Nonetheless, this language must be analyzed properly so that some verses that seem containing gender bias as the result of characters and symbols in this language can be avoided. In this way, discrimination to women on behalf of religious (Islamic) teaching will not occur. The point is that even though messages of the Qur’ān are universal and permanent, the verbalization of the messages is closely related to the situation of the Arabic community at the time Qur’ān was revealed.     Disertasi ini mengkaji tentang pemikiran Mohammed Arkoun dalammenafsirkan al-Qur'an dengan menggunakan metode semiotika. Untuk ini,Mohammed Arkoun menggunakan teori dari pakar postmodernis seperti PaulRicoeur, Michel Foucault, dan Jacques Derrida, sebagai latar belakang historis-genealogis dan Ferdinand de Saussure dari pakar linguistik sebagai landasanrumusan epistemologisnya dalam membangun teori semiotika menjadi sebuahmetode dalam menafsirkan al-Qur'an. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui danmemahami latar belakang historis-genealogis pemikiran Mohammed Arkoun,memahami rumusan epistemologis metode semiotika yang digunakannya sertamekanisme penerapan metode tersebut. Untuk tujuan tersebut,kajian inimenggunakan tiga jenis pendekatan yaitu:pendekatan historis, filosofis dan fenomenologis melalui teknik penalarandeduktif,induktif, dan content analysis.Adapun jenis penelitian disertasi ini adalah studikepustakaan murni(library research) yang menggunakan data dari hasil studikepustakaansesuai dengan pokok masalah yang dibahas. Kajian ini berdasar padasumber data yaitu; data primer karya tafsir “Lecture de Fatiha” dan data berupapemikiran Arkoun dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an; sedangkan data sekunder yaitulatar belakang kehidupan Arkoun, karya-karyanya sertaanalisisdankritikyang hadirmewarnai buahpemikirannya itu. Setelah dilakukan penelaahan secara mendalam diperoleh kejelasan bahwamelalui teori, metodedan konsepsemiotika, Mohammed Arkoun–par exelenceditigabahasa Kabilia-Arab-Perancis–menunjukkan historisitas bahasa al-Quran lalumenunjukkanhistorisitas isinya.Dasar epistemologis penerapananalisis semiotikaini mengacu pada dua tujuan. Pertama, untuk mengekspos historisitas bahasa al-Quran; dankedua, untuk menunjukkansejauh manamakna baru dapat diperoleh dariteks al-Quran tanpa terbatas pada produk pembacaan tradisional. Pada tujuanpertama, Arkoun menjelaskan bahwa al-Qur'an terdiri dari kata yang mengacu padatokoh-tokoh sejarah tertentu. Dan tujuan kedua, Arkoun menjelaskan bahasa padaumumnya dan bahasa al-Qur'an khususnya terdiri dari tanda-tanda dan simbol,secara semiotik,merujukobyek kajian secara arbitrer memutuskanhanya sebatassistemkonvensionalyang berlaku dalam masyarakat. Semisal yaitu, tidakadanya hubungan yang tetap antara penanda dan obyek yang ditandainya. Adapunmekanisme penerapan metode semiotika ini adalah: pertama, sintaks semiotik;kedua, semantik semiotik;danketigapragmatis semiotik. Sintakssemiotik bekerjauntuk menelaah hubungan antara tanda dengan tanda-tanda yang lain, semantiksemiotik yang menelaah hubungan antara tanda-tanda dengan kenyataan(denotatanya), dan pragmatik semiotik yang menelaah hubungan antara tanda danpemakai tanda. Mengacu pada tiga saat yang harus diperhatikan pada prosespenafsiran, yaitu: saat linguistik, saat antropologis, dan saat historis. Akibat dari paparan diskusi metodologisnya, Arkoun menuai reaksipenolakan berbagai pihak. Namun demikian, dapat dipahami, mengingat setiaplangkah baru akan memerlukan pengujian dari semua orang–diterima atau ditolak–semua terpulang untuk dan demi pengembangan studi al-Quran di masa depan.Implikasi terhadap fenomena di atasadalah sikap kita selaku orang Muslimyangtetap dan terus-menerus melakukan eksplorasi-eksplorasi agar dapat menangkaphidayahdarial-Qur'an

    Indonesia language recognizes set of lingual marking certain gender type. Hierarchically set of lingual can have the character of phonologies and morphologies. In the morphological level procedurally, distinguishable become have the character of mono morphemic and poly morphemic. Set of lingual marker gender is having the character of poly morphemic to refer to forms experiencing certain morphology process. Equally, at gender signify which mono morphemic, in substantial, of course has loaded certain gender component as one of its (the semantic component). On the contrary, at gender signify of poly morphemic, gender character emerges or owned caused by certain morphology process. In Arab language as religion language hardly emphasizes existence of dualism of feminine -masculine. On the other word all noun, if non-masculine surely feminine. There is no space in Arab language for neutral noun. In Arabic structure, masculinity is fundamental which is subject while femininely is branching which is not has ability as subject.     The dinar currency is a medium of exchange that has been enforced or used since the time of the Prophet Muhammad. and is a currency that has been recognized and has never experienced inflation as happened to paper currency. The value of the rupiah currency is currently experiencing a decline in value even now the dollar value is very high, amounting to Rp. 14,000 per one dollar when converted into rupiah. Due to the unstable currency value, the level of the country's economy also feels the impact. The objectives to be achieved in this research are : first, knowing the genealogical background of Muhaimin Iqbal's thoughts. second, knowing the dinar currency according to Islam, and third, knowing the concept of Muhaimin Iqbal's thoughts about the dinar currency. The type of research used by the author is this type of research, including library research. The data collection technique was carried out starting from reading some guides or references and then sorting it out so that conclusions were obtained as answers to the questions listed in the problem formulation. The results of this study indicate that, Muhaimin Iqbal is a practitioner, economist and thinker in Indonesia. He has also written and published several books of his own writing. He is also an entrepreneur who founded several companies including dinar outlets which we can access through the website outletdinar.com. According to Muhaimin Iqbal, the dinar currency is a currency whose value stability has been proven and can prosper the community.     Relevansi Prinsip Bagi Hasil dalam Sistem Ekonomi Islam Modern: Menyikapi Tantangan Keuangan Global

    This article examines the relevance of the Profit-and-Loss Sharing (PLS) principle in modern Islamic economics in response to global financial challenges and digital transformation. Employing a systematic literature review (SLR) method, the study analyzes 30 academic sources to explore: (1) the theological and ethical foundations of PLS, (2) barriers to its implementation in Islamic financial institutions, and (3) opportunities for integrating PLS with emerging technologies such as fintech and blockchain. The findings indicate that while normatively PLS promotes equitable risk-sharing and transparency, practical constraints include moral hazard, information asymmetry, and weak regulatory infrastructure. The adoption of digital finance offers potential solutions via smart contracts and Shariah-compliant platforms, contingent upon supportive and adaptive policy frameworks. This article develops a conceptual framework linking normative Islamic values with digital financial innovation, proposing a technology-driven operational model for PLS. The implications include regulatory reform, human resource development in Islamic finance, and strategic alignment with global efforts to build a more inclusive and resilient financial system.Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi relevansi prinsip bagi hasil (Profit-and-Loss Sharing/PLS) dalam ekonomi Islam modern sebagai respon terhadap tantangan keuangan global dan transformasi digital. Menggunakan metode studi literatur sistematis (Systematic Literature Review), penelitian ini mengkaji 30 publikasi akademik untuk menganalisis (1) fondasi teologis dan etis PLS, (2) kendala implementasinya dalam praktik lembaga keuangan syariah, dan (3) potensi integrasi PLS dengan inovasi teknologi seperti fintech dan blockchain. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa secara normatif, prinsip PLS mendukung keadilan distribusi dan transparansi, namun dihadapkan pada hambatan seperti moral hazard, asimetri informasi, dan lemahnya regulasi pendukung. Adopsi teknologi digital berpotensi menjadi solusi, melalui penerapan smart contract dan platform syariah berbasis teknologi, dengan syarat adanya dukungan kebijakan yang adaptif. Artikel ini menawarkan kerangka konseptual yang menghubungkan nilai-nilai normatif PLS dengan peluang implementatif dalam era keuangan digital. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup model operasional PLS berbasis teknologi dan rekomendasi penguatan regulasi, serta pembinaan SDM sektor keuangan syariah untuk menjawab tuntutan sistem keuangan global yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan

    Using of Reciprocal Questioning to Improve Students’ Reading Skill in Descriptive Text

    This research is aimed to investigate the students’ reading skill in descriptive text by using reciprocal questioning. The design of the research was pre-experimental design with one group pre-test and post-test. The research used instrument test. The rate percentage in post-test was higher than the rate percentage in pre-test in teaching reading. It indicated by the students’ mean score of post-test (58,07) in fair classification was greater than pre-test (52,11) in poor classification. The pre-test low category and post-test was high category. And the value of t-table was 1,706, while the value of t-test was 0,23. It means that the t-tabel value was greater than t-test (1,706 ≥ 0,23). The result of the research proved that by using of Reciprocal Questioning was not significant better to be used in teaching the students’ reading. From the statement above, it can be said the alternative hypothesis (H1) was rejected and null hypothesis (H0) was accepted. It cannot be improved reading skill by using of Reciprocal Questioning technique

    This article describes the concept of evil in the Quran with commentary maudhu'i approach. The results of this study obtained information that the Qur'an uses several terms to represent various forms of crimes committed by humans. Among these terms are al-fasad, al-fusuq, al-isyan, al-itsm, al-zulm, al-fahsiyah, al-munkar, al-bagy, al-batil dan makr. Based on the etymological sense contained in the word and by looking at the context of its use in the Quran, it is understood that: 1) Ontology crime is the use of one of the potential given by Allah SWT. outside the corridor he has set, 2) Existence of evil in the Quran include crimes against God, a crime against the environment, the social evil, evil cultural, economic crimes, crimes of personal and communal, 3) factors causing crime is an internal factor in the form of insularity and ignorance, arrogance and hubris, despair in life.     The purpose of this study is to describe whether digital financial literacy has an effect on consumptive spending behavior Online in Generation Z. describes whether Financial Behavior Affects Shopping Consumptive Behavior Online in generation Z. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Saturated sampling is used to distribute questionnaires to Generation Z to obtain data. The two forms of data analysis used in this study are multiple regression analysis and descriptive analysis approach. The data processing in this study uses IBM SPSS Statistics 26.                       The results of the study show that: First, the results of the t-test hypothesis test (Partial) show that the significance value for the X1 variable is 0.04 < 0.05 and the t-calculation value is -2.960 < t-table 1.985 so that it is stated that digital financial literacy has a significant effect on spending consumptive behavior Online with the direction of the negative relationship, the second based on the hypothesis test of the t-test (partial) shows a significant value for the variable X2 of 0.00 < 0.05 with a t-calculated value of 12.530 < t-table 1.985, so it can be stated that Financial Behavior Have a significant effect on consumptive shopping behavior Online with the direction of positive relationships. The F value is calculated as 78.929 > F table 3.09 so that it is stated that there is an influence of variable X on variable Y together (simultaneously). Conclude that the hypothesis in this study is accepted, namely that there is an influence of digital financial literacy variables and Financial Behavior on consumer spending behavior Online generation Z in Pananrang Village, Mattiro Bulu District, Pinrang Regency
