    The FORA Framework - A Fuzzy Grassroots Ontology for Online Reputation Management

    Online reputation management deals with monitoring and influencing the online record of a person, an organization or a product. The Social Web offers increasingly simple ways to publish and disseminate personal or opinionated information, which can rapidly have a disastrous influence on the online reputation of some of the entities. The author focuses on the Social Web and possibilities of its integration with the Semantic Web as resource for a semi-automated tracking of online reputations using imprecise natural language terms. The inherent structure of natural language supports humans not only in communication but also in the perception of the world. Thereby fuzziness is a promising tool for transforming those human perceptions into computer artifacts. Through fuzzy grassroots ontologies, the Social Semantic Web becomes more naturally and thus can streamline online reputation management.     Edy Rahmayadi's victory as Governor of North Sumatra 2018-2023 was the beginning of a number of major tasks such as overcoming the Covid-19 Pandemic and especially the development and revitalization of North Sumatra's infrastructure. Edy Rahmayadi, who has a military background, has his own unique leadership style when leading North Sumatra 2018-2023. The theory that the author uses is the theory of good governance and political leadership style. This research aims to describe the factors that influence infrastructure development in North Sumatra and the relationship between Edy Rahamayadi's leadership style for the 2018-2023 North Sumatra Governor Period on North Sumatra's infrastructure development. The research method used to answer this research is descriptive qualitative research method, through literature study, observation and interviews. The results of this research include: (1) At the beginning of his leadership, Edy Rahmayadi's leadership style was tough and firm where he did not care about other people's opinions about him, this disharmonization even occurred with his subordinates and even his deputy, namely Musa Rajekshah, so it can be said that Edy's leadership style was authoritarian. ; (2) Edy's character is dynamic, able to accept opinions from multi-segment communities, and has good thoughts and ideas, so it can be said that Edy is a transformational leader; (3) Edy Rahmayadi is considered capable of stabilizing the conditions affected by Covid-19, apart from that, Edy is a leader who prioritizes dialogue and collaboration, therefore it can be said that Edy is a leader with a participative leadership style.95 PagesSkripsi Sarjan

    The internship was conducted at KKP Edy Gunawan and the author was positioned in tax service. There were some tasks performed during the internship related to accounting and tax, such as fill in Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP), pay tax to the Bank, report tax to KPP Pratama Tigaraksa, make recapitulation of PPh Pasal 21, PPh Pasal 23, PPh Pasal 25, and PPh Pasal 4 (2), scan SSP, make recapitulation of petty cash, input employees data, input purchases. There were some problems during the internship. When the author input purchases, tax invoice number was not visible. When the author input employees data, there were no complete attachment such as KTP, Kartu Keluarga, and NPWP. When the author made recapitulation of PPh, the documents were not complete such as Bukti Penerimaan Surat, Bukti Penerimaan Negara and SSP. The solutions are ask for the incomplete documents. The suggestion for KKP Edy Gunawan are the company should be more careful in checking the completeness of documents that will be required, the company is also more thorough in checking whether the defective documents

    Nikolai Evreinov and Edith Craig as Mediums of Modernist Sensibility

    Nikolai Evreinov (1870-1953) was a Russian playwright, director, and theorist of the theatre who played a leading part in the modernist movement of Russian theatre. Evreinov's 1911 monodrama The Theatre of the Soul (V kulisakh dushi) was staged by the Crooked Mirror theatre in St Petersburg in 1912. It was also performed in London (1915) and Rome (1929), and inspired Man Ray to create his aerograph The Theatre of the Soul (1917). In this article Alexandra Smith links Evreinov's play to Russian modernist thought shaped by the atmosphere of crisis associated with the Russo-Japanese War and the first Russian Revolution. It demonstrates that Edith Craig's production of Evreinov's play suggests that the philosophy of theatricalization of everyday life might enable modern subjects to overcome the fragmentation of modern society. Craig's use of the montage-like techniques of Evreinov's play prefigures cinematographic experiments of the 1920s and Marinetti's notion of synthetic theatre. Alexandra Smith is a Reader in Russian Studies at the University of Edinburgh and is the author of The Song of the Mockingbird: Pushkin in the Works of Marina Tsvetaeva (1994) and Montaging Pushkin: Pushkin and Visions of Modernity in Russian Twentieth-Century Poetry (2006), as well as numerous articles on Russian literature and culture.</p

    Monogami sebagai asas sistem hukum perkawinan di Indonesia yang telah dinyatakan secara tegas dalam UU No. 1/1974 tampaknya ketegasan tersebut juga diperlukan terhadap aturan-aturan hukum pelaksananya sehingga tidak terjadi pengaburan berlakunya sistem monogami dalam hukum perkawinan di Indonesia. Antara azas monogami yang diterapkan secara relatif dan azas poligini sangat tipis perbedaannya mana kala diimplementasikan sehingga perlu dipertimbangkan mengenai pengkualifikasian perbuatan hukum beserta sanksi apabila terjadi pelanggaran. Penelitian ini sebenarnya mengangkat suatu permasalahan yang klise dalam sistem perkawinan di Indonesia, akan tetapi untuk kepastian dan tertib hukum serta pembaharuan hukum tetap perlu dilakukan, mengingat seringkali hukum selalu tertinggal oleh perkembangan teknologi dan kebutuhan manusia.  Bagaimanakah keberadaan asas monogami dan asas poligami dalam hukum perkawinan di Indonesia adalah permasalahan pertama yang penulis  angkat disamping permasalahan yang kedua, yakni bagaimanakah eksistensi pasal 279 KUHP terhadap pelanggaran asas monogami?     Perkawinan pada dasarnya adalah hak tiap orang. Akan tetapi hukum perkawinan manakah yang akan digunakanapabila pasangan perkawinan beda agama? Hal ini menjadi masalah hukum yang tak pernah tuntas. Aturan hukum agama yang mereka mengharuskan perkawinan dilakukan dengan pasangan beragama yang sama. Tidak bisa diingkari, setiap agama tentu akan mempertahankan kewibawaan ajaran agamanya karena merupakan ajaran Tuhan yang mereka miliki. Definisi yuridis perkawinan  dan sahnya perkawinan dalam hukum positif di Indonesia tidak dapat terlepas dari nuansa agamis (Pasal 1 dan 2 Ayat (1) UUP). Putusan hakim yang mengesahkan perkawinan beda agama seharusnya tidak dapat diberikan di Indonesia menimbulkan ketidakpastian dalam penegakan hukum perkawinan di Indonesia. Karena keabsahan suatu perkawinan seharusnya ranah agama. Keabsahan  perkawinan harus dijabarkan sebagai asas hukum bagi sistem hukum perkawinan di  Indonesia. Peneliltian hukum ini  adalah studi pustaka yang  bermetode yuridis normatif yang menggunakan  undang-undang dan konseptual sebagai pendekatannya. Penelitian menghasilkan bahwa:  Penegakan hukum perkawinan di Indonesia terdapat penyimpangan kewenangan hakim dalam putusannya mengesahkan perkawinan beda agama, hal ini menimbulkan ketidak pastian hukum; dan.  Diperlukan adanya asas dalam sistem hukum perkawinan di Indonesia sebagai landasan bagi lahirnya suatu peraturan hukum khususnya putusan hakim, yaitu Asas Satu Agama

    Klasifikasi Video Tari Indonesia Menggunakan Transformer Berbasis Tubelet Embedding

    Pemrosesan gambar telah secara ekstensif mengatasi tantangan deteksi objek, klasifikasi, pengelompokan, dan segmentasi. Pada saat yang sama, penggunaan komputer yang terkait dengan kumpulan data video yang kompleks memacu berbagai strategi untuk mengklasifikasikan video secara otomatis, terutama dalam mendeteksi tarian tradisional. Model saat ini untuk klasifikasi video, CNN dan RNN tidak mampu menangkap data temporal dengan baik, tidak dapat menangkap ketergantungan jarak jauh dan hubungan global. Ditambah permasalahan overfitting dan inputan video yang berbeda skala dan durasi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan improvement pada pola klasifikasi tarian tradisional dengan mengimplementasikan Video Vision Transformer (ViViT) yang bergantung pada tubelet embedding. Penelitian ini menggunakan IDEEH-10, sebuah dataset video tarian tradisional yaitu tari gambyong, saman, pendet, topeng, barong dan merak. Selain itu, model jaringan saraf tiruan ViViT digunakan untuk klasifikasi video. Representasi video dihasilkan dengan memproyeksikan token spatio-temporal ke lapisan transformer. Selanjutnya, strategi penyematan tubelet digunakan untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi Video Tari Tradisional. Konsep yang diusulkan memperlakukan video sebagai urutan tubelet yang dipetakan ke dalam penyematan tubelet. Penyematan tubelet akan terkendala jika skala dan durasi data video tidak berimbang. Penelitian ini menambahkan manajemen durasi dan skala tubelet dengan normalisasi berbasis skala dan durasi. Dari hasil pengujian, pendekatan yang diusulkan dapat mengklasifikasikan video tarian tradisional dengan lebih baik dibandingkan dengan metode Long Short Term Memory (LSTM), Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), dan Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), dengan atau tanpa penyeimbangan data. Hasil percobaan dengan 5 kali eksperimen menunjukkan Loss antara 0.003 hingga 0.011 dengan rata-rata Loss sebesar 0.0058. Eksperimen juga menghasilkan tingkat akurasi antara 98.68 hingga 100 persen, dengan rata-rata akurasi sebesar 99.216. Hasil ini merupakan yang terbaik dari beberapa metode pembanding. ViViT dengan tubeless embedding memiliki tingkat akurasi yang baik dengan losses yang rendah, sehingga dapat digunakan untuk proses klasifikasi video tari. ==================================================================================================================================== Image processing has extensively addressed challenges in object detection, classification, grouping, and segmentation. At the same time, the use of computers associated with complex video datasets has driven various strategies for automatic video classification, particularly in detecting traditional dances. Current models for video classification, such as CNN and RNN, are inadequate in capturing temporal data, failing to capture long-term dependencies and global relationships. Additionally, these models suffer from overfitting issues and varying scales and durations of video inputs. This study proposes an improvement in traditional dance classification patterns by implementing the Video Vision Transformer (ViViT) model, which relies on tubelet embedding. The research uses IDEEH-10, a video dataset of traditional dances, including Gambyong, Saman, Pendet, Topeng, Barong, and Merak dances. Furthermore, the ViViT artificial neural network model is employed for video classification. Video representation is generated by projecting spatio-temporal tokens into transformer layers. Subsequently, a tubelet embedding strategy is applied to enhance the accuracy of traditional dance video classification. The proposed concept treats video as a sequence of tubelets mapped into tubelet embeddings. Tubelet embedding faces constraints when the scale and duration of video data are unbalanced. This study introduces tubelet scale and duration management using scale- and duration-based normalization. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach classifies traditional dance videos more effectively than Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) methods, with or without data balancing. Results from five experimental trials show a loss between 0.003 and 0.011, with an average loss of 0.0058. The experiments also yield an accuracy rate ranging from 98.68% to 100%, with an average accuracy of 99.216%. These results outperform several comparative methods.
