    International audienceThis paper aims to investigate the meaning of a particular uestis mutatio (changing of clothes), the so-called peruersa toga or uestis (turning someone’s toga or garment inside out), and to explain the social meaning of such a behaviour. The phrase occurs in Sen., Ira, 1.16.5, with regard to a capital punishment, and in Petron., 56.12, with a metaphorical meaning (that requires a philological inquiry). While agreeing with the commonly accepted idea that by this gesture the magistrate’s purple border was no longer visible (the weaving technique made it possible to do so), the author argues against the theory that interprets the peruersa toga as a mark of mourning and favours, instead, a symbolic approach in which the inside-out garment would protect the integrity of the magistrate’s dignity.L’objet de l’article est la formule peruersa toga ou uestis (retourner sa toge ou son vêtement), attestée dans Sen., Ira, I, 16, 5, à propos de la tenue prise par les magistrats au moment d’une condamnation capitale ou d’une exécution, et (en emploi métaphorique, qui appelle une étude philologique des interprétations) dans Petron. 56, 12, ainsi que la signification sociale de cette uestis mutatio/i> (changement de tenue).     Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan meningkatkan pemahaman serta pengetahuan pemilik mengenai cara pelatihan kerja karyawan agar menunjang keunggulan yang kompetitif dalam persaingan agar meningkatkan pendapatan usaha serta dapat merekomendasikan untuk memadukan empat atau komposisi secara tepat. Dalam Pengabdian Masyarakat ini, ada 4 tahapan untuk metode yang telah dilalui yang terdiri dari persiapan, screening, Implementasi kegiatan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari PKM ini menunjukan bahwa dengan sosialisasi dan memberikan pelatihan kepada pekerja bisa meningkatkan daya saing terhadap usaha tempe dan toge (Berkah), dan memberikan motivasi terhadap karyawan agar kualitas produksi meningkat. Serta Kegiatan PKM ini diharapkan juga berdampak terhadap peningkatan wawasan, keterampilan dan pemahaman pemilik usaha terhadap cara menjadikan kinerja yang berkualitas

    Minor elements of the Nanbu Kotai of Nakatsugo Deposits, Ningyo Toge Uranium Mine

    The Nakatsugo Deposits are the main deposits of the Ningyo Toge Mine which is located in the northern part of Okayama Prefecture. Nakatsugo Deposits consists of the two main ore body, namely, Nanbu Kotai (southern ore body) and Hon Kotai (main ore body). Nanbu Kotai is occupied mostly by the unoxidized zone and high grade ores containing ningyoite (n% U) are widely found in the basal conglomerates. Minor elements in the common rocks such as basal granites, conglomerates, sandstones, dikes, and shales as well as the uraniferous ores were determined quantatively by fluorescent X-ray spectrometric analysis (for U, Zr, Y, Sr, As, and Fe) and spectrophotometric analysis (for Ni and Co). As the results of this study, it is found that the uraniferous ores are characterised by extremely high contents of Zr, Y, Sr, and As, which show positive and linear correlation with the U contents. It is confirmed that As is concentrated in pyrite which is usually associated with the uraniferous ores. Elements such as Ni and Co are slightly concentrated both in the uraniferous ores and andesite dikes. This fact may suggest some genetic relationship among them. However, it does not seem to be plausible to draw any definite conclusion on the origin of the uranium deposits from these relationships. As to the minor element distribution in common rocks, no systematic variation was found except for the rock samples closely associated with the ore deposits
