Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami secara komprehensif estetika tari Shridayatra di Sanggar Srijayanasa Dance School Palembang.
Teori yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini berangkat dari pemikiran Deni Junaedi yang memaparkan jalinan Subjek, Objek, dan Nilai dalam Estetika. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah Metode Etnografi yang dielaborasi dengan Analisis Struktur Tari.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat Subjek Estetis, Objek Estetis dan Nilai Estetis pada Tari Shridayatra di Sanggar Srijayanasa Dance School Palembang.
Temuan penelitian Estetika Tari Shridayatra di Sanggar Srijayanasa Dance School Palembang adalah memperkaya Ilmu Tari terutama Estetika Tari.

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively understand the aesthetics of Shridayatra dance at the Srijayanasa Dance School in Palembang.
The theory used for this study departs from the thought of Deni Junaedi who describes the fabric of Subjects, Objects, and Values in Aesthetics. The method used is the Ethnographic Method which is elaborated with Dance Structure Analysis.
The results of this study indicate that there are Aesthetic Subjects, Aesthetic Objects and Aesthetic Values in Shridayatra Dance at Sanggar Srijayanasa Dance School Palembang.
The research findings of Shridayatra Dance Aesthetics at the Srijayanasa Dance School Palembang Sanggar are enriching Dance Studies especially Dance Aesthetics.

PENGARUH KEAKTIFAN BERORGANISASI DAN GAYA BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA ANGGOTA OSIS DAN EKSTRAKURIKULER SMAN 25 JAKARTA

Sejak terjadinya pandemi Covid-19, kegiatan belajar mengajar di Sekolah dialihkan menjadi belajar di rumah. Hal ini menjadi berdampak pada kegiatan akademik dan non akademik siswa (seperti: kegiatan organisasi dan ekstrakurikuler) yang biasanya dilakukan di dalam Sekolah tetapi sekarang harus dilakukan secara online dari rumah. Selain itu, gaya belajar siswa juga mengalami perubahan dikarenakan terjadinya perubahan pada proses belajar mengajar di Sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi dan gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa anggota OSIS dan Ekstrakurikuler di SMAN 25 Jakarta.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pada penelitian ini, terdapat 2 variabel independen (bebas) yaitu keaktifan berorganisasi (X1) dan gaya belajar (X2), serta 1 variabel dependen (terikat) yaitu prestasi belajar siswa (Y). Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 154 responden. Sementara itu, teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan Teknik Non-Probability Sampling, yaitu dengan jenis Purposive Sampling. Hal ini dikarenakan responden yang dipilih harus memiliki beberapa kriteria khusus yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analiss deskriptif dan analisis inferensi melalui uji regresi linear berganda. Analisis deskriprtif dan inferensi dibantu dengan Microsoft Excel dan SPSS versi 25.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai uji Regresi linear berganda yaitu Y = 41.800+0.422+0.360. Selanjutnya, secara parsial pengaruh Keaktifan berorganisasi terhadap Prestasi belajar siswa menunjukkan nilai t hitung > t tabel, yaitu 4930 > 1.654 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 t tabel, yaitu 2.451 > 1.654 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 f tabel, yaitu 23.370 > 3.055 dan signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05. Dengan demikian berarti bahwa keaktifan berorganisasi dan gaya belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar sebesar 39.7%, sedangkan sisanya 60.3% (100-39.7) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, teaching and learning activities in schools have been diverted to home learning. This becomes an impact on academic and non-academic activities of students (such as: organizational and extracurricular activities) which are usually carried out within the School but must now be done online from home. In addition, student learning styles also experience changes due to changes in the teaching and learning process at school. This research aims to measure the influence of organizational activity and learning style on the learning achievement of student and extracurricular students at SMAN 25 Jakarta.
This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. In this study, there are 2 independent variables (free) namely organizational activity (X1) and learning style (X2), and 1 dependent variable (bound) namely student learning achievement (Y). The respondents in this study numbered 154 respondents. Meanwhile, the sampling technique used is to use the Non-Probability Sampling Technique, which is with the type of Purposive Sampling. This is because the selected respondent must have some special criteria that have been determined by the researcher. The data collection technique uses closed questionnaires on a likert scale. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis and inference analysis through multiple linear regression tests. Descriptive and inference analysis assisted with Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 25.
The results showed a multiple linear regression test value of Y = 41.800+0.422+0.360. Furthermore, partially the influence of activeness of organization on student learning achievement shows the value of t count > t table, which is 4.930 > 1.654 and significance of 0.000 t table, which is 2.451 > 1.654 and significance of 0.000 f tables, which is 32,407 > 3,055 and significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus means that the activeness of organization and learning style affects learning achievement by 39.7%, while the remaining 60.3% (100-39.7) is influenced by other factors.

PERLINDUNGÐN HUKUM KEPADA DIREKSI SEBÐGÐI PERSONÐL GUÐRÐNTOR TERHADAP PERKÐRÐ KEPÐILITÐN
Nadia Chairunnisa Purbo, Dr. Sihabudin, S.H., M.H., Ranitya Ganindha, S.H.,M.HFakultas Hukum, Universitas Brawijaya [email protected] ABSTRAK Kreditur seringkali meminta jaminan bukan hanya benda bergerak maupun tidak bergerak, namun juga meminta jaminan berupa perorangan sebagai personal guarantee untuk dapat memantapkan keyakinan kreditur bahwa debitur akan secara nyata mengembalikan pinjamnnya setelah jangka waktu pinjaman berakhir. Personal Guarantee atau Jaminan perorangan diatur dalam buku III, Bab XVII dalam pasal 1820 sampai pasal 1850 KUHPerdata tentang penanggungan utang. Terdapat beberapa kasus personal guarantor yang dipailitkan dengan pertimbangan terdapat klausula perjanjian bahwa personal guarantor harus melepaskan hak-hak istimewanya sebagai penjamin dan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan tidak mengatur mengenai kedudukan personal guarantor dalam kepailitan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka permasalahan hukum yang dikemukakan dalam penelitian ini adalah apa bentuk perlindungan hukum terhadap direksi sebagai personal guarantor terhadap perkara kepailitan dan apa akibat hukum terhadap personal guarantor terhadap perkara kepailitan. Untuk menjawab permasalahan di atas, penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian hukum yuridis-normatif yang menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan. Bahan hukum diperoleh melalui penelusuran kepustakaan dan penelusuran internet. Bahan hukum dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode interpretasi gramatikal, interpretasi teleologis, interpretasi sistematis, dan interpretasi analogi. Berdasarkan pembahasan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa bentuk perlindungаn hukum bаgi direksi sebagai personal guarantor terhаdаp kepailitan dilаkukаn dengаn perlindungаn hukum preventif yang dilаkukаn dengаn melihat perjanjian dari para pihak yang dibuat dengan menerapkan asas-asas hukum dalam perjanjian serta mempertahankan hak-hak dari penjamin sebagaimana yang diatur dalam pasal 1430, 1831, 1833, 1837, 1838, 1841, 1843, 1847, 1848, 1849, dan 1850 KUHPerdata, dan personal guarantor harus memperhatikan syarat sahnya sebuah perjanjian, yaitu adanya kesepakatan dari kedua belah pihak, jika tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan dari syarat sah subjektif dari perjanjian maka perjanjian tersebut dapat dibatalkan. Jika perjanjian tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan dari syarat sahnya secara objektif maka perjanjian tersebut batal demi hukum serta perlindungan hukum represif yang dilakukan secara diluar pengadilan (non litigasi) maupun melalui jalur litigasi. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Hukum, Personal Guarantor, Kepailitan ABSTRACT These days guarantee is not restricted to movable and immovable objects, but a person is sometimes required as a personal guarantee to assure that no further issue over debt payment by the debtor. Personal guarantee is regulated in book III, Section XVII in Article 1820 to 1850 of Civil Code concerning Debt Responsibility. In several cases, guarantors are declared insolvent under the condition stated in a clause of an agreement, in which a personal guarantor is entitled to releasing all his/her privilege as he/she should as a guarantor. However, the case over insolvent personal guarantor is not regulated in existing laws. This issue has encouraged the author to seek into legal protection that should be provided for a director serving as a personal guarantor in bankruptcy and the legal consequences that may be caused to the personal guarantor in bankruptcy. This research was conducted based on normative-juridical method with statute approach, where the legal materials were obtained from literature and the Internet, followed by analyses with grammatical, teleological, systematic, and analogical interpretations. From the study, it can be concluded that preventive legal protection can be provided for the director serving as a personal guarantor regarding bankruptcy by looking at the agreement binding for all parties and by implementing legal principles stipulated in the agreement and guaranteeing the rights of the guarantor as regulated in Article 1430, 1831, 1833, 1837, 1838, 1841, 1843, 1847, 1848, 1849, and 1850 of Criminal Code. Moreover, it is important that a personal guarantor comply with the lawful requirement in an agreement, where agreement of the two parties is strongly required. When something is found against the valid subjective requirement, the agreement can be cancelled, and when the agreement is not made based on provisions of valid objective requirement, the agreement is deemed invalid from the outset. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
