Aplikasi Ekstrak Herba Seledri (Apium graveolens) terhadap Persebaran Jamur Capnodium citri Penyebab Penyakit Embun Jelaga pada Berbagai Tanaman Jeruk
Pada penelitian ini, aktivitas antifungi dari seledri telah diselidiki melalui penggunaan biofungisida dari ekstrak herba seledri terhadap persebaran penyakit embun jelaga pada berbagai jenis tanaman jeruk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari ekstrak herba seledri terhadap persebaran penyakit embun jelaga dilihat dari penurunan nilai intensitas penyakit embun jelaga pada tanaman jeruk varietas keprok batu 55, keprok terigas dan pamelo. Penelitian ini menggunakan RAK dengan perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak herba seledri yang terdiri atas 4 seri konsentrasi yaitu, 27%, 30%, 33%, dan 0%. Data nilai intensitas serangan penyakit embun jelaga dianalisis menggunakan uji Anava satu arah untuk menentukan seberapa jauh pengaruh dari variabel manipulasi yang diberikan terhadap variabel terikat pada masing-masing varietas tanaman jeruk, kemudian dilanjutkan pada uji Duncan dengan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak herba seledri mampu mengurangi nilai intensitas penyakit embun jelaga pada tanaman jeruk keprok batu 55, keprok terigas dan pamelo serta ekstrak herba seledri dengan konsentrasi 33% merupakan konsentrasi yang dapat menurunkan persentase nilai intensitas penyakit embun jelaga tertinggi hingga mencapai 82,3%.

The Effect of Game-Based Learning Through the Snake and Ladder Game on Students’ Speaking Skills
Speaking was crucial skill to be learnt by student in order to talk with others from around the world. Students would need to rehearse to be able to express their ideas in English. The students’ Speaking skill was developed in the classroom when they have English class though in daily activities, they did not speak English. It made speaking as one of the most challenging things for students to grasp. The use of a good teaching method or media was really important in the teaching speaking process. The snake and ladder game was used as a medium by the researcher. This research was using experimental research with pre-experimental design (one group pretest-posttest). The data itself was analysed by using statistical through SPSS program. The participants of the research were the eleventh grades students of MA Falahiyah Lamongan. The data showed the students’ basic speaking skill of eleventh grades students in MA Falahiyah Lamongan were poor, because most of the students score were under the minimum score criteria. There were only 13% students passed the test. After getting the treatment, the result of the finding of post-test, the data showed the students’ speaking skill were improved because most of the students got enough score to complete the test. The result of the calcutaion of paired sample t-test with the sign (2 tailed) the result was .000, it was lower than 0.05 as level of significant. It means that the use of game-based learning through the snake and ladder game to teach speaking gave significant effect on students’ speaking skills
The Effectiveness of Project-Based Learning Through Spotify Podcasts Media in Teaching Speaking
This research was intended to measure the effectiveness of project-based learning on students speaking skillsthrough Spotify Podcasts as media of teaching speaking. The research design used in this research was a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design with the quantitative method. This research design was treated with no control group.The research was conducted in the odd semester at eleventh grade of MA MambausSholihinGresik in academic year 2022 / 2023. The research took place on extra hours after school which was completed for 8 consecutive days, and the duration was 30 minutes in each meeting.The participants of this research consist of 25 students. The researcher used Paired Sample T-test to determine the results of hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis and discussion of the research data that has been done, it can be concluded that the use of podcasts can affect students' speaking skills. The researcher found that the t-test value of pre-test and post-test was remarked significantly different. The p-value (probability value) was lower than α (0.00 < 0.05). It indicated that Project-Based Learning through Podcast on Spotify could give significant effect on students’ speaking skills
Budidaya jamur tiram pada KPM PKH untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan dimasa pendemi COVID-19
Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 masyarakat miskin dan rentan miskin yang ada di Desa Srimulyo memiliki dampak ekonomi yang cukup berat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, salah satu upaya yang dilakukan dengan melakukan pendampingan budidaya jamur tiram terhadap anggota Keluarga Penerima Manfaat Program Keluarga Harapan (KPM PKH) dengan tujuan meningkatkan ketahanan pangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi dan pendampingan pada anggota KPM PKH dalam melakukan budidaya dan pengemasan jamur tiram. Hasil dari pendampingan ini yaitu terbentuknya kelompok-kelompok yang mengelola budidaya jamur tiram, terbentuknya dua kumbung sebagai lokasi budidaya jamur tiram, dan meningkatnya soft skills dan hard skills dalam menjalankan usaha khususnya budidaya jamur tiram sehingga dapat bertahan di masa pandemi COVID-19. Dengan adanya kelompok-kelompok dalam mengelola budidaya jamur tiram akan menambah lapangan kerja baru dan membantu perekonomian bagi anggota KPM PKH di Desa Srimulyo, Kecamatan Dampit, Kabupaten Malang
The Use of Smartphones in Geography Learning: A 21st Century Learning Innovation in Identifying Nature Appearances Based on Fieldwork
Geography learning process can be done both indoor and outdoor. Geography learning can provide new findings/ concepts from a natural phenomenon which exists in the field. In order to build an understanding, concept, and even findings; geographer can utilize fieldwork-based geography learning. It is necessary to have a framework that explains the existence of the study location. The purpose of this study is to give space or scope for geography learning which emphasizes fieldwork-based learning in natural laboratories using a smartphone in data collection. The method used is a field survey conducted by determining the location points that will be used as access in field-based geography learning, with a landscape and social approach. After that, it is processed to get routes and learning areas that are ready with smartphones. Furthermore, it is applied to students to carry out field-based learning using smartphones. The result of this study shows some areas that can be used as fieldwork by using a smartphone during a field survey. There are 15 spots recorded on smartphone that can be used as geography learning fieldwork. Learners can do observation, measurements, interview about natural and social landscape in these areas. Fieldwork-based learning in Sumbermanjing Wetan has its estimation in leaning based on the aims. Besides, things like funding, licensing, and the security of the learning areas should be paid attention, in order to reach the learning outcome. It is also need a preliminary survey or observation to be able to estimate fieldwork leaning areas in Sumbermanjing Wetan district
Karakterisasi Lorong Gua di Geosite Gua Pindul, Geopark Gunungsewu, Kabupaten Gunungkidul
Geopark Gunungsewu memiliki Geosite yang tersebar di Kabupaten Pacitan, Wonogiri, dan Gunungkidul. Salah satu geosite yang berkembang dengan cepat salah satunya terdapat di Kabupaten Gunungkidul, yaitu geosite Gua Pindul. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik lorong gua dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembentukannya (speleogenesis) pada beberapa gua di geosite Gua Pindul dan sekitarnya. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan survei lapangan dengan melakukan pemetaan gua dan menganalisis bentuk lorong gua di lokasi kajian. Hasil kajian memperlihatkan pola lorong gua berupa curvilinear branchwork, sinuous passage, dan linier passage. Kenampakan lorong gua dipengaruhi oleh adanya kondisi tidak tertekan dan adanya air meteorik yang melarutkan batugamping, sehingga membentuk elliptical tube, keyhole, gorge-shaped passage, cupola, ceiling half tube, solutions notch, potholes, dan solutions pocket. Selain itu, adanya pengaruh kontrol struktural mempengaruhi arah perkembangan lorong gua sedangkan bentukan akibat adanya kontrol struktural berupa joint control passage, shaft, dan canyon
The Land Cover and Ecosystem Services Identification in the Special Purpose Forest Area (KHDTK) of Gurah, Blitar-Indonesia
The Special Purpose Forest Area (KHDTK) of Gurah is located in coastal and hilly area of Southern part of Blitar Regency. KHDTK of Gurah is located in protected and productive forests, which function as forestry education and training areas . The existence of these functional areas have a characteristic land cover that can be utilized, so zoning the area that had been managed, should be done. The aim of this search is to identify the land cover and ecosystem services in the Special Purpose Forest Area of Gurah. The method used in this research is by mapping the KHDTK of Gurah using drone. Mapping was conducted to aim the result in the form of aerial photograph that used in identifying the land cover in the area of Gurah KHDTK. Therefore, a ground check was conducted to see the suitability of land cover in Gurah KHDTK. Ground check location were determined randomly based on the aerial photograph obtained. The ecosystem services were analyzed descriptively based on the developing of land cover in Gurah KHDTK. The results of the ,research spatially show that the protected forest area in Gurah KHDTK has changed into dry fields or farmland. This has also been observed in several productive forest locations, where there have been changes in the area’s designation. The land cover that has developed in Gurah KHDTK includes forest, fields, open land, rice fields and shrubland
Hydrogeology of Mangsri Cave, Gunungsewu Karst Area, Java Island, Indonesia
The Gunungsewu karst area is not only known for its unique landscape but also its recurring drought events. To meet the water supply, the local population utilizes several water potentials, namely doline pond, spring, and underground river. This study was designed to analyze the hydrogeological conditions of Mbangsri Cave, following its accidental discovery by the community at the end of 2018. The hydrogeological analysis was conducted by geological surveys, which consisted of rocks collection and structural measurements, cave mapping, and recharge area delineation based on remote sensing images acquired by unmanned aerial vehicles. The results showed that Mbangsri Cave, in the hydrogeological perspective, had low water resources potential. It is believed to be the result of (1) relatively small catchment area, (2) a fault in the southern part of Mbangsri Cave, creating a small groundwater basin, and (3) the thin epikarst layer, limiting the water storage
