No full textSkripsi ini berjudul “Karakteristik Kitab Tafsir al-Mushaf al-Mufassar
Karya Muhammad Farid Wajdi”. Sedangkan untuk masalah yang diteliti adalah
Karakteristik karya tafsir Muhammad Farid Wajdi. Selain itu penulis juga
mencoba untuk mengungkap alasan-alasan Muhammad Farid Wajdi menerapkan
karakteristik tersebut di dalam kitab al-Mushaf al-Mufassar. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik kitab al-Mushaf al-Mufassar beserta
alasan penggunaannya. Guna menjawab permasalahan dan mencapai tujuan yang
dimaksud, maka penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis dan
hermeneutika triadik.
Adapun sifat penelitian ini adalah penelitian pustaka (library research).
Dalam prosesnya, penulis menggunakan dua kategori sumber data, sumber data
primer dan sekunder. Sumber data primer adalah kitab al-Mushaf al-Mufassar
karya Muhammad Farid Wajdi itu sendiri, sedangkan sumber data sekunder terdiri
atas kitab-kitab tafsir untuk perbandingan, buku-buku, karya ilmiyah dan sumber
lain yang berkaitan dengan masalah ini.
Menjawab persoalan di atas, penulis menemukan beberapa hal mengenai
karakteristik al-Mushaf al-Mufassar Pertama, karakter al-Mushaf al-Mufassar
tercermin pada dua aspek: (1) postur tafsir yang simpel dan lugas dengan corak
tekstual-lughawi yang dikemas secara ijmali. Postur tafsirnya yang simpel dan
lugas tersebut dapat ditengarai pada setiap bahasan tafsirnya selalu disajikan
dalam satu halaman tuntas, tidak lebih. Selain itu, layout penulisan dan penyajian
tafsirnya pun lebih berorientasi pada kemudahan dan kenyamanan bagi pembaca,
yakni adanya penempatan secara proporsional antara teks ayat yang hendak
ditafsirkan, tafsir al-alfaz\ dan tafsir al-ma’ani: teks ayat disajikan secara mushafi,
sementara tafsir al-alfaz\ ditempatkan persis di bagian samping sebagai hawamisy,
sedangkan tafsir al-ma’ani ditempatkan di bagian bawah sebagai tafsiran makna
ayat secara global; (2) struktur dan gaya bahasa tafsir yang sederhana. Bahasa
tafsir yang lugas, tidak bertele-tele. Bahkan kerap menggunakan struktur
kebahasaan Al-Qur’an itu sendiri.
Kedua, penggunaan karakter postur dan bahasa tafsir yang simpel dan
lugas tersebut, di satu sisi bisa dikatakan sebagai kritik atas tradisi tafsir sebelumsebelumnya,
dan di sisi lain sebagai bagian dari strategi M. Farid Wajdi dalam

A new methodological approach to Islamic theology: with special reference to Muhammad Farid Wajdi
No full textIslamic theology had undergone through several phases of development starting from the classical period of Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) until late 19th and 20th centuries. Under the impact of rationalism and scientific development, the discussion of intellectual issues refected on the importance of scientific, analytical, and rational argumentations. Therefore, Muslims have been posing a new challenge to the study of theology. Numbeers Muslim modernists had raised their intellectual response to interpret Islamic thought in the light of modern knowledge. In their opinion, the task of reinterpretation is necessary to make Islam releavnt and sensitive to the changing circumstances. This phenomenon is referred to the efforts of renewal of ilm al kalam as a means of advancing a modern theological agenda. It is at this juncture, the author tries to expose the approach of Muhammad Farid Wajdi (d 1954), an Egyptian modernist who felt the need for a pardigm shfit in disseminating the message of Islam. His emphasis was that scientific discoveries and rational truths were not in conflict with Islam, thus, tying to fond points of agreement between religion and science. Such a methodology may be able to provide an alternative to the classical method used in theology. In this regard, this paper aims at exploring how Wajdi viewed the scientific and rational methdological in his attitude to theological matters, and how far had he being influenced by the Western rationalsm

No full textopenIl presente lavoro si pone come obiettivo quello di analizzare la tematica della "quête identitaire" nelle due ultime pièces del drammaturgo libanese Wajdi Mouawad, Tous des oiseaux e Mère. Nella prima parte, in seguito ad uno studio delle influenze del mito antico sull'opera dell'autore e dal reperimento delle figure ricorrenti presenti anche nella sua bibliografia precedente, si passa ad un'analisi della costruzione dell'identità dei personaggi, che è spesso un'identità colpevole e conflittuale. La seconda parte del lavoro si prefigge come obiettivo quello di studiare come l'autore cerchi di porre rimedio alle crisi identitarie dei personaggi (nei quali egli stesso si riflette) attraverso lo strumento della lingua e in particolare del plurilinguismo, che porta alla creazione di un cosiddetto "teatro babeliano".The aim of this work is to analyse the theme of the ‘quête identitaire’ in the two latest plays by Lebanese playwright Wajdi Mouawad, Tous des oiseaux and Mère. In the first part, following a study of the influences of ancient myth on the playwright's work and the finding of recurring figures also present in his previous bibliography, we move on to an analysis of the construction of the characters' identity, which is often a guilty and conflicting identity. The second part of the work aims to study how the author attempts to remedy the identity crises of the characters (in whom he reflects himself) through the use of language and in particular multilingualism, which leads to the creation of a so-called ‘Babelian theatre’
