No full textBMT merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro yang dioperasikan dengan prinsip syariah dan memiliki peran sebagai lembaga perantara antara unit-unit ekonomi yang kelebihan dana dengan unit-unit yang mengalami kekurangan dana. Melalui BMT kelebihan tersebut dapat juga di salurkan kepada pihak-pihak yang memerlukan sehingga memberikan manfaat kepada kedua belah pihak. Dalam hal ini BMT BUS Cabang Welahan mempunyai Produk Simpanan Umrah dan Haji yakni merupakan simpanan anggota terhadap BMT untuk membantu merencanakan ibadah haji dengan setoran yang terjangkau untuk mendapatkan porsi haji karena terhubung langsung dengan SISKOHAT kementrian agama.
BMT BUS cabang Welahan menawarkan beberapa macam produk simpanan salah satunya adalah si umrah dan si haji. Produk tersebut sudah lama ada di BMT, tetapi peminatnya sangat memprihatinkan bahkan sampai saat ini anggota dan masyarakat tidak tertarik terhadap produk si umrah dan si haji di BMT BUS cabang Welahan. Kurang tahunya pengetahuan masyarkat tentang produk tersebut terutama pada mekanisme produk simpanan umrah dan haji dalam BMT BUS cabang Welahan menjadi salah satu faktor kendala berkembangnya produk tersebut.
Adapun Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah penelitian kualitatif karena penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan pada kondisi obyek yang dialami. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder, dan metode pengumpulan data adalah melalui observasi,wawancara serta dokumen-dokumen lain.
Dari hasil penelitian diambil kesimpulan bahwa produk layanan dan mekanisme simpanan umrah dan haji tidak serumit yang masyarakat bayangkan. Pihak BMT berusaha mempermudah pembayaran para calon jamaah haji sehingga dapat merencanakan keberangkatan Umrah dan haji, lebih tepatnya dana yang disimpan sebagai dana umrah dan haji dapat dikelola dengan baik. Pihak BMT BUS cabang Welahan harus lebih giat lagi dalam memasarkan produk si umrah dan si haji dengan cara bersosialisasi ke desa-desa maupun kecamatan
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDFPupuk kandang merupakan semua produk buangan yang didapatkan dari hasil peliharaan yang digunakan untuk menambah hara, memperbaiki sifat fisik, dan biologi tanah, juga berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan pakan alami karena mengandung unsur hara makro untuk proses fotosintesis pada fitoplankton. Adapun pupuk yang digunakan yaitu berasal dari kotoran burung puyuh. Kotoran burung puyuh juga mengandung protein atau nitrogen yang tinggi. Efektivitas pupuk juga dipengaruhi oleh parameter kualitas air, dapat dilihat dari karakteristik fisik, kimiawi, dan biologisnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pupuk kandang burung puyuh dan survival rate larva ikan bawal air tawar (Colossoma macropomum Bonaparte). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret - April 2022. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara langsung (in situ) dan di laboratorium (ek situ). Data dari hasil di lapangan dan laboratorium kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji one way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Hasil dari uji anova menunjukan untuk perlakuan terhadap pupuk kandang burung puyuh selama penelitian menunjukan P>0,05 yang bearti, H0 diterima sehingga tidak ada perbedaan nyata pada semua perlakuan.
Manure is all waste products obtained from pet products that are used to increase nutrients, improve physical properties, and soil biology, as well as affect the growth of natural feed because it contains macro nutrients for the photosynthesis process in phytoplankton. The fertilizer used is derived from quail droppings. Quail droppings are also high in protein or nitrogen. The effectiveness of fertilizers is also influenced by water quality parameters, it can be seen from their physical, chemical and biological characteristics. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of quail manure and the survival rate of freshwater pomfret larvae (Colossoma macropomum Bonaparte). This research was conducted in March - April 2022. The research method is carried out directly (in situ) and in the laboratory (ek situ). Data from field and laboratory results were then analyzed using a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test. The results of the anova test showed that the treatment of quail manure during the study showed that P>0.05 was significant, H0 was accepted so that there was no noticeable difference in all treatments

The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. No full textWe have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
