No full textThis study aims first, to explore and interpret the implementation of Kiai Muhammad Holid\u27s transformational leadership. Second, to explore Kiai\u27s leadership strategies in the transformation process from traditional pesantren to Sufism-based entrepreneurial pesantren. Third, to explore the effectiveness of Kiai Muhammad Holid\u27s transformational leadership. The research method used is qualitative with the type of field research conducted at the Salafiyah Abu Zairi Pakisan Tlogosari Bondowoso Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques utilize documentation, deep interviews, and passive participation observation. Furthermore, the data validity test uses observation persistence, triangulation of sources and techniques by adopting the Miles, Huberman and Saldana interactive model data analysis which consists of data collection, data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study show that first, Kiai Muhammad Holid successfully implemented transformational leadership through the main elements of Bass\u27 (1999) theory which include: Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, and Individualized Consideration to all pesantren residents. Second, to realize Sufism-based entrepreneurial pesantren, Kiai Muhammad Holid formed an active entrepreneurial education system in formal instution and tasawuf amaliyah education in pesantren. Third, Kiai Muhammad Holid\u27s transformational leadership provides real effectiveness in increasing the commitment, involvement, and loyalty of educators and students in the boarding school.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan pertama, untuk mengeksplorasi serta menginterpretasikan implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional Kiai Muhammad Holid. Kedua, mengeksplorasi strategi kepemimpinan Kiai dalam proses transformasi dari pesantren tradisional menuju pesantren entrepreneur berbasis sufisme. Ketiga, mengeksplorasi efektivitas kepemimpinan transformasional kiai Muhammad Holid. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan jenis field research yang dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Abu Zairi Pakisan Tlogosari Bondowoso. Teknik pengumpulan data memanfaatkan dokumentasi, deep interview, dan observasi partisipasi pasif. Selanjutnya uji keabsahan data menggunakan ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi sumber dan teknik dengan mengadopsi analisis data model interaktif Miles, Huberman dan Saldana yang terdiri dari pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan/ Verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertama, Kiai Muhammad Holid berhasil menerapkan kepemimpinan transformasional melalui unsur-unsur utama dari teori Bass (1999) yang meliputi: Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, dan Individualized Consideration kepada seluruh warga pesantren. Kedua, untuk mewujudkan pesantren entrepreneur berbasis sufisme Kiai Muhammad Holid membentuk sistem pendidikan entrepreneur aktif di lembaga formal dan pendidikan tasawuf amaliyah di pesantren. Ketiga, Kepemimpinan transformasional Kiai Muhammad Holid memberikan efektifitas nyata dalam meningkatkan komitmen, keterlibatan, dan loyalitas pendidik dan santri di pondok pesantren.

No full textWe are from Renaissance Sdn. Bhd. proudly presents our newest product from our company which is LUCY. It is a supplement drink that were made out of pure glucose. What makes our product differs from others is that our raw materials comes from the durian and pineapple peels which basically is just a waste product from the fruit. Our target customers focuses mostly on daily consumers who usually doing vigorously activities and heavy workers. This drink will provide them enough energy for all day long and also control their sugar intake for the diabetics which makes them healthier and energize. Some of the existing energy or supplement drinks in the market right now does not highlight where do they get the raw materials from and mostly the raw materials such as sugar were come from their main source such as sugar cane. However, with our technology we can get sugar from an alternate source and maximize its usage and also minimize the waste product as possibly as we can. We are fully confident that our product can generate enough profit to our company and make our business feasible. This is due to introduction of our new intakes on supplement and energy drinks and make it to whole new level. Also, we were determined that our product will give a whole new idea on how waste products can be manipulated to be as a good resources and thus bring a whole new green technology to this industry

Marriage is a sacred bond prescribed in Islam to legalize the relationship between a man and a woman, as well as to ensure the continuation of human lineage in an orderly and dignified manner. It is not merely a social contract, but also an act of worship that carries spiritual, social, and legal implications (Al-Qaradawi, 1998). In Islam, marriage is seen as a means to preserve dignity, honor, and social harmony, as advocated by the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in his saying narrated `Abdullah: We were with the Prophet (ﷺ) while we were young and had no wealth. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "O young people! Whoever among you is able to marry, let him marry, for it helps him lower his gaze and guard his modesty (private parts from unlawful sexual acts) and whoever is not able to marry should fast, as fasting diminishes his sexual power." However, there are several emerging issues and points of confusion within the community regarding marriage, such as breach of contract to marry and marriage without consent of wali. A breach of contract to marry arises when an individual who has made a clear promise or engagement to marry fails to fulfil that promise without reasonable justification and marriage without consent of wali is a marriage that conducted without the approval or presence of a wali. Both issues must be taken seriously by the relevant authorities to prevent misunderstanding and uncertainty among the public

Bengkalis. Where every work process has implemented 5S work culture. 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso,
Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) is a work culture originating from Japan that is used by management in
efforts of order, efficiency, and discipline in work locations as well as improving the company's overall work. The purpose of this study was to see the lowest and highest proportion levels using the Fisbhone (causal) diagram. This research used descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to perform analysis, then testing the validity, reliability using the IBM Statistic Base 22.0 application. and Frequency Distribution manually. The results of the analysis of the implementation of 5S have not materialized well where the Seiri indicator only gets a response of 91.17%, the Seiton indicator only gets a response of 87.75%, the Seiso indicator only gets a response of 91.03%, the Seiketsu indicator only gets a response of 90.2%, and the Shitsuke indicator only got a response of 88.55%

No full textPrestasi belajar merupakan hasil yang diperoleh siswa apabila menunjukkan nilai-
nilai keberhasilan dalam belajarnya. Keberhasilan siswa dalam roses belajar mengajar dapat
dilihat dari nilai yang diperolehnya selama kurun waktu tertentu yang diberikan oleh guru
melalui penilaian yang telah ditetapkan, dan juga yang mempengaruhi perbandingan
prestasi belajar siswa adalah lingkungan sekitar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mendeskripsikan perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa Pendidikan Agama Islam antara siswa
yang menginap di asrama dan tidak menginap di asrama Pondok Pesantren Modern al-
Fur’an Kota Banjarmasin.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif,
penelitian kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang analisisnya menekankan pada data-data
numerikal (angka) yang diolah melalui data statistika. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 10
siswa yang menginap di asrama dan 10 siswa yang tidak menginap di asrama pada kelas
VIIdi Pondok Pesantren Al-Furqan Kota Banjarmasin. Sampel yang digunakan Purposive
Sampling, karena menggunakan teknik penentuan dengan pertimbangan tertentu.
Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan cara tes, observasi, wawancara, dan
dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul, dilakukan perhitungan statistik yang meliputi rata-
rata (mean), standard deviasi, variansi, uji normalitas, dan uji homogenitas. Selanjutnya,
dianalisis dengan teknik analisis statistik yaitu uji t atau uji U (Mann Whitney).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prestasi belajar kelas eksperimen dengan
rata-rata 91,00 berada pada kualifikasi “Amat Baik” dan kelas kontrol dengan nilai rata-rata
76,00 berada pada kualifikasi “Cukup”. Berdasarkan teknik analisis statistik yaitu uji U di
dapat nilai sig. 0,003< 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan pada data nilai prestasi belajar
peserta didik tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap
perbandingan prestasi belajar fiqh siswa kelas VII yang menginap dan tidak menginap di
pondok pesantren Modern Al-Furqan Kota Banjarmasin

The Modal Analysis methods used to determine early detection of structural steel damage.
The damaged and undamaged of structural steel are used to correlate between the wave
transmissibility. In this experiment, the steel plates with the different thickness are used as
the specimens and LMS Test Xpress software is utilized to analyze the signal capture.
Impact hammer and LMS SCADAS Mobile will be use as Data Acquisition system in this
experiment. The result of the experiment indicates that the changes in dynamic
characteristics such as natural frequencies are capable to distinguish the undamaged and
damaged of structural steel plate

The objective of this report is, we are able to propose an integrated report consisting of multi-disciplinary approach for maintenance management in RISDA building. We also should able to justify the relationship of various personnel in maintenance organization and practice the wide array of skills, knowledge and application necessary for successful completion of project and teamwork. This integrated final project is covering the scope of study the detail of the RISDA Building, the organization of maintenance management in RISDA, maintenance policy and planning, building design and technology design, condition assessment of the building, maintenance strategy, legal aspect, financial aspect and problem and recommendations of the RISDA building. The aim of the report is to learn how maintenance department of RISDA building manage their work, plan their maintenance work for every facilities that being provide in their building and learn how they manage and plan their financial based on their expenditure for every years.
