PERAN FORUM PENGUSAHA MUDA NAHDHIYYIN (F-PMNI) DALAM RECOVERY PEREKONOMIAN KABUPATEN BONE PADA ERA NEW NORMAL
Full text linkOne of the communities or associations of youth entrepreneurs in Bone is the Nahdhiyyin Indonesia Youth Entrepreneurs Forum (F-PMNI). The presence of F-PMNI is also expected to be able to play a role in economic recovery in Bone in the new normal era. This study aims to provide a description and description of the role played by youth nahdhiyyin entrepreneurs in Bone in economic recovery and becoming more responsive to changes in the business climate during the new normal. This study used a type of field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of research related to the role of F-PMNI in the economic recovery of Bone district in the new normal era, namely Providing education for business actors, Providing capital assistance for business development, As innovators in their contribution to economic development, entrepreneurs looking for sources of innovation, paying close attention to changes -changes that occur, calculate opportunities, and plan innovations to be carried out, Act as a Risk Taker, and the presence of F-PMNI is also expected to be able to become a liaison between the community or business actors with the government so that synergy and good partners can be established, so that the economic recovery able to walk well. Salah satu komunitas atau lembaga perkumpulan pengusaha muda yang ada di Kabupaten Bone, yaitu Forum Pengusaha Muda Nahdhiyyin Indonesia (F-PMNI). Kehadiran F-PMNI juga diharapkan mampu berperan dalam recovery perekonomian di Kabupaten Bone pada era new normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan deskripsi dan gambaran terkait peran yang dilakukan oleh para pengusaha muda nahdhiyyin di Kabupaten Bone dalam recovery perekonomian dan menjadi lebih responsif terhadap perubahan iklim bisnis pada masa new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskripstif. Adapun hasil penelitian terkait peran F-PMNI dalam recovery perekonomian kabupaten Bone pada era new normal, yaitu Memberikan edukasi bagi para pelaku usaha, Memberikan bantuan permodalan untuk pengambangan usaha, Sebagai inovator dalam kontribusinya atas pembangunan ekonomi, pengusaha mencari sumber inovasi, memperhatikan dengan seksama perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi, melakukan kalkulasi peluang, serta merencanakan inovasi yang akan dilakukan, Berperan sebagai Risk Taker, dan Kehadiran F-PMNI juga diharapkan mampu menjadi penghubung masyarakat atau para pelaku usaha dengan pemerintah agar mampu terjalin sinergitas dan mitra yang baik, sehingga recovery perekonomian mampu berjalan dengan baik

In carrying out the business, some people have different views and ways as local culture to gain large profits. In Buginese, the way that they do in carrying out the business is varieties. One of them is by using “Pallise’ Balu†which means to facilitate sustenance and to get blessing on their business. In practice, “Pallise 'Balu†sometimes creates a different understanding among people who carry out business. Some people think that it should be fine because it does not conflict Islamic business ethics. Meanwhile, some people do not do that even they think that it does not conflict with the ethics in Islam. As in this article, the majority of the Buginese businessman believe that “Pallise' Balu†is normal thing.Kegiatan bisnis selama ini dipahami sebagai usaha untuk memperoleh keuntungan sehingga banyak masyarakat dari berbagai wilayah dan daerah memilih untuk menjadi pebisnis atau berdagang.dalam melaksanakan kegiatan bisnis, masyarakat memiliki pandangan dan cara yang berbeda yang dimaknai dalam bentuk nilai kearifan lokal dengan harapan mampu menghasilkan keuntungan yang besar. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Program ini bertujuan memberikan jaminan, keamanan, dan kebahagiaan di masa pensiun. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui metode penelitian lapangan. Hasilnya menunjukkan hal-hal berikut: Pertama, PT Bank Muamalat Capem Bone menerapkan pengelolaan dana pensiun yang ketat sesuai prinsip syariah, dengan beragam investasi dan komitmen pada keamanan dana. Mereka mengelola kontribusi dana dengan hati-hati, mengelola risiko, dan memberikan informasi transparan kepada peserta dana pensiun. Kedua, kontribusi dari PT Bank Muamalat Capem Bone bervariasi sesuai dengan kesepakatan antara perusahaan dan Dana Pensiun Lembaga Keuangan (DPLK), serta ketentuan yang berlaku, dapat disesuaikan dengan gaji karyawan. Perusahaan juga memberikan kontribusi tambahan sebagai insentif, bergantung pada kebijakan perusahaan dan masa kerja karyawan. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more

Pengaruh Konten Affiliate Marketing dan Customer Review Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Tiktok Shop Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam

This study aims to examine the influence of affiliate marketing content and customer reviews on purchasing decisions through TikTok Shop among students of the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business (FEBI) at IAIN Bone, from an Islamic economic perspective. The primary focus is to assess the alignment of these marketing practices with Sharia principles, particularly honesty, transparency, and fairness in economic transactions. A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected via questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents and analysed using SPSS version 27. The findings indicate that both affiliate marketing content and customer reviews have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, both individually and collectively. From the standpoint of Islamic economics, the presence of truthful and transparent information in both variables plays a crucial role in building consumer trust, promoting fair transactions, and fostering ethical and blessed economic activity.
