Increasing Quality of Crackers Productivity as a Food Commodity in Jember Regency
The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted all sectors, including small and medium-sized businesses such as cracker producers and resellers. The problems faced in the midst of the pandemic include manual production processes, lack of management skills, monotonous and less innovative products, and difficulties in marketing. In this activity, there are three partners, namely UD. Sumber Rejeki is a cracker producer and UD. Wahyu Jaya and UD. Barokah Abadi is a reseller who helps market the product. The targets of this activity are innovative products, market expansion and improving the quality of human resource management, procurement of dough mixer machines, trays, impulse sealers, nameplates, quality packaging, and SAK EMKM accounting books. The service method used is mentoring business activities in terms of production, marketing, and business financial management. The outputs resulting from this community partnership program are in the form of improving the quality of production more effectively and efficiently and hygienically with a dough mixer machine, as well as the creation of a product's unique selling point in terms of shape. Other outputs resulting from this activity are the expertise of business partners in managing production management, digital marketing, and the preparation of simple financial reports based on excel applications guided by SAK EMKM
Ownership Structure, Corporate Governance, and Corporate Social Responsibility with Financial Performance as Intervening
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs are carried out by entities in the hope of getting legitimacy and positive values from the community. So, companies can survive and develop, and it can increase profitability in the future. CSR has a relationship with Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Ownership Structure, and Financial Performance. This research aims to analyze the effect of the ownership structure and good corporate governance on corporate social responsibility disclosure through finance performance. The interpretation technique of the sample that is used in this research is purposive sampling. That is the manufacturing company listed on the IDX period 2017 – 2019. The data analysis method that is used is the path analysis. The resulting research is the managerial ownership influence at finance performance significantly. Institutional ownership is not influenced by finance performance. The foreign ownership influence at finance performance significantly. The measure of commissioner council influence at finance performance significantly. The Audit Committee has a positive effect on financial performance. Managerial ownership has a positive effect on CSR. Institutional ownership is no significant effect on CSR. Foreign ownership has a significant effect on CSR. The measure of Commissioners council has a significant effect on CSR. The Audit Committee has a significant effect on CSR. Financial performance has a significant effect on CSR
Application of Customer Relationship Marketing Towards Customer Loyalty Through Trust in Bank
Customer relationship marketing as a strategy to build good relationships with customers in the long run by combining the ability to respond directly and to serve customers with high interaction. The purpose of this study is whether customer relationship marketing influences customer loyalty through trust, directly or indirectly. The sampling technique that researchers took was Nonprobability sampling and using purposive sampling. The type of research method used in this research is path analysis, t-test, determination R2 . The path analysis results show that the variable component of customer relationship marketing which includes commitment and conflict handling has a significant direct relationship to trust and loyalty while communication does not have a negative influence or a negative effect on customer trust or loyalt
Online and Offline Service Quality Assistance at Ratu Hijab Online Shop
This online shop business has several guarantees as a beginner online business venture, first because online consumers need original images or original images of clothes, veils, mukena so they need several statues. In addition, the second problem is in providing quality offline service to consumers when wrapping goods that are still very simple, so this reflection team provides a solution in terms of wrapping goods by making stickers that contain complete information related to Ratu Hijab, so that the items sent look neat and the information is clear. . This community service activity aims to provide assistance to Ratu Hijab online shop owners regarding the quality of online and offline services. The assistance is in the form of providing solutions and innovations related to marketing strategies so that consumers get good service related to sales promotions by displaying real images during promotions. In addition, the service team also provides solutions related to wrapping goods to be sent to consumers by providing labels / stickers related to the queen's hijab information, such as address, cellphone number and various items sold
IMPACT OF HALAL PRODUCTS ON PURCHASE DECISIONS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Halal is the main parameter in the product selection process. This provision places limitations on food products to enter the Muslim market. Ensuring that food consumed is halal is the responsibility of every Muslim. To make it easier to find out which food is consumed halal, especially packaged foods, it can be seen from the halal label listed on the food packaging. Labels on food products are very important to note. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze halal products on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were buyers of AZZA mineral water in Lumajang, as many as 150 buyers. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using Simple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that halal products have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction of AZZA mineral water in Lumajang
IMPACT OF CASH FLOW COMPONENTS, NET INCOME AND COMPANY SIZE ON STOCK RETURN
This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of: Components of Cash Flow, Net Profit, and Firm Size on the level of Stock Return. This research is a quantitative research. The type of data in this study is secondary data. The data source used is data retrieval from the annual financial statements of consumer goods industry companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study is the Consumer Goods Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2019. Researchers determine the number of company samples taken by purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the cash flow component had no significant effect on stock returns, net income had a significant effect on stock returns and firm size had no significant effect on stock returns
Inovasi Desain Produk, Manajemen dan Pemasaran Digital Bagi Paguyuban Kampung Sablon: Upaya Pemulihan Ekonomi Dampak Covid-19 Di Kabupaten Klaten
Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat industri kerajinan konveksi Kampung Sablon di Kecamatan Wedi Kabupaten Klaten dari keterpurukan ekonomi di masa pandemi covid 19 melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang kewirausahaan, pengelolaan keuangan dan manajemen serta pemasaran online yang melibatkan akademisi dan praktisi. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu satu tahun, meliputi koordinasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini telah meningkatkan produksi, penjualan dan asset UKM sebesar 20% dari kondisi sebelumnya dan keberlangsungan kegiatan ini dikemudian hari akan sangat tergantung pada partisipasi serta dukungan semua pihak (UKM, pemerintah daerah, akademisi dan pihak lainnya)
FACTORS AFFECTING STOCK RETURN OF COMPANIES ENTERED IN IDX HIGH DIVIDEND 20
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Dividend Policy using the Dividend Payout Ratio proxy, Liquidity using the Current Ratio proxy, and Profitability using the Return On Equity proxy. This research was conducted on companies that are included in IDX High Dividend 20 for the 2015-2017 period. Sampling used in this research is using purposive sampling technique that gets 20 companies as research samples and uses multiple linear regression analysis for data processing. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports, and the data sources are internal data and external data. The results in this study state that partially dividend policy has a significant effect on stock returns, Likewise, liquidity does not have a significant effect on stock returns, and profitability also does not have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. The limitation of this study is that it only uses dividend policy, liquidity, and profitability variables to determine the impact on stock returns. While other variables that can affect stock returns are not examined and are expected to be continued by other researchers
Accounting Records Using the Android Application to Evaluate Changes in Earnings
The purpose of this research is to test the difference in the logging of profit conducted by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) with the recording in accordance with accounting standards and to test the feasibility of Akuntansi UKM application in the implementation in MSME business. The respondents of this research are the MSME in Bekasi City under the Dinas Koperasi dan UKM. There were 40 respondents in this study. This research is a case study research and uses quantitative descriptive methods. Data analysis Using test paired t-test and application feasibility test using PIECES. The results of this research are there is a difference between the average profit that has been recorded by the respondents with the profit recorded in accordance with the financial accounting standards, and the Akuntansi UKM application has fulfilled the eligibility criteria so that it can be applied in business actors, especially MSME
Trade Openness Effect on Provincial Economic Growth in Indonesia
This research aims to analyze the effect of openness on the economic growth of provinces in Indonesia. Using panel data from 2010 to 2017 in six provinces in Indonesia with investment and labor control variables, the results show that trade openness has an essential contribution to improving economic growth in Indonesia's provinces. The methodology of this study is use regression panel model. These results are following the concepts of theory and empiricism. However, because the degree of openness of provincial trade in Indonesia is still relatively low, the positive influence contributing to the domestic economy is also relatively low, from the control of foreign investment, FDI, and labor, which has a negative effec
