Revealing the quasiparticle electronic and excitonic nature in cubic, tetragonal, and hexagonal phases of FAPbI3
The development of three-dimensional (3D) hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites has sparked much interest because of their rich light-harvesting capabilities in solar cells. However, the understanding of the electronic and optical properties, particularly the excitonic shifts upon structural phase transition with temperature in these materials, is not fully clear. Here, we report the accurate description of electronic and optical properties of mostly studied FAPbI(3) across the cubic-tetragonal-hexagonal phases, using the relativistic GW method and Bethe-Salpeter Equation (BSE), including the spin-orbit coupling effects. Our GW calculations reveal that the bandgap values vary from 1.47 to 3.54 eV from the room temperature cubic phase to the low temperature hexagonal phase. Our optical analysis shows that excitonic peaks are blue-shifted, and exciton binding energies estimated by the model BSE approach increase from 74 to 567 meV going from the cubic to hexagonal phases. Our results may have important impacts on the practical uptake of hybrid perovskite based solar cells under different climatic conditions. (c) 2022 Author(s). The Importance of Emotional Intelligence for Transformational Leaders: A Critical Analysis
The relationship between emotional intelligence (EI) and transformational leadership (TFL) has received growing attention in recent years. The aim of the critical analysis was to explore the nature of this relationship and provide an insight into how emotional intelligence influences the transformational leadership style. The study revealed a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and transformational leadership. EI has been found to be a predictor of transformational leadership, and individuals with higher emotional intelligence have been observed to exhibit transformational leadership qualities more frequently. The study highlights the need for organizations to prioritize the development of emotional intelligence in their leaders, as it can enhance their transformational leadership abilities. The critical analysis comes to the conclusion that EI is essential for transformational leaders in order to develop connections, encourage workers to reach their potential, and establish trust. Overall, this comprehensive review offers a thorough assessment of the research on TL and EI, emphasising the need of EI for effective leadership

CONSUMER AGE INFLUENCE ON FOOD LABEL READING HABIT
The objective of this paper was to detect the food label reading habit of consumer according to consumer age. To achieve this goal author of this paper has adopted five variables with independent and dependent status. Four variables were independent like reading complete food label, reading manufacturing date, reading expire date and reading ingredients. One variable was dependent like influence on purchase behavior. The data was collected through questionnaire and 350 questions were distributed among customers. Author has received 251 valid questions. The data was divided into two groups. The two groups were designed with respect to age range. In (Group I) the respondent’s age ranges was 20-25 and mean age was 23. Whereas in (Group II) the age was 26-30 and average age was 27. Correlation and regression test were conducted and results has unfolded the fact that there is a difference in both groups for food label reading habits. In Group I three variables significantly influence on purchase behavior of consumer while purchasing food items like reading manufacturing date, reading expire date and reading ingredients. In Group II only two variables like reading ingredients and reading manufacturing date has significant effect on purchase behavior of consumer while purchasing food products. Two variables were common in both groups like reading manufacturing date and reading ingredients. This result has also depicted that consumer normally, irrespective of age group; focus on manufacturing date, which give the freshness of food product, and ingredients to know the nutrients used in processing the food
The Impact of Bullwhip Effect on the Supply Chain Performance With the Mediating Effect of Information Sharing Among an Enterprise and Suppliers
This research aims to observe the impact of bullwhip effect on supply chain performance, the research is focused on how the bullwhip effect distorts the information sharing and to what extent that distortion effects the supply chain performance of a firm. This research also explains that the quality and quantity of information sharing deeply effects the supply chain performance. It tries to establish the fact that if the information is accurate and is shared timely, this can lead to increased performance, it also emphasizes on the importance of the supply chain integration and partner’s relationship in mitigating the bullwhip effect.
This research study will serve as an important contribution to the filed of supply chain management, as such type of research has not been conducted earlier by keeping the Pakistani firms as the unit of analysis. The study reveals that through proper, timely and accurate exchange of information between an enterprise and its supplier the firm can lessen uncertainty, order fulfillment rate is improved, costs is reduced and can ultimately increase the performance.
The study reveals that bullwhip effect strongly effects the information and its flow, but if the information is managed properly and its quality is increased then it results in strong partner relations which leads to supply chain integration.
