Analysis of Learning Innovation Based on Multiple Intelligences (MI) Used in Teaching of Islamic Education
The existence of a dichotomy for students in the classroom makes transferring knowledge from teachers to students an inequality that runs ineffectively due to the difference between intelligent and unintelligent students, especially in learning Islamic education. This study analyzes learning innovations based on multiple intelligences (MI) in Islamic education subjects. This study is qualitative in nature, uses a library research approach, and the data analysis used is a descriptive-qualitative analysis. The data sources employed are from previous relevant research on multiple intelligence (MI)-based learning, such as international and national journals. However, Howard Gardner, a psychologist from Harvard University, adopted the study. This study revealed awareness that every student born into this world has their own uniqueness, which has the right to be recognized and appreciated in their learning environment and in developing their potential. Multiple intelligence (MI)-based learning is a form of learning innovation that can be an option for Islamic education teachers in Indonesia. Implementing multiple intelligences (MI)-based learning is intended to accommodate students' diverse intelligences

The method used in this research is quantitative method with the type of field study research. This research uses a survey approach that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation studies using statistical data analysis of simple linear regression. Based on the research results, the highest indicator on the discussion method variable is student interest and enthusiasm (83.6%) and the lowest indicator is the implementation of the discussion (41.8%). Meanwhile, the highest indicator on the critical thinking variable is the evaluation of information (83.8%) and the lowest is the ability to ask questions and formulate arguments (66.2%). The results of this study prove that there is a positive influence of the discussion method (X) on students' critical thinking skills (Y) in PAI subjects at SMP N 3 Tasikmadu, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This is based on the data that has been processed, namely the significance value for the discussion method variable (X) on the critical thinking skills variable (Y) of 0.000 ttable value, namely 6.998> 1.974. The magnitude of the influence of the discussion method on critical thinking skills is 22.8% and the remaining 77.2% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These other factors can be in the form of internal student factors, namely motivation and self-efficacy. In addition, it can be in the form of external factors, namely the family environment and the role and competence of teachers

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
