The different exegesis on Surah al-Ahzâb (33): 33 makes it justified. The school of Sunni maintains that Ahlul Bayt is not merely limited to Ahlul Kisa’ as coined among proponents of the school of Shi’i. furthermore, related to the in-deepth investigation of using al-asbâb al-nuzûl of the Surah, it seems to be concluded that Ahlul Bayt in that verse is Ali’s members of family, including Ali, Fatimah, Husain, Hasan, and Prophet Mohammad. No full textThis study aims to trace Husein Muhammad’s reason thinking, Indonesian feminist Kyai in the case of licensing polygamy according to the Compilation of Islamic Law. Husein Muhammad is one of the pesantren kiai who is intense in gender issues. The idea offered by Husein Muhammad is reinterpretation of gender-biased legal issues in the hope that it can be used as a guide and guide in dealing with particular problems at the present time. This study seeks to unravel the views of KH. Husein Muhammad on gender justice in polygamy permits. This research is a qualitative research literature (library research). The technique used in analyzing the data in this study, using descriptive-analytical method, to describe in general the thoughts of Husein Muhammad. The data for this research are books written by Husein Muhammad and interviews with him. This study concludes that Husein Muhammad's method of thinking in rejecting the rules for licensing polygamy according to the rules of the Compilation of Islamic Law is based on the concepts of selection (intiqo-iy) and exploration (ijtihad). These two concepts are oriented towards the concept of protecting and providing a sense of justice for women which can be integrated into Indonesian positive law.

Husein Muhammad merupakan salah satu kiai pesantren yang intens dalam isu gender. gagasan yang ditawarkan oleh Husein Muhammad adalah penafsiran ulang (reinterpretasi) terhadap persoalan hukum yang bias gender dengan harapan bisa dijadikan petunjuk dan pedoman dalam menghadapi permasalahan partikular pada masa sekarang. Penelitian ini berusaha mengurai pandangan KH. Husein Muhammad tentang keadilan gender dalam izin poligami. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif kepustakaan (library research). Adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam menganalisa data dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis, untuk memaparkan secara umum pemikiran Husein Muhammad. Data penelitian ini adalah buku-buku karangan Husein Muhammad dan wawancara dengannya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa metode berpikir Husein Muhammad dalam menolak aturan perizinan poligami menurut aturan Kompilasi hukum Islam adalah mendasarkan pada konsep seleksi (intiqo-iy) dan eksplorasi (ijtihad). Dua konsep ini berorientasi pada konsep melindungi dan memberikan rasa adil bagi kaum perempuan yang dapat diintegrasikan dalam hukum positif indonesia.

The learning context aims to simplify and at the same time accelerate the students 'learning method of the Qur'an. The focus of this research is how to implement the Wafa method in improving the students' ability to memorize Al-Qur'an at MI Fathania Sumberanyar Paiton Probolinggo This study used a qualitative approach with a multicasus study design. documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, checking the validity of the findings carried out by extension of participation: tringulation techniques and observation persistence. Full text linkThis study discusses learning tajwid in improving the ability to read the Qur'an through a scientific approach at SD Insan Terpadu Sumberanyar Paiton. Learning tajwid is part of the procedure for reading the Qur'an, so that in its journey many methods or approaches are found in learning. One approach that can be used to strengthen the learning of tajwid is scientific learning, namely a learning approach which consists of activities; observing, questioning, associating, experimenting, and networking. This study uses a qualitative case study type method. The results of his research show that the Scientific Approach approach in the learning process of Tajweed Science at SD Insan Terpadu is very effective so that it can improve students' reading of the Qur'an and is very enjoyable. The Qur\u27an and Javanese Culture Acculturation: The Case of Jamasan Gong Kyai Pradah in Blitar District
Full text linkThis research is motivated by the widespread belief and practice of traditional ceremonies such as the Jamasan Gong Kyai Pradah among the community. This phenomenon is intriguing to study, especially in the modern era where rationality predominates and such customs are gradually being supplanted by technology. The study examines the role of the Qur\u27an in the cultural acculturation of Javanese society through the Jamasan Gong Kyai Pradah tradition in Lodoyo Culture, Blitar District. The author uses a qualitative approach focusing on interaction analysis, and the research explores how the Quran influences and interprets this culturally and spiritually rich local context. The Jamasan Gong Kyai Pradah tradition uniquely synthesizes Islamic values and Javanese cultural heritage. The Qur\u27an serves as a spiritual guide in this ceremony and as a guardian and enhancer of religious identity and cultural values within the Lodaya community. The results demonstrate that the acculturation of Islamic teachings and Javanese traditions in Jamasan Gong Kyai Pradah enriches the understanding of religion and strengthens communal solidarity and collective identity. This study emphasizes the importance of cultural integration in religious contexts to preserve and develop rich local traditions. This article asserts that Jamasan Gong Kyai Pradah is a tangible example of how religion can synergize with culture in dynamic harmony. This integration not only enriches the community\u27s spiritual life but also supports inclusive social development and fosters respect for cultural diversity in Indonesia
PkM Pencegahan 4 Anti (Perundungan, Korupsi, Intoleransi, dan Kekerasan Seksual) Berbasis Hipnoterapi di Rumah Tahanan Kelas II.B Kraksaan
Full text linkPengabdian ini bertujuan untuk pencegahan 4 anti, yakni anti perundungan, anti korupsi, anti intoleransi, dan anti kekerasan sekstual berbasis hipnoterapi di Rumah Tahanan Kelas II.B Kraksaan Probolinggo-Jawa Timur. Pengabdian ini dilatari oleh banyaknya kasus-kasus perundungan, kekerasan seksual, dan korupsi yang dilakukan oleh warga binaan. Kondisi penghuni rumah tahanan yang mengendap mental disorder ini perlu penguatan karakter 4 anti sebagai proses penyembuhan dan penguatan jati diri mereka. Proses pengabdian ini menggunakan pendekatan Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR), yang diawali dengan pemetaan masalah, membangun kepercayaan dengan warga binaan, menentukan masalah prioritas, menyusun strategi gerakan, pelaksanaan program, pengamatan dan refleksi reoretis. Hasil pendampingan yang telah dilakukan adalah; terbentuknya kesadaran 4 anti bagi warga binaan yang dapat membentengi dirinya dari perbuatan pidana/kriminal; terbentuknya kesehatan mental positif melalui layanan hipnoterapi untuk mencegah depresi, stres dan bahkan mencegah dari kecanduan obat-obatan terlarang.
