    Multiculturalism or what is often referred to as cultural diversity is one of the hegemony possessed by the Indonesian nation. However, there are still forms of movement carried out by a religious community to create diversity both in religion and in society, this has resulted in terms of intolerance developing and leading to extremism to replace the ideology of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI). KH Ahmad Mustofa Bisri's multicultural da'wah in the midst of diversity in society, where diversity can give birth to a moredat (balanced) attitude, is fair and chooses to be wise and wise towards something or what is often called moderation (middle attitude). KH Ahmad Mustofa Bisri's approach and method of preaching is a process of social interaction in order to spread Islamic teachings that are rahmatal lil alamin to be implemented in social, cultural and religious life in Indonesia. KH Ahmad Mustofa Bisri (Gus Mus) 's concept and view on multiculturalism strongly recognizes and respects the existence of various cultures and different religions. The multicultural da'wah carried out by KH Ahmad Mustofa Bisri is a mission to create peace and comfort in the midst of Indonesian people with different ethnic, racial, religious, ethnic and cultural backgrounds. Analysis The results of this study are the multicultural da'wah concept and the multicultural da'wah method carried out by KH. Ahmad Mustofa Bisri is through preaching media such as (1) The method of preaching bi al-kalam such as his writings on Facebook, Twitter, books, Springs Websites, paintings and poetry (2) Methods of da'wah bi alkalam / bi al-oral such as lectures - Gus Mus's lectures can be viewed through the YouTube channel, (3) Biological method, this can be seen from the personality of Gus Mus, who is very simple and soothing so that he can be accepted in the midst of a diverse society. The multicultural da'wah carried out by KH. Ahmad Mustofa Bisri has two models, namely (1) a cultural approach as a solution for the community to always live in harmony and side by side between religious communities.     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemikiran K.H Bisri Mustofa dalam menafsirkan ayat-ayat yatim melalui salah satu karyanya Tafsīr Al-Ibrīz Fī M‘arifah Tafsīr Al-Qur’a>n Al-‘azīz. Tafsir ini adalah tafsir lokal yang ditulis dengan menggunakan arab pegon Jawi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian library research. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian maud}hu’ī. Bisri mendefinisikan al-yatīm sebagai anak yang kehilangan bapaknya sebelum berusia baligh. Di samping itu, Bisri Mustofa sangat meyakini bahwa Islam merupakan agama kasih sayang yang saling mengasihi, terutama terhadap anak yatim, bahkan Allah memerintahkan kita untuk berhubungan baik dengan anak yatim seperti hubungan persaudaraan. Dalam menafsirkan ayat tentang yatim Bisri Mustofa menggunakan tingkatan bahasa jawa (unggah-ungguh) yakni: Krama Inggil (sangat halus), Krama Madya (biasa), Ngoko (kasar). Penggunaan kehalusan dan kekerasan diksinya bergantung pada pihak-pihak yang berdialog. Hal ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pembaca untuk memahami dan mengungkapkan maksud ayat yang ditafsirkanya. Abstrak This research aims to find out how K.H Bisri Mustofa thinks in interpreting orphan verses through one of his works Tafsīr Al-Ibrīz Fī M‘arifah Tafsīr Al�Qur’a>n Al-‘azīz. This tafsir is a local tafsir written using Jawi pegon Arabic. This type of research is library research. This research uses the maud}hu’ī research method. Bisri defines al-yatīm as a child who loses his father before reaching puberty. Apart from that, Bisri Mustofa firmly believes that Islam is a religion of compassion that loves one another, especially towards orphans, in fact Allah commands us to have a good relationship with orphans like a brotherly relationship. In interpreting the verse about orphans, Bisri Mustofa uses Javanese language levels (unggah-ungguh), namely: Krama Inggil (very fine), Krama (fine), Madya (ordinary), Ngoko (coarse). The use of subtlety and harshness of diction depends on the parties in the dialogue. This aims to make it easier for readers to understand and express the meaning of the verses they interpret.     INDONESIA: Pendidikan memiliki fungsi sebagai media transformasi nilai, Pendidikan juga dapat dikatakan sebagai proses dinamis yang tumbuh dan mengabdi untuk budayanmasyarakat, Pendidikan juga sebagai tempat untuk menyebarkan nilai-nilai agama dan kemudian terjadi transformasi nilai dan ilmu pengetahuan kemudian memiliki fungsi dalam mencetuskan corak kebudayaan dan peradaban kehidupan manusia. Dengan demikian penulis memulai penelitian mendalam dengan mengambil judul nilai-nilai pendidikan islam dalam antologi puisi karya KH Mustofa Bisri yang memiliki tujuan penenlitin untuk (1) Mengetahui lebih dalam isi dari puisi karya A. Mustofa Bisri (2) Mengetahui keterkaitan dan kesesuaian nilai pendidikan islam yang terkandung dalam puisi karya A. Mustofa Bisri Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), Ada empat kategori Pendekatan yaitu Pendekatan Ekspresif, Pendekatan Pragmatik, Pendekatan Mimetik, dan Pendekatan Objektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa a.Terdapat bentuk nilai ilahiyah, yang didalamnya terdapat iman, islam, taqwa, sabar, bentuk syukur, tawakal atau berserah. b. Terdapat bentuk nilai Insaniyyah,: Sillat al-rahim, Al Ukhuwah, At Tawadlu, Al Amanah, Dari nilai-nilai tersebut sejatinya adalah menjadi sebuah representasi dari pendidikan islam itu sendiri. ENGLISH: Education has a function as a medium of transformation. Values, Education can also be said as a dynamic process that grows and serves the culture of society, Education is also a place to spread religious values and then there is a transformation of values and knowledge which then has a function in sparking the culture and civilization of human life. Thus, the author begins an in-depth research by taking the title of Islamic educational values in the poetry anthology by KH Mustofa Bisri which has the aim of the research to (1) find out more deeply the contents of A. Mustofa Bisri's poetry (2) find out the relevance and suitability of educational values contained in the poem by A. Mustofa Bisri. The research method used by the author in this research is to use a library research approach. There are four categories of approaches, namely Expressive Approach, Pragmatic Approach, Mimetic Approach, and Objective Approach. The results showed that one of the literary works is poetry in the form of beauty and wisdom. The benefits of poetry itself help humans to see the true view of life. So, poetry can be used as a means, tool, or medium for forming human character in order to create a person who has good morals through adab itself. There are forms of divine values, which include faith, Islam, piety, patience, forms of gratitude, trust or surrender.     ABSTRACT The research with the title " Envy in Tafsir al-Ibriz; A Study of K.H. Bisyri Mustofa's Perspective” was written by Muhamad Dliyauddin, NIM: 126301201032, supervisor Hibbi Farihin, M.S.I. Keywords: Envy, Bisyri Mustofa, Al-Ibrīz. This research is motivated by the effects of envy which have various consequences for physical and spiritual, which in the Qur'an has been warned by the intermediary of the stories of previous people. However, in practice it still cannot be effectively understood by the general public. So, the author is very interested in examining more deeply the concept of envy in the interpretation of Nusantara scholars. K.H. Bisri Mustofa became the figure I studied in this research. He is a kiai who is popular with his interpretation book Al-Ibriz. Examining the concept of envy by tracking the verses related to envy, collecting supporting data that explains the concept of envy according to K.H. Bisri Mustofa. Furthermore, after finding the concept, examine the causes and dangers. This paper uses a historical approach through character research with an analytical descriptive method. The author uses library research to collect literature data. In the realm of tafsir science, it is called the thematic model of the character. The results of the study are the concept of envy according to K.H. Bisri Mustofa is a self-behavior that denies the signs that have been called by the apostles, because it prioritizes the interests of oneself and the group to gain profit without the slightest loss. envy is a heart disease that is always in everyone, therefore addressing envy by praying hoping to Allah Swt. to be given help to be able to deal with it. Second, the cause of envy is wanting eternal power, wanting to always be the best in an unwise way, and not accepting the provisions of Allah Swt. making malice fertile in the heart and life becomes increasingly uneasy. Third, the danger of envy is that it justifies all means to trouble others so that happiness is lost from them, nature does not approve of their repentance like the story of Pharaoh who repented but was not accepted, the punishment of Allah is so powerful against people who do not accept their provisions

    ABSTRAK Skripsi dengan judul “Penerapan Metode Pencatatan dan Penilaian Persediaan Menurut Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Nomor 14 Pada Usaha Dagang Hingar Kalidawir Tulungagung” ini ditulis oleh Muhamad Bisri Mustofa, NIM. 17403163062, Jurusan Akuntansi Syariah, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Tulungagung dengan pembimbing Sri Dwi Estiningrum, S.E., Ak., M.M., C.A. Usaha Dagang Hingar adalah perusahaan dagang yang bergerak dalam bidang pengemasan dan distributor makanan ringan. Pencatatan persediaan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan hanya sebatas pencatatan dan pembukuan secara manual dan sederhana. Sehingga sering terjadi perbedaan jumlah fisik persediaan barang dagang yang terdapat digudang dengan jumlah yang tercatat dalam buku besar persediaan barang dagang. Maka diperlukan evaluasi mengenai bagaimana pencatatan dan penilaian persediaan yang dilakukan oleh Usaha Dagang Hingar Kalidawir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui metode pencatatan dan penilaian persediaan yang dilakukan oleh Usaha Dagang Hingar Kalidawir Tulungagung, untuk menganalisis kesesuaian metode pencatatan dan penilaian persediaan dengan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Nomor14, untuk mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi Usaha Dagang Hingar Kalidawir Tulungagung dalam menerapkan metode pencatatan dan penilaian persediaan sesuai Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Nomor 14 dan untuk mengentahui solusi yang dilakukan oleh Usaha Dagang Hingar Kalidawir Tulungagung untuk mengatasi kendala dalam menerapkan metode pencatatan dan penilaian persediaan sesuai Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Nomor 14. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif komparatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara. Data sekunder diperoleh dari hasil studi dokumentasi dari Usaha Dagang Hingar Kalidawir Tulungagung. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik Usaha Dagang Hingar Kalidawir Tulungagung, supplier dan karyawan bagian gudang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Usaha Dagang Hingar Kalidawir Tulungagung menggunakan pencatatan secara tradisional belum terkomputerisasi dan masih banyak kekurangan seperti kurang realibel dan efisien. Pencatatan persediaan periodik dilakukan pada setiap.akhir bulan. Metode penilaian yang digunakan adalah FIFO (Fist in, first out). Kendala yang di hadapi adalah perusahaan masih belum memiliki sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang kompeten di bidang akuntansi. Solusi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan dengan meningkatkan kualitas SDM dengan cara mengikuti pelatihan tentang akuntansi. Kata Kunci: Pencatatan, Penilaian, Persediaan Barang Dagang, PSAK 14

    Since the emergence of the Transnational Da'wah Movement such as the Tablighi Jama'at, it has created contradictions about the Law of Providing both birth and mentality to the family left in the Khuruj fii sabilillah program (Exiting the Way of Allah) to preach the ummah from house to house, mosque to mosque, inviting listen to Muslims (religious lectures) and invite to pray in congregation in the mosque. From the development of Jama'ah Tabligh's missionary movement in Indonesia, this movement has experienced quite rapid development. Not only is the movement that has a strong community, it is marked by the presence of da'wah markers (da'wah centers) in each of the Provinces and Districts of the City. But in the development of the da'wah movement there are several things that become contradictions in the family, in this case the provision of income for children and wives who are left behind when their head of household implements Khuruj fii sabilillah for 3 days, 40 days and 4 months.     Ikan selar kuning (Selaroides leptolepis) merupakan salah satu ikan pelagis kecil dari famili Carangidae yang memiliki bentuk tubuh pipih dan memanjang. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis keterkaitan kematangan gonad ikan selar kuning (Selaroides leptolepis) dengan suhu permukaan laut di perairan Selat Sunda. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-September 2018 di perairan Selat Sunda. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penarikan contoh acak sederhana (PCAS) dengan jumlah sampel 465 ekor ikan. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan ikan selar kuning mengalami ukuran pertamakali matang gonad pada ukuran 121 mm (betina) dan 134 mm (jantan). Berdasarkan analisis tingkat kematangan gonad ikan selar kuning (Selaroides leptolepis) melakukan pemijahan antara bulan Agustus- September. Adapun kematangan gonad ikan selar kuning berkaitan kuat dengan suhu permukaan laut di perairan selat sunda, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 68,51%
