APLIKASI STATCOM UNTUK KOMPENSASI DAYA REAKTIF PADA DISTRIBUSI PLTMH CURUG MUNCAR
Di antara sumber energi listrik yang dipergunakan didaerah terpencil atau pegunungan adalah menggunakan pembangkit listrik tenaga mikrohidro (PLTMH). Permasalahan yang timbul pada PLTMH Curug Muncar adalah rendahnya faktor daya (cos φ) pada distribusi. Faktor daya yang terukur pada pengguna/ konsumen lisrik rata-rata 0,7. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah jenis dan penggunaan beban pada konsumen yang bervariasi, akibatnya terjadi pemborosan daya reaktif. Sebagai alternatif solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan melakukan kompensasi daya listrik terhadap perubahan beban yang sangat dinamis. Dari referensi yang ada menunjukkan bahwa Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) adalah kompensator daya reaktif yang paling efektif STATCOM terletak pada posisi antara generator dan variasi beban. Pengendalian daya reaktif STATCOM didesain dengan membandingkan nilai tegangan terminal antara STATCOM dan sistem. Jika tegangan STATCOM lebih rendah dari sistem, maka STATCOM akan mengambil daya reaktif dari sistem. Jika tegangan STATCOM lebih tinggi dari sistem, STATCOM memberikan daya reaktif untuk sistem. STATCOM dapat mengkompensasi daya reaktif dari waktu ke waktu sangat cepat (0,3 detik) dan mampu menyerap atau memberikan daya reaktif ke jaringan. STATCOM mampu mengubah cos φ dari 0,7 sampai 0,93. Tegangan yang diperbaiki sampai mendekati nilai Vrms yang diberikan.

STATCOM Application for Reactive Power Compensation on Distribution of PLTMH Curug Muncar
Among the sources of electrical energy used in remote areas or mountains are using micro hydro power plants (PLTMH). The problem that arises in PLTMH Curug Muncar is the low power factor (cos ϴ) in the distribution. The power factor measured in users / consumers is an average of 0.7. One of the reasons for this is the varied type and use of loads on consumers, resulting in waste reactive power. As an alternative solution to these problems is to compensate for electrical power to load changes that are very dynamic. From the reference, it shows that the Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) is the most effective reactive power compensator. STATCOM is located in the position between the generator and load variation. The reactive power settings by STATCOM occur by comparing the value of the terminal voltage between STATCOM and the system. If the STATCOM voltage is lower than the system, the STATCOM will absorb reactive power from the system. Meanwhile, if the STATCOM voltage is higher than the system, the STATCOM will generate reactive power to the system STATCOM is able to compensate for reactive power with a very Fast time (0.3 seconds) and is able to absorb or provide reactive power to the distribution. STATCOM is able to change cos θ from 0.7 to 0.93. The repaired voltage is close to the given Vrms value

Peran Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Cirebon Sisingamangaraja Terhadap Perkembangan Sektor UMKM
MSME financing makes a major contribution to improving the performance of Islamic banks. The role of MSME financing is in accordance with the main role of Islamic banks as financial intermediary institutions, collecting funds from the public and channeling them in the form of financing. As in the case of the BSI KCP Sisingamangaraja Cirebon, it has carried out its duties as a collector of public funds and a distributor of funds, which of course will be channeled back to the community. It can be in the form of KPR, Mitra Guna, Gold Installments or other financing such as KUR and Non-KUR.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sisingamangaraja Cirebon in contributing to developing the MSME sector by helping to provide capital to customers who want to develop their business in the MSME sector, as well as what forms of education and motivation have been provided by the BSI KCP Sisingamangaraja Cirebon for MSME customers to get support so they can develop their business to the fullest.
The type of research conducted by the author is field research using qualitative methods, while the research data collection techniques are collected through interviews, observation, documentation, books, journal articles and then analyzed using descriptive methods.
The results of the research analysis carried out are in accordance with the formulation of the problem, namely: (1) The role of BSI KCP Sisingamangaraja related to capital assistance has several stages, namely: The stage of collecting documents, validation, financing process, field surveys, committees, contracts, disbursement, maintenance and repayment. (2) The role of BSI KCP Sisingamangaraja Cirebon related to education and motivation for MSMEs has not run optimally. BSI KCP Sisingamangaraja Cirebon has so far not held an MSME development program to educate how important and potential it is to develop MSME. Then, BSI KCP Sisingamangaraja Cirebon has so far not held training and digitization for MSME actors as a form of motivation provided by BSI
