Analisis Ekonomi Antar Wilayah Dalam Meningkatkan Pembangunan Ekonomi Maritim Di Provinsi Maluku Utara
No full textPembangunan maritim adalah pembangunan yang berkaitan dengan interaksi sumberdaya manusia, sumberdaya alam, sarana dan prasarana maritim, pembangunan di pulau-pulau dan keterkaitan antar pulau, di mana penekanannya adalah pada dataran pulau, laut sebagai penunjang. Pengembangan pembangunan ekonomi maritim dimiliki oleh masing-masing kabupaten/kota provinsi Maluku Utara, harus tetap memperhatikan secara proporsional sektor dan subsektor lainnya sesuai dengan potensi dan peluang masing-masing daerah tersebut untuk mengembangkan perekonomian Maluku Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan pertama untuk menganalisis sektor dan subsektor untuk pembangunan ekonomi maritim antar wilayah yang merupakan sektor basis di kabupaten/kota dan kesempatan kerja pada subsektor perikanan kabupaten/kota provinsi Maluku Utara dengan pengamatan selama PDRB kabupaten/Kota lima tahun 2009-2013. Menganalisis strategi kebijakan pembangunan ekonomi maritim Maluku Utara. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisi LQ, Effek Pengganda (Multiplier Effect) dan AHP. Hasil analisis menunjukan kabupaten Halmahera Selatan dan Kepulauan Sula kedua kabupaten tersebut terdapat sektor dan subsektor basis yang paling banyak bila di bandingkan dengan sektor dan subsektor basis terdapat kabupaten/kota provinsi Maluku Utara, Effek Pengganda (Multiplier Effect) kesempatan kerja pada subsektor perikanan terjadi pada tahun 2010 terdapat di kabupeten/kota kabupaten halmahera Barat, halmahera Tengga, halmahera Timur, halmahera Utara dan kota Tidore Kepulauan dan pada tahun 2013 Effek Pengganda (Multiplier Effect) subsektor perikanan tangkap terdapat pada akabupaten Halmahera Barat, Halmahera Selatan dan Kota Ternate. No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model inkuiri terbimbing dengan kegiatan laboratorium virtual terhadap penguasaan konsep dan ketrampilan berfikir kritis siswa terhadap materi fluida statis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Eksperimen kontrol dengan desain control Group Pre-test post-test. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI-IA yang berjumlah 242 orang.dan yang menjadi sampel adalah siswa kelas XI-IA 5 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas XI-IA 6 sebagai kelas control pada sekolah SMAN 4 Banda Aceh tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes tertulis berupa soal pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal delakukan dengan pre-test dan post-test , lembar kerja siswa dan angket siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran yang dilakukan untuk 3 sub konsep itu diperoleh hasil secara keseluruhan untuk penguasaan konsep terjadi peningkatakn sebanyak 0,12 (kategori Rendah) sedangkan untuk ketrampilan berfikir kritis diperoleh hasil secara keseluruhan terjadi peningkatan sebesar 0,09 (kategori rendah), sedangkan peningkatan yang paling tinggi pada ketrampilan berfikir kritis itu pada konsep membuat induksi dan mempertimbangkan induksi yaitu sebesar 0,40 (kategori sedang). Dan model inkuiri mendapatkan respon yang positif dari siswa berdasarkan hasil angket respon siswa yang positif. Disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri tebimbing berbasis laboratorium ini terjadi pengaruh walaupun peningkatannya berkategorikan rendah

The author used the user centered design method approach, likert scale and merit webuse scale in this research to find out if the design results that have been worked have become the design needed by the user. The results that have been obtained from this research is getting the final value of likert scale and webuse calculations and the results is Very Agreeable and Excellent, and it can be concluded if the approach method by using user centered design methods in the analysis and design of user interface and user experience can provide excellent results and it can make it easier for users to useing the RenovAction website.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah metode user centered design dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik terhadap suatu analisis dan perancangan user interface dan user experience pada suatu website. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan metode user centered design, skala likert dan skala merit webuse pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahwa hasil perancangan yang telah dibuat sudah menjadi perancangan yang telah dibutuhkan oleh user. Hasil akhir yang telah diperoleh dari penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai akhir perhitungan skala likert dan webuse adalah Sangat Setuju dan Excellent, dan dapat disimpulkan jika pendekatan dengan menggunakan metode user centered design pada analisis dan perancangan user interface dan user experience dapat memberikan hasil yang sangat baik dan dapat memudahkan pengguna dalam menggunakan website RenovAction

No full textThe purpose of this study is to analyze students' ability to solve physics problems in mechanical materials using the Minnesota problem-solving model. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The population in this study is class XI IPA MAN I Banda Aceh students with 10 subjects. The instrument in this study uses a description test with 5 questions. The results of this study are shown to analyze the process of students in solving physics problems that require a high level of thinking, the way students understand concepts, describe problem situations, plan solutions, carry out solutions and evaluate answers. Based on the results of the study, the average student could use the Minnesota problem-solving model in answering physics questions and using this model students are skilled at selecting relevant information, then analyzing it and finally re-researching the results

No full textThe Study of the identification of students’ difficulties in physics learning in MAS Lamno has been done. The aim of this study was to know the factors of the reason of the student difficulties to learn physics. This study was conducted in qualitative descriptive type. The subject of this study was taken randomly with the number of 20 students for certain reasons. Data collection in this study was conducted using student questionnaire instruments and interviewing the students. The result of this study showed that there were four problems of student difficulties in learning physics. The four problems were the lack abilities to solve the math problem, difficulty to recall and applied the physics formula to solve the physics problem, afraid to deliver the questions of the problem, and difficulty to summarize the physics course that has been studied
