LITERASI MATEMATIKA ANAK INDONESIA DALAM KANCAH DUNIA
Secara umum data kualitas pendidikan Indonesia yang masih rendah dibandingkan dengan negara-negara lain bisa dilihat dari beberapa hasil survey internasional sebagai berikut: 1) Trends in International Mathematics and Sciences Study (TIMSS) menyebutkan bahwa Indonesia pada tahun 1999 berada pada urutan ke-34 untuk bidang Matematika dari 48 negara, tahun 2003 pada posisi ke-35 dari 46 negara, tahun 2007 pada posisi 36 dari 49 negara, dan pada tahun 2011 pada posisi 36 dari 40 negara yang disurvey. Banyak hal yang sudah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam rangka memperbaiki mutu pendidikan bangsa Indonesia, diantaranya dengan membuat Undang-undang, peraturan pemerintah, perbaikan sarana dan sarana, menggratiskan biaya pendidikan sampai pada penyempurnaan kurikulum sekolah. Namun demikian, usaha-usaha tersebut belum bisa meningkatkan mutu pendidikan seperti yang diharapkan, hal disebabkan oleh beberapa hal, diantaranya: 1) Pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana yang belum merata dan belum bisa dirasakan oleh masyarakat dari sabang sampai merauke. 2) Kompetensi guru yang perlu terus ditingkatkan terutama dalam bidang praktek pengajaran dan efektivitas pengajaran. 3) Alat ukur tes yang belum memiliki standar yang baik, dalam skala nasional, regional, maupun internasional. 4) Kecenderungan guru mengajar hanya menyelesaikan target kurikulum dan bukan target kompetensi yang diinginkan oleh kurikulum.
In general, data quality of education in Indonesia is still low compared with other countries can be seen from some of the results of the international survey as follows: 1) Trends in International Mathematics and Sciences Study (TIMSS) mentioned that Indonesia in 1999 was ranked ke- 34 for Mathematics from 48 countries, in 2003 at the 35th position out of 46 countries, in 2007 at position 36 of the 49 countries, and in 2011 at position 36 of the 40 countries surveyed.. Many things have been done by the government in order to improve the quality of education of the Indonesian nation, including by making legislation, government regulations, improvement of facilities and infrastructure, eliminate the cost of education to the school curriculum improvement. PENGEMBANGAN MODEL ASESMEN MATEMATIKA SEKOLAH DASAR MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK TRENDS IN INTERNATIONAL MATHEMATICS AND SCIENCE STUDY (TIMSS) 2019
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model asesmen matematika sekolah dasar menggunakan Framework Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) 2019. Pengembangan model yang digunakan mengadaptasi penelitian berbasis desain/design-based research McKenney & Reeves. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik sekolah dasar negeri di wilayah DKI Jakarta sebanyak 686. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teori respon butir model Rasch dengan bantuan Program Winstep Versi 4.4.7.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Asesmen matematika SD dengan pendekatan Framework TIMSS 2019 meliputi penilaian: a) Domain konten yang terdiri dari bilangan, pengukuran dan geometri, serta data, b) Domain kognitif yang terdiri level berpikir mengetahui, menerapkan, dan menalar, 2) Pengujian psikometrika menghasilkan jumlah data peserta didik yang sesuai dengan Model Rasch sebanyak 625 dan 65 butir soal. 65 butir soal tersebut dapat menjadi acuan sebagai instrumen matematika SD yang dapat dijadikan barometer kemampuan matematika SD peserta didik di Wilayah DKI Jakarta. 3) Pembakuan skala dengan model Rasch menghasilkan bahwa dari 625 peserta didik yang menjadi responden penelitian dikelompokkan menjadi 28 kelompok dengan skor transformasi tertinggi 497, terendah 216, dan rata-rata skor transformasi 368. dan 4) Penetapan standar (standard setting) kemampuan matematika SD yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini mencakup tiga tingkatan kemampuan, yaitu: tinggi dengan skor 558, menengah dengan skor 499, dan rendah dengan skor 443. Sebagai perbandingan, hasil penetapan standar studi TIMSS tahun 2019 terdiri dari empat tingkatan, yaitu: tingkat lanjut (skor 625), tinggi (skor 550), menengah (skor 475), dan rendah (skor 400).
Berdasarkan kesimpulan tersebut, peneliti merekomendasikan empat hal berikut ini: 1) Melakukan peninjauan kurikulum terutama dalam menentukan kompetensi dasar (KD) yang ada pada pelajaran matematika kelas I - IV SD agar tidak jauh berbeda dengan KD yang terdapat dalam TIMSS, 2) Menambahkan sampel penelitian dan butir soal yang lebih bervariasi, khususnya soal yang berkategori rendah dan menengah, 3) Membekali pendidik dengan kemampuan mendesain butir tes yang baku dan terstandar, 4) Memperluas wilayah penelitian agar dapat menghasilkan penetapan standar secara nasional.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to the develop a model for assessing mathematics of elementary school by using the Framework Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) 2019 and adopting McKenney & Reeves' design-based research (DBR). The respondents were totally 686 students of public elementary schools in Jakarta. The data collection was carried out in March 2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. In the data analysis process, the writer uses Rasch’s model of item response theory (IRT) with the help of Winstep 4.4.7 Version.
The results show: 1) The assessment of mathematics of elementary school by using the TIMSS 2019 Framework includes: a) Content domain which consists of numbers, measurement, geometry, and data, b) Cognitive domain which consists of knowing, applying, and reasoning levels. 2) In accordance with the Rasch Model, the psychometric testing produces 625 student data and 65 test items. The total 65 test items can be considerably used as a reference of mathematics instruments for elementary school and as a barometer of mathematics competence of elementary school students in Jakarta Region. 3) The result of transformation scores after applying Rasch model as the standardization of scale shows that from 625 students as the respondents (divided into 28 groups), the highest score is 497, the lowest score is 216, and the average of transformation score is 368. 4) The standard setting of mathematics competence of elementary school students as the sample in this study includes three levels, namely: high level with the score of 558, medium level with the score of 499, and low level with the score of 443. As a comparison, the results of setting the TIMSS study standard in 2019 consisted of four levels, namely: advanced level (score 625), high level (score 550), medium level (score 475), and low level (score 400).
Based on the results, the researcher recommends the stakeholder to take the following four suggestions: 1) Review the curriculum of elementary school, especially in determining the basic competencies in mathematics for grades I - IV so that they are not much different from the basic competencies contained in TIMSS, 2) Add research samples and test items that are more varied, especially questions that are categorized low and medium, 3) train teachers to get the competence of designing standardized test items, 4) Expand the research area in order to produce national standard setting.

PENERAPAN TEORI PEMBIASAAN DALAM PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER RELIGI SISWA DI TINGKAT SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract, This study aims to determine the extent of the application of a religious character education through habituation theory in State Primary School in South Tangerang City area. This study is part of Research and Development held in several elementary schools in South Tangerang to implement character education through religious activities. During the 6 month study period, ie April-August 2014.The study concluded that: 1) Implementation of the religious dimension through habituation five daily prayers and recitation of the Qur'an can only be carried out by the students in the life of 36,82%, 2) of the whole school who were respondents in this study, the majority has not can implement character education process for the dimensions religus with habituation method, 3) after the treatment method of habituation, the implementation of the five daily prayers and recitation of the verses of Qur'an has increased significantly; from 36,82% to 57,13%, although the implementation of the five daily prayers can be conducted in a timely yet by the students.Keywords: Character Education, Religious ActivityAbstrak, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana penerapan pendidikan karakter religi melalui teori pembiasaan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang ada di wilayah Kota Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari penelitian riset dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang dilaksanakan di beberapa Sekolah Dasar di Kota Tangerang Selatan dengan menerapkan pendidikan karakter melalui kegiatan religi. Waktu penelitian selama 6 bulan, yaitu bulan April– Agustus 2014.Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan dimensi religius melalui pembiasaan shalat lima waktu dan pembacaan al-qur’an baru dapat dilaksanakan oleh para siswa dalam kehidupan sebesar 36,82 %, 2) dari seluruh sekolah yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini, mayoritas belum dapat melaksanakan proses pendidikan karakter untuk dimensi religus dengan metode pembiasaan, 3) setelah dilakukan treatment metode pembiasaan, pelaksanaan shalat lima waktu dan pembacaan ayat-ayat al-qur’an mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan; dari 36,82% menjadi 57,13%, walaupun pelaksanaan shalat lima waktu belum dapat dilaksanaan tepat waktu oleh para siswa.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Kegiatan Religi</jats:p
Telaah Instrumen Tes Penilaian Akhir Semester Ganjil Mata Pelajaran Matematika Kelas IX SMP Islam Nusantara
Penilaian merupakan bagian dari Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP). Penilaian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pencapaian peserta didik terhadap kompetensi yang telah ditentukan kurikulum. Penilaian terbagi menjadi dua bentuk, yaitu penilaian terstandar dan penilaian yang belum terstandar. Penilaian terstandar dilakukan oleh badan atau lembaga kompeten di bidang penilaian, baik pemerintah maupun swasta. Sementara itu, penilaian belum standar banyak dilakukan oleh guru di sekolah, baik pada saat melakukan tes formatif maupun tes sumatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas instrumen tes yang dibuat guru matematika di SMP Islam Nusantara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksploratif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IX SMP Islam Nusantara yang berjumlah 71 siswa. Sementara objek penelitian adalah soal Penilaian Akhir Semester (PAS) Ganjil mata pelajaran matematika yang dibuat oleh guru. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan: 1) Hasil analisis telaah ahli terhadap perangkat soal penilaian akhir semester (PAS) yang dibuat oleh guru matematika kelas IX SMP Islam Nusantara memiliki memiliki tingkat validitas yang baik. Artinya, soal didesain dengan baik, sehingga menghasilkan kualitas rancangan tes yang baik; 2) Hasil analisis empiris menjelaskan bahwa tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, validitas, reliabilitas, dan pengecoh soal memiliki kualitas yang baik. Artinya, hasil analisis telaah ahli dengan hasil analisis empiris memiliki hasil yang baik. Hal ini membuktikan telaah ahli terhadap soal sangat diperlukan agar memperolah kualitas soal yang baik dan layak diberikan kepada responden yang akan menjadi subjek penelitia
KOKAMI: The innovation of learning impuls and momentum in senior high school
Learning using learning media is very helpful for students in understanding the subject matter. However, many learning media are not yet able to involve students actively involved in learning. The purpose of this research is to develop and implement KOKAMI learning media in the learning process. The results showed that the media developed is very feasible and able to improve students' learning outcomes, critical thinking skills and improve students' learning activities. This learning medium is very suitable to be applied in the implementation of the current curriculum
ANALYSIS OF PERSON'S PROBLEM-SOLVING SKILLS
This research is part of the development of an essay item instrument for problem-solving skills in the Basic Mathematics Course. Measuring the ability of Mathematics problem-solving skills was carried out on 298 students of the Information Systems Study Program at Indraprastha University PGRI Jakarta, Odd Semester, Academic Year 2023-2024. This research aims to analyze the person's ability to solve problems in the Basic Mathematics Subject with 15 questions. The dimensions of problem-solving skills include two dimensions, namely: 1) observation skills and 2) critical thinking skills. This research uses a quantitative research methodology with an analysis of a person's abilities using the Rasch Model. The results of the research are: 1) there are 271 valid people out of 298 people, 2) person number 109 is the person with the highest ability, namely 0.23 logit, and person number 14 is the person with the lowest ability, namely -4.21 logit, 3) Cronbach's Alpha (KR-20) person reliability score is 0.77, meaning that the person reliability coefficient score can holistically be categorized as good and acceptable, 3) person reliability score is 0.85, meaning that person reliability can be categorized as good and acceptable. , 4) the mean person measure score is -1.16 logit < 0.00 logit indicating the student's ability is less than the level of difficulty of the item, and 5) the accuracy of the person's ability to respond to problem-solving skills is 22% in the low category. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that: students' problem-solving skills are in the low category. To improve people's abilities by getting students used to solving mathematical problems related to everyday life.

PENGARUH PERSEPSI ATAS PROGRAM BIMBINGAN DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR FISIKA (Survey pada siswa di SMAN kota Depok)
Abstract: The Effect of Perception on Guidance and Learning Motivation Programs on Physics Learning Achievement. This study aims to determine: 1. The effect of perception on the guidance program and learning motivation together on physics learning achievement. 2. The effect of perception of the guidance program on physics learning achievement. 3. Effect of learning motivation on physics learning achievement. The population in this study was the XII grade students of SMAN in Depok in the academic year 2019-2020 with a sample of 86 students taken by multistage random sampling technique. The research method used was a survey method with multiple regression analysis. Before conducting hypothesis testing, the data analysis prerequisites are normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, error normality test and linearity test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: (1) There is a significant influence of perception of the program of guidance and motivation to learn together on physics learning achievement in high school students in the city of Depok. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig 0,000 <0.05 and Fcount = 135.584. (2) There is a significant influence of perception of the guidance program on physics learning achievement in high school students in the city of Depok. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Sig 0,000 <0.05 and tcount = 5.951. Pengembangan Komik Digital Berbasis Metode Demonstrasi sebagai Suplemen pada Pokok Bahasan Massa Jenis Zat
Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengembangkan media studi dalam komik digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan devolopment dengan model ADDIE (analisis, desain, pengembangan, peningkatan, dan peningkatan) dan penelitian yang dilakukan hanya pada tahap penyelesaian. Karena belum pada tahap respon eksperimental pendidik dan peserta pelatihan, perbaikan, dan produksi massal. Penelitian ini telah menghasilkan komik digital dengan subjek kepadatan. Media ini layak digunakan berdasarkan validasi pakar media rata-rata 82,96% dalam kategori "layak", rata-rata ahli material 85,83% dalam kategori "layak". Dari dua validasi ahli yang diperoleh rata-rata 90,28% dengan kategori "benar-benar layak". Sedangkan hasil penilaian rata-rata oleh seorang praktisi sebesar 85,26% dalam kategori "layak"
Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and Integration of ICT Competences in English Lessons at Senior High School
As Indonesian schools transition toward the Merdeka Curriculum’s student-centered approach, understanding how Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is integrated into English language learning is increasingly critical. This study aims to explore the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum and the integration of ICT based on the UNESCO framework in English language learning at public high schools in the Greater Jakarta area, specifically SMAN 1 Bekasi, SMAN 5 Bekasi, SMAN 1 Depok, and SMAN 48 Jakarta. The Merdeka Curriculum, introduced to provide flexibility in learning, is expected to enhance students' competencies and character through a more adaptive approach to individual needs. One important aspect of this curriculum is the utilization of ICT, which is expected to enrich the interaction between teachers and students and improve access to information. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study methodology to examine how teachers understand and implement the curriculum and the extent to which ICT is integrated into English language learning, while descriptive statistical analysis is used to analyze the questionnaires. Based on interviews, observations, and document analysis, the results show that the majority of teachers have understood the Merdeka Curriculum, but its implementation remains inconsistent. The main challenges faced include limited resources, insufficient training, and inadequate technology readiness. Furthermore, support from school leaders and the availability of adequate ICT facilities are crucial factors in the successful implementation of this curriculum. Although the use of ICT in teaching is present, it has not been fully optimized. This study suggests the need for appropriate strategies and full support from schools to overcome these challenges. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum has great potential to improve the quality of education, but it requires careful planning and better infrastructure development
