No full textThe research of the “Customer Satisfaction Towards the Service provided by Takaful Operators” was conducted. Organization cannot exist without customer. As such the customer must be the central focus of the organization. This research will determine whether the customer are satisfied with the service provided by Takaful operators. This is because nowadays there are a rapid growth of Takaful operators. In this study the researcher collects the information from primary and secondary data by interview from the Takaful staff in Takaful operators company. Researcher also makes observation from website and questionnaire from customer. Researcher used journal, article and text book as secondary data. This study will help the Takaful operators to identify their weakness in order to archive the high level of satisfaction towards the service provided by them. This study utilized questionnaire as the instrument for collecting data. Questionnaires have been distributed to 100 respondent and our respondent are from public that have Takaful policies. In conclusion the most important service provided by Takaful operators can be identifying. This is important because it will improve the productivity, service quality and maximized profit. From the analysis, researcher have identify the most factor that influence the customer satisfaction and the respondent profile

Suitable learning tools need to be used by teachers in order to enhance the learning process. Due to that reason, this Android phonic reading application has been developed for preschool children since the technology can attract and engage children’s attention. This application is known as ‘Kenali ABC’ and focuses on the phonic reading approach. This application has been tested using the usability test on the targeted users including preschool children, preschool teachers and Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) lecturers as the experts. The results of the usability test indicate that the application has potential to be used as an alternative method in reading using phonic technique

Ada dua fokus penelitian dalam penelitian ini, yakni: Bagaimana implementasi cost and benefit analyisis keuangan di PP. Bumi Damai al Muhibbin?, Bagaimana hasil dari implementasi cost and benefit analysis keuangan pesantren di era industri 4.0 di Bumi Damai Al Muhibbin? Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian studi kasus (field research) dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, interview dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan ferivikasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, peningkatan ketekunan, trianggulasi analisis kasus negatif dan member chek. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setiap vendor memiliki kelemahan dan kelebihan dengan membandingkan biaya dan manfaat masing-masing, dari hasil impelentasi cost and benefit analysis juga terpilihlah Vendor A dengan nama program Ibbien Mall Electronic yang layak untuk dijadikan sebuah program keuangan lembaga pesantren dalam era industry 4.0

Era Society 5.0 menjadikan manusia harus mampu berbaur dengan digitilasasi, khususnya dalam dunia pendidikan. Dalam manajemen pesantren terlebih khusus dimanajerial keuangan dibutuhkan digitalisasi dalam pengelolaannya, agar dapat meminimalisir hal-hal yang tidak dikehendaki seperti kesalahan rekap, kurangnya transparasi keuangan dan lain lain. Dengan demikian dengan manajemen keuangan yang bagus memiliki pengaruh yang bagus pula untuk mutu pembiayaan di dalam lembaga pendidikan pesantren tersebut.
Penelitian ini berfokus pada tigas aspek, yaitu: 1) perencanaan keuangan berbasis digital dalam peningkatan mutu pembiayaan Pondok Pesantren Bumi Damai Al Muhibbin Jombang, 2) pelaksanaan keuangan berbasis digital dalam peningkatan mutu pembiayaan Pondok Pesantren Bumi Damai Al Muhibbin Jombang, 3) evaluasi keuangan berbasis digital dalam peningkatan mutu pembiayaan Pondok Pesantren Bumi Damai Al Muhibbin Jombang.
Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan metode analisis data interaktif yang melibatkan tahapan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa, 1) Perencanaan keuangan berbasis digital dalam peningkatan mutu pembiayaan yaitu dilakukan dengan melakukan penyusunan Rencana Kegiatan Anggaran dan penyusunan Rancangan Anggaran Penerimaan dan Belanja. Setiap penerimaan dan belanja akan di input aplikasi BMA Dasboard sehingga pengurus dapat mudah mengelola keuangan dan transparansi keuangan dapat ditinjau oleh wali murid melalui aplikasi BMA Mobile sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pembiayaan. 2) Pelaksanaan keuangan keuangan berbasis digital dalam peningkatan mutu dilakukan dengan: Menerima bukti transaksi dimana semua pencatatan bukti trasaksi sudah terekam dalam aplikasi BMA Dasboard, Mencatat transaksi tersebut kedalam buku jurnal dalam Aplikasi BMA Dasboard, Menyalin data transaksi dari jurnal ke buku besar dan setiap pelaporan harian yang sudah terekam dalam BMA Dasboard akan mempermudah dan mempercepat pekerjaan staf dalam melakukan proses pencatatan keuangan sehingga tidak terjadi penyelewengan keuangan, Menyusun laporan keuangan melalui aplikasi BMA Dasboard dan pihak wali santri dapat mengakses laporan keuangan pada aplikasi BMA Mobile. 3) Evaluasi keuangan keuangan berbasis digital dalam peningkatan mutu pembiayaan dilakukan dengan: Evaluasi Laporan Keuangan, Evaluasi Operasional dan Evaluasi Kinerja.
ABSTRACT
The Society 5.0 era means that humans must be able to blend in with digitalization, especially in the world of education. In Islamic boarding school management, especially in financial management, digitalization is needed in its management, in order to minimize undesirable things such as recap errors, lack of financial transparency and so on. Thus, good financial management also has a good influence on the quality of financing within the Islamic boarding school educational institution.
This research focuses on three aspects, namely: 1) digital-based financial planning in improving the quality of financing for the Bumi Damai Al Muhibbin Jombang Islamic Boarding School, 2) implementation of digital-based finance in improving the financing quality of the Bumi Damai Al Muhibbin Jombang Islamic Boarding School, 3) digital-based financial evaluation in improving the quality of financing for the Bumi Damai Al Muhibbin Jombang Islamic Boarding School.
This research applies qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. In analyzing the data, the researcher used an interactive data analysis method which involved the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The results of the research show that, 1) Digital-based financial planning in improving the quality of financing is carried out by preparing a Budget Activity Plan and preparing a Receipt and Expenditure Budget Draft. Every receipt and expenditure will be input into the BMA Dashboard application so that administrators can easily manage finances and financial transparency can be reviewed by student parents via the BMA Mobile application so that they can improve the quality of financing. 2) Implementation of digital-based finance in improving quality is carried out by: Receiving proof of transactions where all recording of transaction evidence has been recorded in the BMA Dashboard application, Recording these transactions in a journal book in the BMA Dashboard Application, Posting or moving the transaction data from the journal to the ledger and every daily report that has been recorded in the BMA Dashboard will simplify and speed up the staff's work in carrying out the financial recording process so that financial fraud does not occur. Compile financial reports via the BMA Dashboard application and student guardians can access financial reports on the BMA Mobile application. 3) Evaluation of digital-based finance in improving the quality of financing is carried out by: Financial Report Audit, Operational Audit, Compliance Audit.

إن عصر المجتمع ۵‚۰ يعني أن البشر يجب أن يكونوا قادرين على الاندماج مع الرقمنة، وخاصة في عالم التعليم. في إدارة المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية، وخاصة في الإدارة المالية، هناك حاجة إلى الرقمنة في إدارتها، من أجل تقليل الأشياء غير المرغوب فيها مثل أخطاء التلخيص، ونقص الشفافية المالية وما إلى ذلك. وبالتالي، فإن الإدارة المالية الجيدة لها أيضًا تأثير جيد على جودة التمويل داخل المؤسسة التعليمية الإسلامية.
يركز هذا البحث على ثلاثة جوانب وهي: ۱) التخطيط المالي الرقمي في تحسين جودة تمويل مدرسة بومي داماي المحبين جومبانج الإسلامية الداخلية، ۲) تنفيذ التمويل الرقمي في تحسين جودة تمويل مدرسة بومي داماي المحبين جومبانج الإسلامية. مدرسة داماي المحبين جومبانج الإسلامية الداخلية، ۳) التقييم المالي الرقمي في تحسين جودة التمويل في مدرسة بومي داماي المحبين جومبانج الإسلامية الداخلية.
هذا البحث هو بحث يستخدم المنهج النوعي مع المنهج الوصفي. تقنيات جمع البيانات هي المقابلات والملاحظة والتوثيق. تحليل البيانات، استخدم الباحثون تقنيات تحليل البيانات باستخدام أساليب تفاعلية تتكون من جمع البيانات وتكثيف البيانات وعرض البيانات واستخلاص النتائج.
وأظهرت نتائج البحث أن: ۱) التخطيط المالي الرقمي في تحسين جودة التمويل يتم من خلال إعداد خطة نشاط الموازنة وإعداد مشروع موازنة الاستلام والنفقات. سيتم إدخال كل إيصال ونفقات في تطبيق ب م أ لوحة تحكم حتى يتمكن المسؤولون من إدارة الشؤون المالية بسهولة ويمكن مراجعة الشفافية المالية من قبل أولياء أمور الطلاب عبر تطبيق ب م أ موبايل حتى يتمكنوا من تحسين جودة التمويل. ۲) يتم تنفيذ التمويل الرقمي لتحسين الجودة من خلال: الحصول على إثبات المعاملات حيث تم تسجيل جميع تسجيلات أدلة المعاملات في تطبيق لوحة معلومات مؤسسة نقد البحرين، وتسجيل هذه المعاملات في دفتر يومية في تطبيق لوحة تحكم مؤسسة نقد البحرين، أو نشرها أو إن نقل بيانات المعاملات من دفتر اليومية إلى دفتر الأستاذ وكل تقرير يومي تم تسجيله في لوحة تحكم مؤسسة نقد البحرين سيسهل ويسرع عمل الموظفين في تنفيذ عملية القيد المالي حتى لا يحدث احتيال مالي. يمكن لتطبيق ب م أ لوحة تحكم وأولياء أمور الطلاب الوصول إلى التقارير المالية على تطبيق ب م أ موبايل. ۳) يتم تقييم التمويل الرقمي في تحسين جودة التمويل من خلال: تدقيق التقارير المالية، تدقيق العمليات، تدقيق الامتثا

This indicates that Ho is tolak and Ha is diterima. This indicates that after implementing the REBT, there is a pengurangan kecemasan among the students. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif kausal yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh variable lingkungan kerja fisik, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Alat pengumpulan data mengunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya yang disebarkan kepada pegawai di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia. Populasi yang diteliti pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang, menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang menjadikan semua populasi sebagai sampel. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) melalui uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Disiplin Kerja berpengairuh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, sedangkan Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengairuh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Kementrian Lingkungan Hidup Republik Indonesia

No full textThis research aims to evaluate retail performance using sales turnover as a benchmark, with a focus on Gramedia Mall Central Park, which is part of the Gramedia Store network. This research also aims to determine the influence of the variables studied, namely product quality, service quality and location on purchasing decisions. The research design uses a causal quantitative method using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. This questionnaire was distributed to 105 respondents to obtain more accurate data analysis results. Data analysis was carried out using Smart-PLS (Partial Least Square) through testing the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The research results show that product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, as does service quality and location. The conclusion is that retail performance, especially Gramedia Mall Central Park, can be assessed from the development of sales turnover. Additionally, product quality, service quality, and location play an important role in shaping customer purchasing decisions. Therefore, attention to these factors can improve overall retail performance.

Kepemimpinan, Beban Kerja dan Burnout terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perusahaan Garment di Kabupaten Tangerang
No full textThis research aims to explore the influence of leadership, workload and burnout on employee performance in garment companies in Tangerang Regency. The research design used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach, which aims to find cause-and-effect relationships between the variables studied. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to garment company employees using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The population of this research was 74 employees of garment companies in Tangerang Regency, who were also used as research samples using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data processing involves measurement tests, structural tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. However, workload and burnout do not have a significant influence on employee performance. Thus, these findings highlight the importance of the role of leadership in improving employee performance in garment companies. Although workload and burnout do not significantly influence employee performance in the context of this research, this does not reduce the need to pay attention to and manage these factors in the context of human resource management.
