PERANCANGAN APLIKASI ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORD (EMR) PADA INSTALASI RAWAT INAP BERBASIS WEB
Pelayanan medik dewasa ini membutuhkan sistem yang lebih efektif dan efisien, baik dalam
penggunaan waktu, tenaga maupun sarana. Dalam pengelolaan rekam medik, kenyataan masih
umumnya penggunaan rekam medik manual yang dinilai tak lagi andal menangani data medik
melahirkan ide konversi rekam medik manual kertas ke rekam medik elektronik karena efektivitas dan
efisiensinya.
Penelitian ini bertujuan menciptakan aplikasi rekam medik elektronik yang lebih dikenal
sebagai EMR (Electronic Medical Record) dari rekam medik kertas di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah
Sakit Umum Ananda Salatiga. Rekam medik elektronik dirancang dengan membuat form-form isian
catatan-catatan medik dalam proses perawatan pasien selama dirawat. Data-data medik ini kemudian
disimpan dalam basis data sistem dan dikelola secara digital. Setiap kali pengisian data medik pada
form-form tertentu, sistem akan menghasilkan kode yang membawa informasi khusus.
Pada akhirnya, sistem akan menghasilkan deret kode ICD (International Statistical
Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems) dari kode-kode yang dihasilkan pada
pengisian form-form catatan medik. Deretan kode-kode ini mampu menggambarkan perkembangan
kondisi pasien dan penanganan medik yang diberikan selama perawatan. Data-data medik yang
tersimpan dapat ditampilkan kembali dalam bentuk catatan medik digital.

PELAKSANAAN METODE SOROGAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN KITAB KUNING DI PONDOK PESANTREN SABILUL MUTTAQIN SUNGAI DUNGUN DESA SANGLAR KECAMATAN RETEH KABUPATEN INDRAGIRI HILIR
Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Muttaqin Sungai Dungun Desa Sanglar Kecamatan
Reteh Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang
mempertahankan metode tradisional (sorogan) dalam pengajaran kitab kuning
(sebuah sistem belajar dimana para santri maju satu persatu untuk memabaca dan
menguraikan isi kitab di hadapan seorang ustadz atau kiyai)
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan metode sorogan
dalam pembelajaran kitab kuning di pondok pesantren Sabilul Muttaqin dan
faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Dalam penelitian ini yang mejadi subjek
penelitian adalah tiga ustadz yang mengajar kitab kuning dengan menggunakan
metode sorogan. Sedangkan yang menjadi objek penelitian adalah pelaksanaan
metode sorogan dalam pembelajaran kitab kuning di pondok pesantren Sabilul
Muttaqin. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi dan
wawancara, sementara teknik pengelolaan data menggunakan cara deskriptif
kualitatif dengan persentase.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang penulis lakukan mengenai Pelaksanaan
Metode Sorogan dalam Pembelajaran Kitab Kuning di Pondok Pesantren Sabilul
Muttaqin dapat ditarik suatu kesimpulan sebagai berikut:
1. Pelaksanaan Metode Sorogan dalam Pembelajaran Kitab Kuning di
Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Muttaqin Sungai Dungun Desa Sanglar
Kecamatan Reteh Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir adalah efektif. Hal ini terlihat
dari jumlah yang diperoleh yakni 76,67%. Sesuai dengan ukuran perentase
yang penulis tetapkan bahwa kategori antara 66%-79% terggolong baik.
2. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Pelaksanaan Metode Sorogan
dalam Pembelajaran Kitab Kuning di Pondok Pesantren Sabilul Muttaqin
yang paling dominan adalah:
a. Keinginan yang kuat dari pengasuh, para ustadz dan ustadzah
dalam melestarikan pengkajian kitab kuning yang merupakan
gudang keilmuan agama Islam.
b. Semua ustadz yang mengajarkan kitab kuning dengan menggunakan
metode sorogan menguasai kitab kuning baik dari segi ilmu
nahwu, sharaf dan balaghahny

Penerapan Metode Cooperative Learning Tipe Mind Mapping Untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Siswa Kelas VIII Pada Mata Pelajaran Fiqih Di MTs Sabilul Muttaqin Indragiri Hilir
The problem of this study is the students' low understanding of Fiqh lessons in grade VIII at MTs Sabilul Muttaqin in Indragiri Hilir Regency. Learning understanding is very important in the learning process to achieve learning objectives. The method implemented by the teacher so far is only the lecture method. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement other methods that can stimulate the enthusiasm of students in the learning process, and one of them is by implementing the Cooperative Learning method with Mind Mapping Technique. The problem formulation of this study is whether the cooperative learning method with mind mapping technique can improve the students’ understanding of Fiqh lessons in grade VIII at MTs Sabilul Muttaqin of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This study is a Classroom Action Research with 2 (two) cycles of actions, whereas each cycle consists of 4 (four) actions, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Based on the data analysis, it is found that the students’ understanding of learning before using the cooperative learning method with mind mapping technique is in the low category with a percentage of 42%. After using the cooperative learning method with mind mapping technique in cycle 1 (one), the students’ understanding of learning has increased by a percentage of 63% or in the moderate category. Because the value has not achieved the desired result and there are several weaknesses, then it is continued into cycle 2 (two). In this cycle, the students' understanding of learning has increased very well with a percentage of 89% or in the very high category. Because the value has reached the desired result, then the cycle is not continued to the next stage. In conclusion, the results of this study show that the implementation of cooperative learning method with mind mapping technique can improve the students' understanding of Fiqh lessons in grade VIII at MTs Sabilul Muttaqin of Indragiri Hilir regency which is included in the "Very High"� category. Overcoming Challenges of Education Sector in Indonesia Through Positive Psychology
Challenges of education sector in Indonesia are complex. Literature on Indonesia education has shown these challenges relate to learners, educators, and administrators. We often see, in certain places such as remote areas, poor management of education system from the quality of to human resources. Consequently, this poor education quality led to student’s low motivation and eventually creating the image of education in Indonesia as appeared dreary. This article aims to discuss positive psychology to contextualize challenges of Indonesia’s education. I argue that positive psychology offers insights of overcoming education challenges that might lead to a more joyful educational process. The study is a literature-based research through critical and comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of education in Indonesia. This research emphasizes that positive psychology works have a very influential space to help achieving welfare of those involve in the education sector. The result offers few recommendations through finding new methods or models of learning that are pleasing that attempt to motivate students to apply positive psychology to improve their quality of life
