Organizations need to invest in information technology and information systems to be more competitive. Klinik Happy Smile (KHS) is a dental clinic that current business process was using manual process which is using log book to schedule the appointment date and time and WhatsApp for patient book the slot. That make the business process were not satisfied by user. From that Happy Smile Dental Clinic Appointment System (HSDCAS) was develop to enhance the business process became easier and more efficient. The HSDCAS is a web-based system that was
developed for KHS. HSDCAS will assist patient in booking for dental appointment, and save time through a website functionality. The objective is to design and develop an online appointment system for KHS. On top of that, evaluation of the system's functionality was only conducted. The scope of the project includes systematic scheduling in queue list and appointment module with notification. Adapted waterfall model was used in developing HSDCAS. Eight golden rules of interface design were used to develop the interface of HSDCAS. System's functionality and usability were evaluated through system testing and user evaluation. There were three experts’ lecturer from UiTM Kuala Terengganu, their review resulted in a positive outcome, where experts agreed that this appointment system is efficient for patient and beneficial to the company. User evaluation also been conducted using System Usability Scale (SUS) and the result is 72.5 which indicate the system is good. Shows that the HSDCAS is a good based on the general guidelines for interpreting SUS scores. In the recommendation the HSDCAS should allow customers to do online transactions using the system. Also this system can give the patient access to a chat space for easier patient to ask something. The following suggestion is to receive notification to inform the patient of the appointment's status via email or WhatsApp so that the patient not forget their appointment
Optimization of copper based powder metallurgy brake friction materials / Muhammad Nasri Jamaludin
The research in Copper based friction materials is mostly focused on the effect of material composition on its mechanical and tribological characteristics, while the information of the optimization of composition and fabrication process is limited. This research is to optimize the material composition which composed of copper, iron and carbon. Six samples composed of copper, iron and carbon were fabricated through powder metallurgy process. One formulation is using commercial carbon while the other five formulations are using activated carbon from palm kernel shell as its carbon content. The research begins with sample preparation using powder metallurgy process as follows; (i) mixing, (ii) compacting, (iii), sintering. The sintering process took place in a tube furnace under pure nitrogen atmosphere at a temperature of 960°C for 1 hour. The effect of carbon from palm kernel shell and copper on friction and wear, hardness, porosity, and specific gravity properties were examined using international standard test procedures. Test results signify that the formulation using activated carbon from palm kernel shell can replace the available commercial carbon where it produces higher coefficient of friction (COF). Sample NA1 composed of 85 wt. % of copper, 12 wt. % of iron, and 3 wt. % of activated carbon from palm kernel shell is the optimized formulation where it produced the highest COF as well the Shore D hardness. Detail analyses on the mechanical and tribological test result show that there is no direct correlation between the mechanical with tribological properties
A case study on stress management among employees of commercial banks at Jerantut, Pahang / Nurul Hidayah Muhammad Nasri
Each of the people will feel a stress especially when they are working. They can feel stress at any time if they cannot control it by slowly. It can be proved by Mohamed and Tan that claimed about "work-related stress is distinct from stress in general because it is in the nature of the organization." There are many factors that can make a stress which are job burnout, poor ergonomic workstation environment, problems with colleagues, high number of hours and others. However, organizations can implement some of the program to reduce stress among employees. Thus, this study aims to examine the stress management program in commercial banking sector at Jerantut, Pahang. Questionnaires which were used for the data collections process were distributed to 41 respondents who are the employees in three commercial banking. Findings from the study shows that these organizations has implemented stress management program, but unfortunately there are some of the employees who did not participated in this program. The percentage of employees who join this program was less than 50 percent. The implementation of this program also low and most of the employees have reduced their stress through personal techniques such as sharing the problem with their colleagues, taking leave, praying, taking break for a while, involving in sports, eat, and sleep. Meanwhile, it is efficient to them because they can control their stress effectively. In conclusion, stress management program is important to organization's productivity. This is to ensure that productivity of every employee would be increased every year. Besides that, the organizations must encourage each of their employees to join this program at least once a year. For a future research, the scope of the study should be expanded by increasing the number of respondents in a future in order to get more accurate and relevant data. In addition, the researcher should focus more on effectiveness of stress management program in banking sector to ensure they can see the results of before and after the program have been organized

Therefore, in order to ensure that hotels can have a good performance from the three variables the hotel industry must focus on social media as one of the platforms that can give various advantages to increase their performance as a whole
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
