumuman yang telah dilakukan oleh pihak kapal sehingga terkadang mereka terbawa dalam pelayaran yang sering disebut Penumpang Tanpa Tiket (PTT), faktor yang lain adalah keterlambatan kapal sewaktu tiba di pelabuhan tujuan, faktor terakhir adalah barang bawaan penumpang yang berlebih (Over Baggage). Adapun upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak kapal dan petugas darat adalah dengan meningkatkan kerja sama yang baik antara petugas darat dan petugas kapal sehingga dapat mendukung kelancaran proses embarkasi dan debarkasi. The effort is intended so that the ship and cargo and the safety of passengers can be guaranteed during the embarkation and debarkation process. The process of embarkation and debarkation that occurs on KM ships. DOBONSOLO while at the port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya was management inefficient to regulate passengers who were going up and down, as well as the lack of adequate facilities at the port terminal. So that passengers crowded together and could cause or endanger the lives of these passengers. Whereas PT. PELNI as a means of transportation also does not improve services on board, even seems to only seek profits regardless of service quality. Based on the results of the research that the author has done, it shows several factors that hinder the process of embarkation and debarkation of passengers. These factors are the rise of hawkers and the disorderly practice of baggage workers in transporting passenger property, widespread outreach and visitors who do not heed the rules and announcements made by the ship so that sometimes they are carried on a cruise which is often called a Passenger Without Tickets ( PTT), another factor is the delay of the ship when it arrives at the destination port, the last factor is excess baggage (Over Baggage).The efforts made by the ship and land officers are to increase good cooperation between land officials and ship officers so that they can support the smooth process of embarkation and debarkation

    ABSTRAK   Fadillah, Feby. 2016. Pengembangan Buku Ajar Sistem Komputer Berorientasi Kurikulum 2013 Semester Genap Kelas X TKJ di SMK Negeri 2 Malang. Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika, Jurusan Teknik Elektro, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Malang. Pembimbing: (I) Drs. Puger Honggowiyono, M.T. (II) M. Zainal Arifin, S.Si., M.Kom.   Kata Kunci: pengembangan, buku ajar, sistem komputer, kurikulum 2013. Sistem Komputer merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran di SMK Negeri 2 Malang. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara pada guru Sistem Komputer, di semester genap memiliki kendala yakni terbatasnya bahan ajar yang digunakan oleh guru maupun siswa. Bahan ajar yang digunakan oleh guru adalah bahan ajar dari internet yang dicari berdasarkan materi pokok di silabus. Sedangkan siswa menggunakan hasil catatan dan materi dari internet agar dapat digunakan sebagai bahan ajar saat ingin mengulang dirumah. Dampaknya hampir seluruh  peserta didik memiliki hasil belajar di bawah KKM. Nilai tertinggi adalah 60 sedangkan nilai terendah adalah 15. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, peneliti bermaksud mengembangkan buku ajar Sistem Komputer untuk kelas X semester genap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan buku ajar Sistem Komputer berorientasi Kurikulum 2013 semester genap kelas X TKJ di SMK Negeri 2 Malang. Model Penelitian dan Pengembangan  yang digunakan adalah model penelitian dari Pustekkom Depdiknas, dengan  7 langkah pengembangan, yaitu (1) bedah kurikulum, (2) identifikasi media, (3) pengembangan naskah, (4) produksi, (5) penyempurnaan, (6) tes atau ujicoba, dan (7) revisi. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data yang dilakukan, didapatkan persentase hasil akhir validasi oleh ahli media sebesar 92,1%, ahli materi 99,5%, dan  pengguna guru 94,7%. Hasil ujicoba kelompok kecil 93,28% dan ujicoba kelompok besar 89,10%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengembangan buku ajar Sistem Komputer Kelas X Semester Genap secara keseluruhan dinyatakan sangat valid dan dapat digunakan tanpa revisi. Selain itu, pada ujicoba kelompok kecil memiliki rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 40,705 dan rata-rata nilai posttest 94,705. Sedangkan ujicoba kelompok besar memiliki rata-rata nilai pretest sebesar 43,5 dan rata-rata nilai posttest 96,89. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa buku ajar Sistem Komputer Kelas X Semester Genap dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Bahan ajar berupa buku ajar Sistem Komputer dapat digunakan sebagai buku pegangan guru dan pegangan siswa.   ABSTRACT Fadillah, Feby. 2016. Zainal Arifin, S.Si., M.Kom.   Keywords: development, teaching book, computer system, curriculum 2013. Computer System is one of subjects at SMKN 2 Malang. Based on the interview with Computer System teacher, at the even semester, teacher and student have a problem. They don’t have Computer System teaching material. Teaching material that is used by teacher is coming from internet. It is searched based on main material at syllabus. Whereas, students use their notes and some material from internet in order to use as teaching material if they want to repeat at home. The impact of that problems, almost all of student score under KKM. The highest score is 60 and the lowest score is 15. Based on that problems, the author will develop a computer system teaching book for class X even semester. The research aims to develop and determine the feasibility of computer system teaching book that is oriented by curriculum 2013 for even semester class X TKJ at SMKN 2 Malang. Model of research and development that is used is a model from Pustekkom Depdiknas. It contains seven steps including: (1) analyzing the curriculum, (2) identification of the media, (3) development of a script, (4) production, (5) improvement, (6) testing or trial and (7) revision. Based on the result of data analysis, the percentage from the final result validation by media expert is 92,1%, material expert is 99,5%, and Computer System teacher is 94,7%. The final result of a small group testing is 93,28% and the field trial is 89,10%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the result of Computer System teaching book development for class X even semester as whole declared with very valid and can be used without revision. Besides that, the average of pretest at the small group testing is 40,705 and the average of post-test is 94,705.  Whereas, the average of pretest at the field trial is 43,5 and the average of post-test is 96,89. Therefore, it can be concluded that Computer System teaching book for class X even semester can increase the learning result of students. Computer System teaching book can be used as handbook for teachers and students

    Retaining present customers and ensuring repeat trips and purchases is critical for any food service operator. Drawing on the recent trend and taking the case of teahouses, this study explores the teahouse customers’ satisfaction and revisits intention by analyzing age and gender as moderator factors. The author utilizes regression analysis to test the proposed causal relationships. The result analytically confirmed that satisfaction with service, product, social factors, ambiance, and location are the backgrounds of repeat intention of teahouses. Age and gender were found to moderate the effect of customer satisfaction and revisit intention. The findings encourage teahouse operators to take good measures in drawing more repeat customers to their premises

The population and sample in this study consisted of (1) employees from the Pekanbaru Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BBPOM), then sampled using the census technique (2) Drug store owners and sub-district drug depots in Pekanbaru City, then sampled using proportional random sampling technique. Based on the research used by the author, the convergence of Supervision of Circulation of Illegal Traditional Medicines (Studies at BBPOM) Pekanbaru that can be taken is that it is sufficient to carry out supervision of illegal traditional drugs in Pekanbaru City

For those reason, this study aims to analyze several marketing strategies were compatible with the digital era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using three-stage decision, namely EFE Matrix, Competitive Matrix (CPM), IFE Matrix. Then the second stage is matching; SWOT Matrix and Big Strategy Matrix. The last stage is the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The position of companies located in quadrant II needs to seriously evaluate their approach to the market. Even though their industry is growing, they cannot compete effectively, and they need to find out why the company's current approach is not effective and how companies can improve their competitiveness.
