    The digital era as it is currently requires every organization and individual to follow the pace of technological development, not least PDAM Tirta Kepri which is required to further improve service to the community both administratively and technically, Based on the results of observations and interviews with the service department at PDAM Tirta Kepri Tanjungpinang is an administration activity at the time of registering new installations for customers and the slow pace of data collection.  customer location if there is a problem of complaints or arrears. In addition, officers have difficulty checking the available network when there are new customers who sign up. Based on existing problems, the author analyzed and made the design of a geographical information system in order to make it easier administratively for new customers to register for network installation and create facilities for users when going to file complaints and can also make it easier for officers to find customer locations, in this study also carried out the design of pipeline maps to help officers when checking based pipelines.  Website, the methodology used for software development using waterfall methods and for system development using DFD while the language used for system development uses PHP programming language to create maps used opensource libraries i.e. leaflets. With the construction of the system can increase time efficiency and effectiveness and can increase productivity in carrying out work, especially in improving service to customers

    The establishment of foundations in Indonesia prior to the foundation law was only based on customary law/jurisprudence in practice that developed in the community. The establishment of the foundation itself sometimes deviates from its original purpose, namely as a non-profit copper company with social, religious, and humanitarian purposes, but in the future it is not uncommon for the founders and coaches of a foundation to want to make a profit/profit from their business. The author deliberately takes a case study of a hospital foundation that changes a legal entity and its assets into a PT, namely the author wishes to be able to find out the extent of the role and responsibilities of a notary, and what about this matter when viewed from the point of view of the foundation's laws and regulations. - law PT, whether it is an unlawful act or not. The author in carrying out this case study research, uses a normative juridical method, namely by examining theories and concepts, as well as legal principles and legislation related to research. The results of the study can be concluded by the author that changing a legal entity from a foundation to a PT, is a violation of the law, because it is contrary to the laws and regulations of the foundation and the laws and regulations of PT

    Smart city pada kabupaten merupakan hasil adaptasi dari konsep smart city yang dibangun untuk kawasan perkotaan dengan mempertimbangkan karakteristik, potensi, dan kearifan lokal. Wilayah kabupaten dapat memiliki perbedaan karakteristik satu sama lain. Perbedaan tersebut membutuhkan generalisasi dan pendetailan penerapan konsep smart city pada karakteristik setiap kabupaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan abduktif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk mengidentifikasi kekhasan penerapan konsep tersebut. Data diolah menggunakan analisis triangulasi dan komparasi terhadap penerapan konsep smart city antara Kabupaten Bantul sebagai studi kasus dengan penelitian sebelumnya yakni Kabupaten Kulon Progo dan Sukoharjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan terhadap penerapan konsep smart city pada wilayah kabupaten. Namun demikian, perbedaan terletak pada obyek yang didukung program inovasi smart city. Kabupaten pesisir memungkinkan pengembangan branding pariwisata pantai serta sistem peringatan dini dan mitigasi bencana tsunami, kabupaten fokus pertanian memungkinkan pengembangan pertanian dan ekonomi lokal berbasis pertanian, kabupaten penyangga kota memiliki infrastruktur TIK jaringan internet dan telekomunikasi lebih memadai pada area aglomerasi perkotaan dibandingkan di luar area aglomerasi perkotaan, dan kabupaten administrasi khusus memungkinkan pengembangan program inovasi smart city didukung dana khusus

    Analisis EfektivitasPada OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) Sebagai Sarana TemuKembali Informasi Perpustakaan FAH UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.Di bawah bimbingan Fadhilatul Hamdani, M.Hum. Program Studi IlmuPerpustakaan Fakultas Adab dan Humaniora Universitas Islam NegeriSyarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, 2021.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas OPAC di Perpustakaan FAHUIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta yang diukur berdasarkan model EUCS (content,accuracy, format, ease of use dan timeliness) sebagai indikator penilaian. Jenispenelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknikprobability sampling dengan pendekatan simple random sampling. Adapunpopulasinya adalah para pemustaka mahasiswa/i jurusan Ilmu PerpustakaanFakultas Adab dan Humaniora angkatan 2014-2017. Penarikan sampelmenggunakan rumus Slovin dengan hasil berjumlah 80 orang. Teknikpengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakanangket atau kuesioner dengan pengukuran instrumen menggunakan skala Likert.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakanperhitungan persentase dan skala interval dengan alat bantu berupa programaplikasi IBM SPSS 25, dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaefektivitas OPAC Perpustakaan FAH berdasarkan model EUCS dengan 5 dimensiadalah sebagai berikut: (1) Dimensi content (isi) mendapatkan skor rata-ratasebesar 3,20 termasuk kategori (Baik), (2) Dimensi accuracy (akurasi)mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,04 termasuk kategori (Baik), (3) Dimensiformat (format) mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 3,16 termasuk kategori (Baik),(4) Dimensi ease of use (kemudahan pengguna) mendapatkan skor rata-ratasebesar 3,39 termasuk kategori (Sangat Baik), dan (5) Dimensi timeliness(ketepatan waktu) mendapatkan skor rata-rata sebesar 2,95 termasuk kategori(Baik).     Data dan informasi spasial merupakan unsur penting dalam setiap proses perencanaan, termasuk perencanaan pembangunan yang dijalankan oleh pemerintah daerah. Visualisasi keruangan yang disajikan oleh data dan informasi spasial memberikan perspektif baru yang menentukan produk dan luaran dari sebuah rencana. Hal ini melatarbelakangi Bappeda DIY untuk mendorong penggunaan informasi spasial pada kegiatan penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pembangunan Daerah (RKPD) pada dua tahun terakhir. Pada pelaksanaannya, Bappeda DIY telah mampu untuk mengintegrasikan kegiatan manajemen informasi spasial dengan kegiatan perencanaan pembangunan daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kegiatan manajemen informasi spasial yang dilakukan oleh Bappeda DIY. Dengan menggunakan desain studi kasus yang menonjolkan keunikan, pendekatan abduksi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa perbedaan dari model yang telah berkembang. Kegiatan manajemen informasi spasial yang dijalankan oleh Bappeda DIY memiliki beberapa perbedaan dengan Model IMGC dan Model POSMAD. Perbedaan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh empat hal, yaitu faktor sumber daya manusia, faktor kebijakan atau regulasi, faktor teknologi, dan faktor karakter informasi.     One of the executions of the mortgage object is the sale of the mortgage object through a public auction based on the executorial title contained in the Mortgage Certificate. Before the implementation is carried out by the creditor, a permit (fiat) is required to the local district court. The application for an auction for the execution of mortgage rights through a district court is closely related to obstacles, for example a lawsuit from a third party (derden verzet) who feels he has the right to the object of execution even though it has nothing to do with creditors and debtors. This opposition made the Chief Justice of the District Court unable to grant the request for execution even though the creditor had a mortgage certificate that was encumbered, but was forced to examine the relevant evidence in the trial forum to determine whether the resistance was sufficient reason or just a conspiracy with the debtor to delay the execution.Based on this explanation, the author wants to examine the legal force of the grosse deed as the basis for the implementation of the mortgage execution auction. The type of research in writing scientific papers is a normative legal research type, with a statutory approach and a legal concept analysis approach (Analytical and Conceptual Approach). The sources of legal materials used in writing this scientific paper come from primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials.     Dampak Citra Destinasi, Faktor CRM dan Kepuasan Wisatawan Terhadap Loyalitas Wisatawan Gunung Kelud pada Era New Normal

    The tourism industry has become one of the sectors whose operations have been hampered due to the pandemic. Since the enactment of the new normal in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, several tourist attractions have been active again, including the Mount Kelud tourist area located in Kediri Regency. The problem is how the tourism sectors in the Kelud mountain area can regain tourist interest and loyalty after actively operating again. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to examine the destination image factor, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) factor which in this case refers to tourists, and tourist satisfaction with tourist loyalty to the Gunung Kelud tourist area, either partially or simultaneously. This research uses multiple linear regression method to 320 respondents. The results of the data distribution statement obtained, amounting to 3.15 which falls into the required scale category. From the modeling results, the regression value of the destination image decreased by 0.57%, customer relationship management increased by 12.1% and satisfaction increased by 30.9%. Partially, the destination image is worth 2,702 units, customer relationship management is 1,982 units and tourist satisfaction is 6,903 units for the loyalty of Mount Kelud tourists. Meanwhile, simultaneously that Destination Image, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Satisfaction are worth 21,402 units
