    The purpose of this research is to find out and partialy and simultaneously prove the effect of digital banking and service performance on customer retention efforts. This study uses aquantitative approach. The data used in this study is primary data using multiple linear regression analysis, the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling or accidental sampling with 100 respondents. Based on simultaneous testing (Test F) also shows that the results of digital banking and service performance simultaneously heve a positive and significant effect on customer retention efforts

    This research examines the application of De Moivre's Law in determining the value of the contribution allowance for endowment life insurance using the Canadian method. Contribution allowance is very important for life insurance companies to meet claims arising in the current or future period. Insufficient contribution allowance can lead to financial risks, especially when claims submitted exceed predictions. This research aims to develop a contribution allowance calculation model using De Moivre's Law in the Canadian method, compare the results with calculations without using De Moivre's Law, and assess the financial implications for insurance companies. Data was taken from the Indonesian Mortality Table IV and processed using Microsoft Excel. The research results show that the Canadian method without De Moivre's Law produces a greater contribution allowance value in the early years, which provides financial benefits for the company

    Determining reserve for life insurance contributions has factors that influence it, such as contributions developed by participants and operational costs. Based on the financial services authority Number 71 of 2016, related to the company's financial health, one of which is that sharia insurance companies can make reserve for contributions. In this study, we discuss the calculation of the contribution of the initial value of return on investment which is sensitive and different calculations for the technical calculation of the contribution of sharia life insurance using the gross premium assessment method (GPV) by applying the Monte-Carlo simulation and using the vasicek model in calculating the discount factor so that with this method can recommend several possible contributions and contributions reserve from sharia life insurance products

    Artikel ini membahas peningkatan daya tarik konsumen  kaligrafi kertas pelagi dengan melakukan inovasi design yang dikelola oleh Sulistyawati, seorang mahasiswa di UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Kaligrafi kertas pelangi, yang menggabungkan warna- warna cerah dengan tulisan artistik, memiliki potensi besar tetapi menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran dan persaingan yang ketat di dunia seni. Melalui kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM), artikel ini mengusulkan strategi pemasaran berbasis desain visual, termasuk pembuatan logo merek dan pengelolaan media sosial yang efektif, khususnya di Instagram. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan wawancara untuk mengidentifikasi masalah pemasaran yang ada. Hasil dari pelaksanaan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam penjualan produk kaligrafi kertas pelangi. Dengan pendekatan pemasaran yang lebih terstruktur dan kreatif, diharapkan produk ini dapat lebih dikenal dan dihargai oleh masyarakat, terutama di kalangan generasi muda yang tertarik pada seni dan budaya
