BUILD CUSTOMERS LOYALTY PRODUCT LE MINERALE DISPOSABLE GALLONS IN PROBOLINGGO CITY
This study aims to influence the effect of green marketing and brand image on customer loyalty of disposable gallon Le Minerale in Probolinggo City. This study uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires. Data analysis using analysis of Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test. Pengaruh Variabel-Variabel Makro ekonomi terhadap Omzet penjualan di Toko Sakinah Paiton Probolinggo
ABSTRAK
Krisis ekonomi global atau variabel-variabel makro ekonomi telah terjebak pada sistem kapitalisme internasional sehingga sampai saat ini sepertinya tak ada persiapan jelas menghadapi krisis keuangan global yang berawal dari runtuhnya industri keuangan di Amerika Serikat. Krisis ekonomi global atau variabel-variabel makro ekonomi kini mulai dirasakan pengusaha tesktil dan produk tekstil (TPT). Ini terlihat dari ekspornya yang mulai melambat, yakni hanya tumbuh 5,6% dari 1,237 miliar dollar AS menjadi 1,312 miliar dollar AS pada semester pertama 2008. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwasanya melambatnya pertumbuhan ekspor komoditas ini semakin terasa terhadap pasar Amerika Serikat. Sepanjang semester pertama ini, secara nilai ekspor ke AS hanya naik tipis, yakni 0,75% dari periode yang sama dua tahun lalu. Dari nilainya 530,171 juta dollar AS di periode yang sama tahun 2007, dan hanya mencapai 534.169.438 dollar AS untuk 2008 (Puspita Handayani, 2008).
Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan mempertimbangkan uji asumsi klasik, Uji Normalitas, Uji Multikolinearitas, Uji Autokorelasi, dan Uji Heteroskedastisitas.
Dari hasil analisis secara simultan dengan level of significant 5% Variabel-variabel makro ekonomi mempengaruhi secara significant terhadap omzet penjualan. Secara simultan variabel-variabel makro ekonomi dalam penelitian ini mampu menjelaskan perubahan omzet penjualan sebesar 85,0%. Sedangkan, selebihnya sebesar 15,0% dari variabel lain yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Secara parsial variabel-variabel makro ekonomi, di antaranya : (1) Kurs Rupiah Terhadap US (X1) does not have significant influence on sales (Y) because its values are greater than 0.05, namely 0.068. (2) Oil Price (X2) significant effect because its probability values are smaller than 0.05, namely 0.024. (3) Gold Price (X3) does not have significant effect on sales (Y) because its probability values are greater than 0.05, namely 0.235
PENGENDALIAN KUALITAS DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE STATISTICAL QUALITY CONTROL (SQC) UNTUK MEMINIMUMKAN PRODUK GAGAL PADA TOKO ROTI BAROKAH BAKERY
Quality Control is an activity (company management) to maintain and navigate to product quality (and) services
companies can be maintained as planned. Quality Control used the company to minimize failed products using methods of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) so that the company can meet the quality products that have been specified businesses and consumers are satisfied in consuming the product. The purpose of that will be achieved in this research is to determine the method of Statistical Quality Control (SQC) with tekhnik control chart and diagram of cause and effect applied the company Bakery Barokah Bakery in quality control to minimize the product failed. Tekhnik data collection that is used is a library research and field research, while data analysis tool that is used control chart and diagram of cause and effect. The results of the analysis of control charts shows that the number of products that are examined as much as 27.710 units, the average of 0,099 product damage or 9.9%. Limitations: UCL supervision of 0,1161 or 11.61%, LCL of 0,0819 or 8,12%. Quality control on the Bakery Barokah Bakery is good because the number of failed products are still within the boundaries of fair is located between UCL and LCL. While the results from the diagram for result (fish bones), the main factor the causes of the failure of the products of bread in the Bakery Barokah Bakery namely human factors. Where people fail in the making of the bread products. So required training to minimize failed products that occurred caused by human factors
The Effect of Competence, Leadership and Work Environment to the Employee Performance
Rising of social welfare problems like, bad boy, neglected elderly, homeless, poor families etc in Probolinggo reflected the fact that problems are more the strengthened,it is as the consequence of goverment role that more powerful as the center of social economic development.This study used a quantitative approach which is used to analyze certain sample and population that is representative. Research design uses explanatory method which explained the effects of each variables. Population of this study are all of the employees in Social Department Probolinggo that are 52 person. This study also uses inteviews and documentaries for completing. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis and determination test. It can be generalized that competence, leadership, and physical environment significanty positive effect on the employee performance in Social Depatment Probolinggo. The Memorable Tourism Experience's Effect on Revisit Intention in Batu City Tourism Village: A Mediating Role of Tourist Satisfaction
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of memorable tourism experience on tourist satisfaction and revisit intention. And to determine the effect of tourist satisfaction on revisit intentions. And to determine the effect of memorable tourism experience on revisit intention through tourist satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative explanatory research approach, namely a research method used to test hypotheses or explain the causal relationship between variables by collecting numerical data and analyzing it using statistical techniques. The population used in this study were people who had traveled in the tourist village of Batu City 6 (six) months before the research was conducted. The sample of this study were tourists who traveled in the tourist village of Batu City and were at least 17 years old, as many as 155 samples or respondents. And using inferential analysis with Structural Equetion Modeling which will be processed using the AMOS program. Based on a discussion of the research results, it is concluded that memorable tourism experience has a significant impact on tourist satisfaction, memorable tourism experience has a significant impact on revisit intentions, tourist satisfaction has a significant impact on revisit intentions, and memorable tourism experience affects revisit intentions through tourist satisfaction. Membentuk Loyalitas Pelanggan pada Kedai Babalati Kota Probolinggo
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari brand image, lokasi, dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Kedai Babalati. Responden dari hasil penelitian tersebut adalah pelanggan yang pernah mengkonsumsi produk minuman Babalati. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan simple random sampling dengan sampel responden adalah 41 orang. Metode analisis data telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand image dan harga berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Kedai Babalati. Sedangkan variabel lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan untuk loyalitas pelanggan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa lokasi Kedai Babalati yang strategis, semakin meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan

This study aims to determine the effect of innovation, accessibility and trust on the satisfaction of users of DAOP IX Probolinggo Station economic train services partially. The research method used is quantitative with the independent variables of innovation, accessibility, trust and the dependent variable, namely satisfaction. The population of this study were users of DAOP IX Probolinggo Station economy class train transportation services in January and February 2024. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method as many as 108 people. The data analysis stage begins with the Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test and Hypothesis Test using SPSS Version 26. MEMBUAT PENONTON BIOSKOP CGV KOTA PROBOLINGGO PUAS DENGAN PROMOSI, HARGA, DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN
This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of CGV Kota Probolinggo audiences by involving the variables of promotion, price, and service quality. The research method used is quantitative research with a causal approach aimed at testing the cause-and-effect relationship between the variables studied. The research process involved descriptive analysis and inferential testing (data quality testing, research model testing, and hypothesis testing), using 108 respondents with AMOS software. The results of the study indicate that effective promotion, competitive pricing, and excellent service quality significantly increase the satisfaction of CGV cinema audiences in Probolinggo City. Targeted promotions increase public awareness of CGV and the films being shown, appropriate prices add value to the viewing experience, and quality service—from staff friendliness to comfortable facilities—meets audience expectations. Thus, with effective promotion, the awareness of the people of Probolinggo City regarding the presence of CGV and the films currently being screened can be increased.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan penonton CGV Kota Probolinggo dengan melibatkan variabel promosi, harga, dan kualitas pelayanan. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel-variabel yang diteliti. Dengan tahapan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan uji inferensial (uji kualitas data, uji model penelitian, dan pengujian hipotesis), menggunakan 108 responden dengan software AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi yang efektif, harga yang kompetitif, dan kualitas pelayanan yang prima secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan penonton bioskop CGV di Kota Probolinggo. Promosi yang tepat sasaran meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan CGV dan film-film yang ditayangkan, harga yang sesuai memberikan nilai tambah pada pengalaman menonton, dan pelayanan yang berkualitas, mulai dari keramahan staf hingga fasilitas yang nyaman, memenuhi harapan penonton
Peran Kualitas Produk, Brand Image Dan Brand Trust Dalam Membentuk Keputusan Pembelian Mie Sedaap (Masyarakat Kota Probolinggo)
Studi ini akan membahas secara menyeluruh peran kualitas produk sebagai variabel X1 kemudian peneliti menambahkan variabel citra merek sebagai variabel X2, dan kepercayaan merek sebagai X3 dalam memberikan dampak langsung bagi konsumen ketika akan menentukan keputusan pembelian mie sedaap (studi kasus pada masyarakat Kota Probolinggo).
Pendekatan penelitian difokuskan pada kausalitas agar peneliti dapat mengidentifikasi faktor yang secara langsung memengaruhi variabel Y berdasarkan data yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan sampel digunakan purposive sampling, dengan total responden 100 dimana jumlah ini merupakan konsumen identic pernah membeli mie instan sedaap.
Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS untuk menguji validitas, reliabilitas, classic asumtion, regresi linear berganda, serta uji hipotesis. Dari uji spss didapatkan variabel kualitas produk, citra merek, dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mi instan merek Mie Sedaap
Building Interest in Buying Communities with Product Quality, Price, and Reference Groups
iPhone can now be said to have a distinctive brand image because it uses a distinctive information system. Marketing activities are closely related to the concept of product quality so that what consumers think and feel about a particular brand can make perceived benefits. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, price, and reference group on the purchase interest of iPhone smartphones among students at Panca Marga University, Probolinggo. In this study using the causal-comparative method. Respondents in this study were students of Panca Marga University, Probolinggo. The questionnaire was distributed to 104 respondents. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. Based on the results of research using SPSS. Through the results of this research, it can be concluded that: Simultaneously Product Quality, Price, and Reference Group have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest for iPhone smartphones for Panca Marga Probolinggo University Students, Partially Product Quality, Price and Reference Group has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest of iPhone smartphones for Panca Marga Probolinggo University Students, and Product Quality has a dominant effect on Purchase Interest of iPhone smartphones for Panca Marga Probolinggo University Students
