Design and fabrication of wheel pump sprayer / Muhammad Faizal Zultakhan
In the agricultural sector most, fanners use traditional ways to manage their crops. They use backpack sprayers and fuel operated sprays. This becomes time consuming, costly, and human fatigue is major concern, these problems can be overcome by using wheel pump sprayer. With this project, farmers no longer need to carry the sprayer tank on their back which can cause their back hurt and discomfort, users just need to push forward like they are using a trolly to use this project and then it will generate mechanically pump by the set of power transmission part by using shaft, bearings and set of sprockets. The process of spraying the poison will be faster with the nozzle in the middle, left and right because it can spray to the left and right areas at the same time. A wheel pump sprayer can have multiple nozzles that are strategically placed to ensure uniform distribution of pesticides or other chemicals. The multi-nozzle system can also help reduce pesticide wastage. The pesticide application mechanism in a wheel pump sprayer is designed to apply the pesticide directly to the target plant foliage, mechanism is generally designed to ensure that the pesticide is evenly distributed. The slider-crank mechanism is used in wheel pump sprayers to convert rotary motion into reciprocating motion to operate the pump. This mechanism ensures a continuous flow of pesticide at the required pressure and height. In other words, this project can help farmers reduce costs, reduce energy to pump sprayer tanks and save time. Additionally, the use of a wheel pump sprayer can help reduce the environmental impact of pesticide use by ensuring that the chemicals are applied only where they are needed and in the correct amounts
Fully jointed rack without the use of fasteners / Muhammad Faizal Musa
In this study, Blockboard has been used to produce the fully jointed rack without using any fasteners. The production of this product has been used cross lap joint that required good machining properties in order to get perfect surfaces. The jointing system is quiet difficult due to the angle that needs to be made and the product must be in triangle form. Blockboard has been used as a raw material to produce the product because it is light weight, cheap and has good machining properties. The product was determined as Do It Yourself (DIY) product because it is easy to assemble and easy to carry out. The results of the product that get it from correspondents shows that this product easy to assembled without using any fastener such as nail and screw and low in cost with high quality. Tajuk bagi projek yang akan dijalankan ini ialah GXEX1406 : Kemahiran berfikir dan berkomunikasi – Sistem pemarkahan. Sistem peemrkahan secara atas talian semakin luas digunakan pada masa pada masa ini. Banyak sistem dibangunkan sama ada untuk tujuan komersil atau penyelidikan di universiti. Sistem ini dapat mengurangkan sistem pemarkahan secara manual yang dipraktikan selama ini. Terdapat beberapa jenis sistem pemarkahan yang telah dikenal pasti dalam pengkajian antaranya yang melibatkan pemarkahan secara objektif, subjektif dan penilaian. Sistem yang dibangunkan ini merupakan sistem pemarkahan penilaian bagi pelajar yang mengambil kursus GXEX1406 (Thinking and Communication Skills). Sistem penilaian yang saya buat melibatkan penilaian akhir yang melibatkan empat borang kriteria iaitu “Group participation assessment”, “Planned presntation assessment”, “Impromptu presentation assessement” dan “Peer evaliution form”. Sistem ini akan memudahkan pengajar membuat penilaian prestasi pelajar dengan mengurangkan penggunaan papan kekunci. Skop sistem ini ialah menstruktur jawapan, membuat penilaian, penggredan dan analisis. Bagi setiap borang, terdapat beberapa kriteria yang perlu dibari penilaian. Setelah satu borang siap di beri penilaian, sistem akan mengira jumlah keseluruhan dan menghantar untuk penjumlahan keseluruhan markah. Keputusan akan disimpan di borang yang lain. Ini dapat memudahkan pensyarah membuat laporan dan analisa bagi kursus ini
Effect of graphene oxide on demulsification process of heavy crude oil emulsion / Muhammad Faizal Sahak
Emulsion is one of the common problem that occur in the oil and gas industry. From ages many researcher develop method like biological, chemical, electrical and mechanical way to overcome and treat the problem. Untreated emulsion can cause a lot of problem either in the production, transportation or in the refining Chemical demulsification is one of the famous method to separation of oil and water emulsion..The higher price of chemical used in the market industry create a potential study on the graphene oxide as a demulsifier. Recent study on Graphene oxide show ability to act as efficient demulsifier. The abundance and cheap price can be problem solver to the emulsion problem. The synthesis of graphene oxide created from raw graphite that undergo strong oxidation based on Hummer method. The categorization of sample can be determine by using FTIR and XRD test. FTIR used to detect common functional group especially on Graphene Oxide which is state to have an oxygen group like hydroxyl, carbonyl and alkoxyl. XRD was used as definite method to ensure the synthesis of graphene oxide was successful based on typical graphene oxide peak. The test for the efficiency study of graphene oxide as demulsifier can be divided in two part which is bottle test and Interfacial tension. The demulsification process efficiency of added graphene oxide can yield in the range of 99.87% to 99.98%. The reason can be supported by the interfacial tension reduction with increasing concentration of graphene oxide

In this research we want to focus on what factor determining the performance of the manufacturing company listed in Bursa Malaysia. We will be using ROA as indicator to measure the profitability of each of the manufacturing company in Malaysia. The first objective of this research is that we want to investigate the relationship between IV and DV in this case the DV is the profitability( ROA) and the possible IV are size, technology, age, capital structure, Tax, Capital ratio and advertising cost. The second objective is that we want to know which one of the possible IV mentioned is the most dominant towards the DV.
Time frame for this research is to be at ten years worth of data and the target company is the manufacturing company listed in Bursa Malaysia using panel data. The data are collected from Osiris and gather according to the availability of the data. The data are collected from year 2003 until 2012 which comply ten years worth of data from 53 selected manufacturing companies listed in Bursa Malaysi

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh tidak ada nya perkembangan pelaksanaan program Sistem Informasi Kepenghuluan Online Nan Canggih ( SI KONCANG) Dalam permudah pelayanan admininstratif di seluruh Kepenghuluan yang ada di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir khususnya di kepenghuluan bagan jawa yang diharapkan mampu mengupgrade pelayanan dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan yang mengikuti perkembangan zaman menjadi pelayanan administrative berbasis online dengan menggunakan mesin. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja kendala yang di alami pemerintah daerah dan dinas terkait karena program ini masih memiliki masalah di berbagai sektor, serta ingin melakukan monitoring evaluasi terkait pelaksanaan program SI KONCANG, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang memiliki 6 orang informan 2 diantara nya adalah informan kunci dan 4 orang lagi adalah informan pendukung dan dikumpulkan melalui metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan untuk mengukur keabsahan data triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah perlu memiliki komunikasi serta sosialisasi yang lebih baik baik kepada masyarakat, sumber daya manusia yang dipilih dalam menjalankan program masih kurang tepat, sikap disposisi juga harus lebih diperhatikan dan struktur birokrasi yang dibangun harus lebih terstruktur dan di bangun berdasarkan kepentingan kebijakan pelaksanaan program sistem kepenghuluan online nan canggih dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan berbasis online.

Analisis Saluran Drainase Kali Jenes Terhadap Banjir di Surakarta
Muhammad Faizal Ichsan, 2017.“Analisis Saluran Drainase Kali Jenes Terhadap Banjir di Kota Surakarta” Sepanjang aliran saluran Kali Jenes merupakan daerah yang sering mengalami genangan akibat banjir Kali Jenes setiap tahunnya. Banjir yang terdekat adalah banjir yang terjadi pada bulan Juni, November 2016 dan bulan Februari 2017. Penyebabnya adalah curah hujan tinggi yang mengakibatkan meluapnya Kali Jenes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis banjir di sepanjang aliran Kali Jenes dan mengevaluasi kapasitas sistem saluran drainase Kali Jenes. Data-data yang digunakan adalah curah hujan, peta DAS Kali Jenes, peta tata guna lahan,peta lokasi, peta drainase dan data pendukung berupa koordinat hulu dan hilir Kali Jenes. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis adalah metode deskriptif evaluatif metode ini diperoleh dengan cara mengevaluasi kondisi obyektif atau apa adanya pada suatu keadaan yang sedang menjadi obyek. Data kemudian dianalisis untuk memperoleh curah hujan rancangan dan debit banjir rencana. Sedangkan kapasitis eksisting saluran drainase dianalisis menggunakan program HEC-RAS 4.1.0. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa Kali Jenes eksisting tidak mampu menampung debit hujan kala ulang 10 tahun, 20 tahun, dan 50 tahun. Begitu juga debit banjir pada bulan Juni 2016 di sepanjang saluran Kali Jenes yang termasuk dalam hujan kala ulang 10 tahunan. Hal ini dikarenakan terdapat bagian saluran di hulu saluran yang mengalami peluapan air melebihi kapasitas saluran. Sehingga menyebabkan banjir di daerah aliran sepanjang Kali Jenes Surakarta.
