REFERENCES 33MasterSirtuins (SIRTs), NAD+-dependent, class III histone deacetylases, are important in cellular processes, including cellular apoptosis, metabolism, stress resistance, and genomic stability. Various liver defects are associated with SIRTs. Among 7 mammalian SIRTs, SIRTs 1–7, the nuclear SIRT1, the cytoplasmic SIRT2, and the mitochondrial SIRT3 are well-studied. However, the mitochondrial SIRT4 and SIRT5 and the nuclear SIRT6 and SIRT7 are relatively less studied. Recent data suggests that mitochondrial SIRTs protect against the development of age-related chronic diseases. SIRT4, an ADP-dependent NAD+ transferase, regulates insulin secretion, fatty acid oxidation, and other cellular metabolic functions, such as glutamine metabolism. Recently, SIRT4 was suggested to act as a tumor-suppressor and to involve in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Nonetheless, there is no conclusion yet on whether SIRT4 has either positive or negative impact on HCC. Since hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection can cause primary HCC, I investigated whether SIRT 4 has any role(s) on HBV replication, Among 2 isoforms of SIRT4, I focused on SIRT4 isoform 1 (SIRT4.1), a main isoform of SIRT4. SIRT4 was over-expressed in HBV replicating cells. I found that SIRT4.1 WT over-expression reduced HBV mRNA transcription, HBc protein level, core particle formation, replicative intermediate HBV DNA, also known as relaxed circular, double-stranded linear, and single-stranded DNA, synthesis in HBV replicating-HepG2 and -Huh7 cells. Additionally, I discovered that the endogenous SIRT4 level was increased in HBV replicating-HepG2 cells and the endogenous SIRT4 level was shown to be increased in biopsied HBV-associated HCC tumor tissues compared to adjacent non-tumor tissues. Furthermore unlike SIRT4.1 WT, the SIRT4.1 catalytically inactive H161Y mutant did not reduce HBV replication. I found that when overexpressed SIRT4.1 down-regulates HBV replication, AMPK, a known down-regulator of HBV replication, was activated. Moreover co-immunoprecipitation experiment reveals the interaction between SIRT4.1 and AMPK, suggesting that SIRT4.1 is involved in the restriction of HBV replication through an activation of AMPK. Even though further studies are required, our results can reveal a new approach of controlling hepatitis B on the molecular basis
Novel Materials for Semi-Transparent Organic Solar Cells

Organic semiconductors offer unique optical tunability and transparency, allowing customization for the absorption of specific optical spectra like near-infrared radiation. Through the molecular engineering of electron donors and acceptors, these materials can be optimized for targeted optical selectivity. This adaptability enables the development of efficient energy-harvesting devices tailored for specific spectral regions. Consequently, organic semiconductors present a promising avenue for specialized applications such as semi-transparent organic solar cells. This review offers a detailed summary of the latest developments in novel organic semiconductor materials, focusing on design principles and synthesis of materials in the context of semi-transparent organic solar cells. Optimization of molecular architecture, photovoltaic performance, and the optoelectronic properties of these materials has been explored, highlighting their potential for next-generation solar energy conversion

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis serta mengungkapkan penyajian akuntansi zakat, infaq dan shadaqoh (ZIS) pada lembaga amil zakat, infaq dan shadaqoh masjid paripurna lillah pekanbaru. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah yayasan masjid paripurna lillah pekanbaru. Riset ini menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa wawancara dan juga dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam penyajian laporan keuangan menurut PSAK 101 amil zakat harus menyajikan dana zakat, dana infaq, dana shadaqoh, dana amil dan dana non halal secara terpisah dalam neraca, namun dalam penyajian laporan keuangan yayasan masjid paripurna lillah pekanbaru hanya menyajikan laporan keuangan tentang penerimaan dan pengeluaran secara umum. Namun yayasan masjid paripurna lillah pekanbaru dalam membuat laporan keuangan masih belum sepenuhnya mengacuh pada PSAK 101. .

Warga emas wanita bukanlah golongan terpinggir yang tidak mempunyai peranan dalam pembangunan masyarakat Islam. Dalam Islam, warga ini mempunyai kedudukan, taraf tingkatan dan keistimewaan yang tinggi yang menjadi salah satu agen kejayaan keseluruhan sebuah masyarakat. A REVIEW OF THE ADVANCEMENTS OF ORGANIC SOLAR CELL TECHNOLOGY AND ITS INTEGRATION INTO PHOTOVOLTAIC APPLICATIONS
Organic solar cells provide benefits like transparent, cost-effective processing, and customizable light absorption properties. This review discusses challenges and recent strategies to improve the Power conversion efficiency of organic solar cells, such as bandgap tuning, molecular orbital alignment, active layer morphologies engineering, electron-donating and withdrawing group incorporation, side chain length engineering, the third additive insertion, and controlling of solubility of materials. The good transparency of organic solar cells makes them ideal for Greenhouse Integrated photovoltaic applications, which has been evaluated in this review. Explored strategies significantly impact performance parameters, such as optoelectronic properties, absorption spectrum, open circuit voltage, exciton dissociation, charge transport, molecular packing, solubility, phase separation, crystallinity, and nanoscale morphology, and device stability. An optimized organic solar cell is beneficial for specific applications. As the Near Infrared portion of the solar spectrum offers significant potential for maximizing the performance of organic solar cells, future research should focus on developing stable Near Infrared active materials. This advancement will enhance the efficiency of organic solar cells. While organic solar cells have achieved notable power conversion efficiency, long-term stability remains a significant challenge. When integrating organic solar cells with greenhouses, they must withstand harsh environmental conditions often found at agricultural sites, such as high temperatures, humidity, air, dust, and light. Ensuring stability under these conditions is crucial for the market penetration and widespread adoption of this technology
EVALUASI BUKU ILMU SHARAF UNTUK PEMULA KARYA ABU RAZIN DAN UMMI RAZIN DENGAN STANDAR YANG DITETAPKAN OLEH BADAN STANDAR NASIONAL PENDIDIKAN (BSNP) INDONESIA
Abstrak
Muhammad Azhar (2023): Evaluasi Buku Ilmu Sharaf Untuk Pemula Karya Abu Razin Dan Ummi Razin Dengan Standar Yang Ditetapkan Oleh Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) Indonesia.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah, menganalisis dan mengevaluasi seberapa jauh kesesuaian buku sharaf yang ditulis oleh Abu Razin Khoirul Umam bin Syahruddin Al Batawy dan Ummu Razin Lailatul Hidayah dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis analisis konten. Buku dianalisis berdasarkan instrumen penilaian buku menurut Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) Indonesia yang terdiri dari 4 Aspek penilaian, yaitu aspek materi, penyajian, bahasa dan kegrafikan. 4 aspek ini diuraikan menjadi 102 indikator. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa buku ilmu sharaf karya abu razin dan ummu razin ini memenuhi 100 indikator dari 4 standar yang ditetapkan oleh Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan (BSNP) Indonesia. Diperoleh 89 indikator pada level bagus sekali setara dengan 88 %, sembilan indikator dengan level bagus setara dengan 9 %, 1 indikator pada level cukup setara dengan 1 % dan 2 indikator pada level kurang sekali setara dengan 2 %. Dua indikator yang tidak terpenuhi ini adalah Glosarium dan Rangkuman di akhir bab pembahasan. Buku ilmu sharaf karya abu razin dan ummi razin memenuhi unsur kelayakan buku ajar yang baik dari aspek materi, bahasa, penyajian dan kegrafikan serta sangat layak digunakan untuk pengajaran ilmu sharaf bagi pemula.

The purpose of this research is to study on the Factors That Encourage Women to be an SME Entrepreneur in PKNS Complex Shah Alam. There are four factors that encourage women to be an SME entrepreneur in PKNS Complex Shah Alam. Those factors are exclusion / inequality, education, information and communication technology (ICT) and family support. The researcher set several objectives to be achieved in carrying out this study. In collecting data, the researcher used both primary and secondary data. The questionnaire was made to measure the reliability of the question that was distributed to all the respondents. Several techniques were used to analyze the data. The researcher studied the demographic profiles of the respondent and the researcher also made the frequency analysis on every variable. Then, mean analysis was made on the entire identified variable. Lastly, correlation analysis and regression analysis was made to determine the relationship between independent variables and dependent variable. From the findings, the reliability tests for all variables are acceptable for this research. The
independent variables which are exclusion / inequality, education, information and communication technology (ICT) and family support are significant. Two variables have
positive relationships which are exclusion / inequality and family support while another two variables have negative relationships which are education and information and
communication technology (ICT). The researcher made a conclusion about the study and several recommendations were put forward

Penggunaan baja pada masa sekarang ini sangatlah pesat, umumnya banyak digunakan\ud
untuk mengatasi alat-alat permesinan, konstruksi maupun pipa minyak atau gas.\ud
Peningkatan sifat-sifat fisis baja dapat dilakukan dengan proses pelapisan menggunakan\ud
metode electroplating. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan pengaruh variasi\ud
tegangan listrik dan lama waktu electroplating terhadap ketebalan pada baja karbon\ud
rendah dengan pelapisan krom. Manfaat dilakukan penelitian yaitu untuk mendapatkan\ud
informasi pengaruh tegangan listrik dan waktu terhadap ketebalan baja karbon rendah\ud
dengan pelapisan krom. Dalam kegiatan penelitian ini menggunakan baja karbon rendah\ud
yang dilapisi dengan menggunakan metode electroplating dengan variasi tegangan listrik\ud
2,4,6,8,10 volt serta lama waktu pelapisan 4, 8, dan 12 menit. Selanjutnya dilakukan\ud
pengujian ketebalan.\ud
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ketebalan lapisan krom keras pada\ud
tegangan 2,4,6,8,10 volt pada lama waktu, 4 menit: 29, 90, 48, 9, 55 ??m, lama waktu 8\ud
menit : 15, 143, 133, 81, 46 ??m. lama waktu 12: 46, 116, 171, 104, 27 ??m menit\ud
Kemudian dapat disimpulkan semakin lama proses electroplating maka akan semakin\ud
