    Pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat membutuhkan modal, yang dapat diperoleh dengan cara meminjam melalui pinjaman modal atau pendanaan melalui lembaga perbankan. Pembiayaan atau perkreditan bukanlah masalah yang asing, baik dalam kehidupan kota maupun dalam pedesaan. Kredit merupakan salah satu pembiayaan sebagian besar dari kegiatan ekonomi. Perkreditan merupakan kegiatan yang penting bagi perbankan, karena kredit juga merupakan salah satu sumber dana yang penting untuk setiap jenis usaha. Sebelum dimulainya kegiatan pemberian kredit diperlukan suatu analisis yang baik dan seksama terhadap semua aspek perkreditan yang dapat menunjang proses pemberian kredit, guna mencegah timbulnya suatu risiko kredit. Pembiayaan ini sangat membantu masyarakat didalam pemenuhan kebutuhannya. Hanya saja dalam pemberian fasilitas pembiayaan tersebut, para pihak lembaga keuangan harus bertindak secara ekstra hati-hati. Perjanjian kredit diawali dengan pembuatan kesepakatan antara penerima kredit (debitur) dan yang memberi kredit (kreditur) yang dituangkan dalam bentuk perjanjian. Perjanjian tersebut dapat berupa perjanjian lisan dapat pula dalam bentuk perjanjian tertulis. Perjanjian utang-piutang dalam perjanjian tertulis ada yang dibuat dengan perjanjian kredit.     Heavy vehicles such as logging trucks are often feared by road users. This is because the safety features of the vehicle are not emphasized. Therefore, this issue can be addressed by creating a log truck that has a semi-autonomous system and also has very good safety features. This semi-autonomous system is specifically designed for use when the truck does not reach the maximum load that has been set. This truck can be driven without requiring energy from the driver. In addition, this truck also has a load sensor that works when the load is filled on the truck. These features are very important for the truck to avoid overloading. Furthermore, the compartment at the back of the truck can be extended. These features were created so that trucks can carry more load without harming road users. A survey was conducted with a total of 30 participants using a questionnaire, and observations were conducted on road users and heavy truck drivers.     Creating sustainable agriculture is a challenge for our country's economy. The level of reliance our nation has on imported food is excessively high. Therefore, the issue can be addressed by utilizing aquaponic products, which possess the capacity to cultivate crops such as tomatoes, a widely imported food commodity. This aquaponics technology is specifically designed for indoor utilization. This device is both space-efficient and cost-effective to operate. Additionally, it is also inexpensive. Given its unique form, this product is ideally situated within the interior of the house for ornamental intentions. The main use of this item is not solely to take care of plants, but it may also improve the atmosphere of a space as users can utilize it as a decorative object.     Sani Express Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sani United Berhad established in 2006. Sani Express Sdn Bhd was founded by Datuk Wan Mohammad Sani Salleh. Sani Express has begun services in the same year with 15 single deck buses enroute to Kuala Terengganu and later to Kota Bharu, Kelantan and Kuantan. SESB started the route with Kuala Terengganu with 7 single deck coaches, Kota Bharu with 6 single deck coaches and Kuantan with 2 single deck coaches as there are large number of manpower from East Cost working in the Klang Valley for past 20 years. The tremendous growth of job opportunities in the Klang Valley whether employed or self-employed has result an influx of individuals from the East Coast to meet the demand. The influx has increased the volume of passengers using the mode of express buses to return to their respective states and vice-versa. As a new bus operator, SESB faced strong competition on its most popular routes especially Kuala Terengganu and Kota Bharu. In the year 2008, Sani Express has shifted its services to a double decker buses with the aim to provide better and quality services to its passengers.     With the development of automobile industry, the number of cars on the road is greatly increasing. Otherwise, the number of beginner drivers is increasing as well. For the rookie drivers, how to reverse is always a troublesome operation. In this project, smart system of ultrasonic car parking with different display mode has been designed. A buzzer or a beeper which is a signal device is used to show the distance of the car with the obstacles behind it. HC-SR04 is used as sensor detecting obstruction behind the car when reverse. Therefore, Smart Parking System technology could be used in our daily life application. It is to avoid car collision and measure distance. This device is the end of best technology device that can be use in detecting obstruction behind the car when reverse. There is a distance limitation in ultrasonic sensor to measure a distance. The result the project showed that the system's efficiency is not a hundred percent successfully because of error of the sensor sensitivity itself

    Muhammad Fahmi Ja’far. The Effect of Supervision Activities and Ownership Concentration on Board Compensation: Study in Indonesian Banking Companies. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2020 This study intents to measure the influence of supervision activities and ownership concentration on Indonesian banking companies on board compensation. Samples used in this research are 34 banks registered into the Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 2013-2018. The implemented analysis method is the panel data regression model. The findings show that all the variables used in this study are not significant to board compensation, where board meeting frequency have a positive effect and both board size and ownership concentration have a negative effect.     Knockdown system in furniture production is starting to be used globally by the well-known furniture producer. In this paper, it was focusing on the knockdown system to a garden chair. The research done is based on the design of the chair with the concept of modem furniture. This study was starts from the designing process to manufacturing process of the knockdown garden chair. The data analysis in this study was based on 130 respondents that involved in the survey. The data are interpreted in demographic analysis, descriptive analysis and comparative analysis. Demographic analysis study related to different gender, age, profession and income. The descriptive analysis of this study was to understand the knowledge of the respondent toward material, design, marketing and satisfaction. Then comparative analysis of this study was intended to compare the opinion of respondent based on gender, age, profession and income. Generally, the result indicated that the respondents agreed with all factors which the mean rate was approximately M = 4.0. Therefore, the practical of using cam fitting as a fastener for the knockdown garden chair is new approach in furniture manufacturing

    Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) are recently used in deformation monitoring applications. Deformation monitoring survey is a technique to detect and measure the displacement on movement of high-risk structure such as fly-over, building. Tunnel, bridge etc. nowadays, these techniques become one of the important research fields in engineering survey or geomatics engineering. The main factor why the deformation monitoring survey is very important in human daily life because to ensure the engineering structure in a good condition. The use of GNSS for deformation studies has evolved rapidly especially Real Time Kinematic (RTK). This technique has been considered as a cost-effective tool to monitor safety and performance or engineering structures. This paper highlights the reliability of RTK solutions which are Virtual Reference Station and Conventional RTK and potential with a Static method as a benchmark for fly-over monitoring surveys. Analysis will be conducted with the objective to quantify the temporal displacement of the bridge using RTK solutions and conventional and to measure the accuracy of RTK solutions for fly-over monitoring.
