A Dialogic Communication Perspective on Multi-stakeholder Collaboration: A Participatory Framework for Sustainable CSR
Achieving effective Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) requires a shift from passive assistance to participatory community development. This study analyzes how this principle led to the sustainable implementation of the Climate Village Program (Proklim) in Banguntapan. This project was realized through a multi-stakeholder collaboration involving PT AAF, GCI, and PUSPIK UII. The research specifically examines the role of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) model in ensuring local relevance. Using a qualitative, single case study design, the research applies Arnstein’s Ladder to measure involvement levels. Crucially, it also utilizes the Dialogic Ladder to assess the quality of two-way communication. Primary data was gathered via Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and in-depth interviews centered on decision-making processes. Findings indicate that PRA successfully identified an urgent, community-driven need: the mentoring of ten sub-villages for Proklim implementation. The partners responded by pivoting the program\u27s focus to support this local priority. This shift confirmed the achievement of the highest communication standard “authentic dialogue” defined by high mutuality and shared power. Ultimately, this outcome demonstrates that sustainable CSR relies on multi-stakeholder collaboration that empowers the community as the primary subject of development, reaching the level of "delegated power" on Arnstein’s Ladder

ABSTRACT
Discrete Mathematics is a branch of mathematics that discusses everything about discrete.
Discrete here means not interconnected (as opposed to continuous). Some of the things
discussed here are in Discrete Mathematics Logic, Association, Boolean Algebra and
Simplification of Boolean Functions. Discrete mathematics is the main course and the basis for
Computer Science or Informatics.
One of the problems faced by students when studying educational books are not able to fully
understand the information that is contained in a book and learning provided by faculty in
particular Discrete Mathematics course.
To support the learning process is required Discrete Mathematics an application / E-Learning
which support the learning process in order to facilitate the understanding Discrete
Mathematics. To achieve this, built a Flash-based application (using Adobe Flash) which is
commonly referred to as E-Learning is expected to improve the performance of the efficient
and effective in terms of learning Discrete Mathematics.
E-Learning is only discusses some of the material in Discrete Mathematics, they are Logic,
Association, Boolean algebra, simplification of Boolean functions and are accompanied by
problems and implementation of each material.

Blue Carbon Potential of Salt Marshes in Kulon Progo for Climate Change Mitigation in Indonesia: english
Salt marshes along the coast of Kulon Progo in Yogyakarta can act as blue carbon storage facilities to achieve the climate change mitigation goals outlined in Indonesia’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) for 2030. Three villages in Temon District became the location of this research: Glagah, Palihan, and Jangkaran Villages. A mixed-methods approach was employed in this research, encompassing direct field observation, soil and vegetation analysis in their capacity as carbon storage, and interviews with individuals in the 3 villages. The results of the analysis showed that there was a small amount of carbon content in various locations in the 3 villages. Mangroves and pine trees, particularly those growing around swamps, play a significant role in carbon absorption. However, this study revealed a decrease in the potential of salt marsh land due to changes in land use to Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) and the surrounding city planning. As a result, carbon storage capacity is reduced, and carbon emissions from land that has changed function are higher. The study also sees the importance of strengthening government policies and regulations and increasing community participation in salt marsh conservation through village-based programs such as the Climate Village Program (PROKLIM) and Resilient Coastal Village. The study concludes that through salt marsh conservation, the potential for blue carbon becomes more significant, which also requires collaboration between stakeholders
Pemberdayaan UMKM melalui Pendampingan Penyusunan Laporan Keberlanjutan: Pendekatan Partisipatif dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Berkelanjutan: Indonesia
Sustainability issues have become a central concern in contemporary business practices, including within the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, driven by increasing stakeholder demands for environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. Brownies Cinta MSME, as a rapidly growing enterprise in Indonesia, demonstrates significant economic potential but faces challenges related to production waste management, energy consumption, and social responsibility. To date, the enterprise has not developed a sustainability report as a formal instrument to measure and communicate its sustainability performance. This community engagement initiative aims to enhance the capacity of Brownies Cinta MSME to understand and prepare a sustainability report based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards. The program employed a collaborative approach through online training and mentoring involving the MSME partner and the University of Southampton. Data were collected using a triangulation method, combining questionnaires, in-depth interviews, direct observation, and Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), with a particular emphasis on environmental (GRI 300) and social (GRI 400) aspects. The data were analyzed using descriptive and qualitative approaches within the GRI framework, complemented by a materiality assessment to identify the most relevant sustainability issues. Climate Smart Actions “Saung Iklim” for Smallholder Farmers in Subang District, West Java, Indonesia
The implementation of climate change adaptation for crop production is often ineffective among farmers due to a lack of access to climatic data and inadequate knowledge on how to use the available data. The project introduced the utilization of climate data via the Climate Smart Action "Saung Iklim" application to targeted stakeholders (i.e., agricultural extension workers and farmer representatives) designed to improve farm management. The term “Saung Iklim” originally means a place where people can learn about the use of climate information for farming activities. Therefore, strengthening stakeholders’ capacity is an essential element of "Saung Iklim", which has been conducted via a series of training activities using various modules and focus group discussions. The project selected one of the major production centres of rice in Indonesia, namely the District of Subang. The district government formed a task force named “Tim Iklim”, consisting of the targeted stakeholders, to assist the project team in delivering the targeted project outputs. The project team, in collaboration with Tim Iklim, produced the modules on utilizing simulations of crop models for managing climate risks. The involvement of the stakeholders was to accommodate their input and understanding so that the modules are ready for practical purposes. The project also equipped Tim Iklim with a dedicated website, containing crop simulation model (CSM) outputs, modules, online surveys, and forums, to facilitate information delivery on managing farm risks to climate exposures
