Modifikasi Muffler Untuk Menurunkan Tingkat Kebisingan, Emisi Gas Buang CO dan HC

Kata Kunci : Modifikasi Muffler, Kebisingan, CO, HC.Modifikasi muffler adalah suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan pada konstruksi muffler dengan tujuan agar menghasilkan suara yang berbeda akibat dari peredaman gas buang hasil pembakaran yang akan mempengaruhi performa kerja mesin pada kendaraan bermotor.Penelitian ini bertujuan : (1) Menemukan pengaruh modifikasi muffler untuk menurunkan tingkat kebisingan. (2) Menemukan pengaruh modifikasi muffler untuk menurunkan kadar CO. (3) Menemukan pengaruh modifikasi muffler untuk menurunkan kadar HC.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis eksperimen dengan menggunakan tiga variabel. Dimana variabel bebasnya adalah variasi bahan muffler, yaitu: standart, muffler berbasis arang, muffler berbasis air dan muffler berbasis steel wool. Sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah tingkat kebisingan, dan masing-masing kadar kandungan CO dan HC pada gas buang diperoleh dengan menggunakan sound level meter dan gas analyzer . Data yang diambil mulai dari 1500 rpm hingga 4000 rpm dengan kenaikan 500 rpm, kemudian statistik parametrik dengan menggunakan metode one way anova digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dibantu oleh SPSS 18 untuk windows.Berdasarkan data variasi tingkat kebisingan muffler yang berbeda, perbedaan yang signifikan dari tingkat kebisingan/penyerapan antara muffler standard dan muffler berbasis air sehingga p = 0.002. Perbedaan yang signifikan antara muffler berbasis arang dan muffler berbasis air sehingga p = 0.005. Terakhir, perbedaan yang signifikan antara muffler berbasis steel wool dan muffler berbasis air sehingga p = 0.009, oleh karena itu, muffler berbasis air memiliki kemampuan menyerap suara terbaik di antara muffler berbasis lainnya. Di sisi lain, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan pada penyerapan kadar CO dan HC yang diperoleh antara semua jenis muffler, karena menurut perhitungan dengan menggunakan SPSS, nilai p =0,697 < 0,05 dan p = 0,603 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan untuk masing-masing kadar emisi gas buang CO dan HC
Studi Evaluasi Sistem Drainase di Kawasan Jalan Danau Toba Kelurahan Sawojajar Kota Malang Menggunakan Program EPA SWMM 5.1
Jalan Danau Toba merupakan jalan yang merupakan lokasi tempat tinggal, ruko, dan tempat usaha atau bekerja sehingga menyebabkan terancamnya pemukiman dan infrastruktur perekonomian serta terganggunya arus lalu lintas di wilayah tersebut, untuk mengatasi hal ini perlu dilakukan perencanaan sistem drainase dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya debit air hujan yang diterima pada drainase kawasan Jalan Danau Toba, untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dimensi saluran drainase yang dapat menerima debit limpasan kawasan Jalan Danau Toba, dan untuk pemodelan sistem drainase yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan program EPA SWMM 5.1.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengetahui desain saluran drainase dan kapasitas dari rencana saluran drainase tersebut. Tahapan penelitian ini antara lain pengumpulan data hidrologi, topografi dan data drainase eksisting di kawasan Jalan Danau Toba. Dilanjutkan dengan analisis hidrologi berupa analisis hujan rencana dan analisis hidrolika berupa kapasitas tampungan. Output dari analisis ini yaitu kapasitas tampungan saluran drainase harus lebih besar dibandingkan debit banjir rencana.
Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan besarnya curah hujan rancangan di Kelurahan Sawojajar dalam kala ulang 10 tahun yaitu sebesar 114,925 mm, ukuran dimensi tinggi x lebar saluran drainase maksimum adalah 1,5 m x 1,5 m, dan untuk ukuran dimensi tinggi x lebar saluran drainase minimum adalah 0,5 m x 1,16 m, serta hasil pemodelan EPA SWMM pada kawasan Jalan Danau Toba yaitu intensitas hujan tertinggi terjadi pada jam ke- 2 dan dimensi saluran drainase mampu menampung debit banjir rencana.

HUBUNGAN PENERAPAN PP NOMOR 71 TAHUN 2010 DENGAN AKUNTABILITAS KINERJA LAPORAN KEUANGAN DAERAH PADA SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KOTA BENGKULU

This research aims to find out the execution of government regulation Number 71 in 2010. The population in this research is the member of Finance in regional Secretariat Bengkulu. It used census as the sample collection method by choosing 15 person as the sample. The test results show that there is a relationship between the regulation of the Government No. 71 in 2010 with the accountability performance of financial report at regional Secretariat in Bengkulu. while the others is affected by other factors which are not examined by the author. Thus the hypothesis that the authors reveal that PP Number 71 in 2010 affect the accountability performance of financial statements in regional Secretariat in Bengkulu is proved
Examining Kyai Soleh Darat View of the Concept of Fasting in Tafsr FaiḠAl-RaḥmÄn FÄ« TarjamÄt TafsÄ«r KalÄm Al-MÄlik Al-DayyÄn
This study aims to examine the orientation of the Nusantara interpretation written by Kyai Soleh Darat with a focus on the problem, namely the concept of fasting in Tafsr FaiḠAl-RaḥmÄn. Kyai Saleh Darat\u27s tendency towards the field of Sufism, the author observes that the interpretation method used by Kyai Salih Darat tends to be esoteric (isyari\u27) this is what makes the interpretation of fasting according to Kyai Soleh Darat different from some other mufassir\u27s. The data collection technique in this article uses library research techniques with descriptive-analytical methods applied. The results of this article research found that the Kyai\u27s Sufistic interpretation. Salih Darat in the meaning of his isyari, especially in the context of fasting, is very strongly colored by al-GhazÄlÄ«\u27s thoughts in the book IḥyÄ\u27 \u27UlÅ«m ad-Dn. ANALYSIS OF SAR MAIN PARAMETERS FOR SAR SENSOR DESIGN ON LSA
LAPAN plans to conduct a flight test of LSA (LAPAN Surveillance Aircraft). LSA STEMME-S15 is capable of carrying sensor payloads up to 160 kg that are mounted on both sides of the wings with altitude between 400-2000 m. LSA can be designed to perform imaging by using optical sensors and SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar). Compared to imaging using optical sensors, SAR sensor has advantages such as it can operate all day and night, able to penetrate clouds, and able to see objects from side looking, while optical sensors generally see the object perpendicular to the ground. Therefore the use of SAR imaging technology can complement optical imaging technology. To design SAR system imagers on LSA, it is necessary to simulate the primary parameters SAR i.e. altitude and look angle of sensor, speed of LSA, SAR frequency and signals power shot to object to calculate the resolution of azimuth and ground range values that can be obtained. This SAR parameters simulation used MATLAB which have been designed with two approaches; the first approach where the SAR sensor is ideal and in which all the fundamental parameters (such as polarization, frequency, etc.) are used to generate the desired sensitivity and resolution of azimuth and ground range, and the second approach is where SAR sensor is designed in a limited antenna size (constraint case), with the assumption that the dimensions of the antenna and the average available power are fixed. The data used in this simulation is a pseudo-data obtained from LSA technical spesification and SAR sensor. The simulation results with the first approach shows that if LSA is flying at an altitude of 1000 m, with speed of 36.11 m/s, and SAR frequency of 5.3 GHz, then to get resolution of azimuth, slant range and ground range of 1 m, 1.2 m and 3 m, it is necessary to design the length and width of SAR antenna at 2 m and 13.5 cm, with look angle of 23.5 degrees. While the result of second approach simulation is that if LSA is flying on the same altitude and speed, on the same look angle and SAR frequency, with a particular design of antenna length and width of 2 m and 13.5 cm, then azimuth, slant range and ground range resolution of 1 m, 1.87 and 4.79 m will be obtained. Form both simulations, it can be concluded that limited SAR system on LSA, especially on the technical aspects of mounting and space as in the simulation with the second approach, will produce slightly lower slant range and ground range resolution when compared with SAR system in the first simulation. This shows that space limitation on LSA will affect decrease the value of spatial ground range resolution. The simulation results are expected to be inputs on designing SAR imaging system on LSA

RETORIKA DAKWAH GUS IN’AM DALAM MENYAMPAIKAN PEMIKIRAN KYAI SOLEH DARAT MELALUI KOPISODA SEMARANG
Gus In'am's rhetoric of Da'wah through KOPISODA Semarang is an activity to attract people's attention through his ability to speak, especially speaking in public by Gus In'am to create closeness between da'i and mad'u. Kyai Soleh Darat's thoughts were packaged by Gus In'am. The purpose of this study was to find out how Gus's preaching rhetoric was. The author uses a qualitative descriptive research method, using a cultural approach through the thoughts of Kyai Soleh Darat in his work using the Javanese Pegon script.
The results of the first study, have found a relationship between da'wah and local culture on the ethos dimension during the researcher. At the time of conveying the message Gus In'am was very expert and mastered the topic of the material in his discussion. when conveying the message, Gus In'am is a person who is honest, polite, humble, kind, interested, and good-looking. Even in the family realm, Gus In'am is also known as a responsible father figure. It can be seen that until now the Gus In'am family is very harmonious. Second, it has been found that all the keywords are understanding and the basic foundation for the logos dimension in Gus In'am's cultural da'wah. This can be seen in every time Gus In'am conveys his da'wah message, he always uses a communication style to leave an impression, relaxed, attentive, open, and friendly. context is sometimes high and sometimes low. In the context of the language style, Gus In'am always uses religious style and occasionally didactic style. While in the context of humor, using burlesque humor and strange behavior of the characters. Even in terms of nonverbal language, Gus In'am is always active in using his hand movements, his facial expressions tend to be happy, cheerful, calm, serious. Also his appearance is always wearing koko clothes, sometimes batik, or semi-coats. Always wear a hat, gloved, and sometimes turbaned. Third, it has been found the application of the relationship between da'wah and local culture, understanding, on the rhetoric of the pathos dimension. This can be seen in every utterance the message always touches the heart and emotions, invites, advises, motivates, and prohibits (hatred) to do things that are commanded and stay away in Islamic teachings. Fourth, from several representatives of the Kopisoda congregation's response to Gus In'am's rhetoric, all of them were positive. They feel happy, calm, and closer to Allah SWT.. Barriers in rhetoric are also found in preachers to package messages in a more modern way, Kopisoda is also in the organization system and honey to be more enthusiastic in da'wah activities
KAJIAN SEMIOTIKA PADA PUISI KARYA IMAN SOLEH SERTA PEMANFAATANNYA SEBAGAI RANCANGAN SUMBER BELAJAR PUISI BERBASIS WEBSITE
Puisi sebagai karya sastra memiliki tujuan untuk menggambarkan kehidupan dengan mengemukakan konflik dan emosi melalui sebuah larik. Tidak semua puisi memiliki gaya penulisan yang serupa, setiap puisi memiliki ciri khas tersendiri terutama bagi pengarang dalam menuliskan setiap larik pada puisinya. Puisi karya Iman Soleh menjadi menarik karena memiliki gaya selingkung yang berbeda dengan penulis puisi lainnya. Puisi karya Iman Soleh ditulis dengan menggunakan diksi yang memiliki makna mendalam, setiap puisi yang ditulis memiliki makna yang baik mengenai kesadaran untuk peduli dengan solidaritas kemanusiaan serta pelibatan bahasa daerah menjadi ciri khas pada puisinya. Oleh karena itu puisi-puisi ini perlu dikenalkan kepada masyarakat serta manfaatnya yang dapat dijadikan sebagai rancangan sumber belajar khususnya dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Namun, untuk mengetahui makna tersembunyi pada larik puisi perlu melalui kajian tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktural puisi dengan pendekatan semiotik Roland Barthes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kajian pustaka. Data diproses melalui tiga tahap yakni, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah puisi berjudul “Kenduri Tuhan” secara semiotik memiliki makna tentang kehidupan, spiritualitas, dan hubungan antara manusia dengan alam dan sesamanya. Puisi berjudul “Bukan Desa Kami” secara semiotik mengandung makna cerminan mendalam tentang perubahan budaya, ekonomi, dan lingkungan yang mengubah kehidupan masyarakat pedesaan secara menyeluruh. Puisi berjudul “Sembako” mengandung makna keragaman, kesatuan, dan koneksi antara manusia, alam, dan spiritualitas melalui penggunaan simbolisme yang kuat dan penekanan pada aspek-aspek alam dan kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain struktur semiotik terdapat pula kajian unsur lahir dan batin puisi yang dimanfaatkan menjadi rancangan sumber belajar puisi berbasis website.
Poetry as a literary work has the aim of describing life by expressing conflict and emotions through lines. Not all poems have the same writing style, each poem has its own characteristics, especially for the author in writing each line in his poem. Iman Soleh's poetry is interesting because it has a different literary style from other poetry writers. Poetry by Iman Soleh is written using diction that has deep meaning, every poem written has a good meaning regarding awareness of caring about human solidarity and the involvement of regional languages is a characteristic of his poetry. Therefore, these poems need to be introduced to the public and their benefits which can be used as learning resource designs, especially in learning Indonesian. However, to find out the hidden meaning in a line of poetry, it is necessary to go through certain studies. This research aims to analyze the structure of poetry using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. This research uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques in the form of a literature review. Data is processed through three stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of this research is a poem entitled "God's Feast" semiotically has a meaning about life, spirituality, and the relationship between humans and nature and each other. The poem entitled "Not Our Village" semiotically contains the meaning of a deep reflection on cultural, economic and environmental changes that have changed the lives of rural communities as a whole. The poem entitled "Sembako" contains the meaning of diversity, unity and connection between humans, nature and spirituality through the use of strong symbolism and emphasis on aspects of nature and everyday life. Apart from the semiotic structure, there is also a study of the inner and outer elements of poetry which are relevant to designing website-based poetry learning resources
Simulation of Direct Georeferencing for Geometric Systematic Correction on LSA Pushbroom Imager
LAPAN has developed remote sensing data collection by using a pushbroom linescan imager camera sensor mounted on LSA (Lapan Surveillance Aircraft). The position accuracy and orientation system for LSA applications are required for Direct Georeferencing and depend on the accuracy of off-the-shelf integrated GPS/inertial system, which used on the camera sensor. This research aims to give the accuracy requirement of Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) sensor and GPS to improve the accuracy of the measurement results using direct georeferencing technique. Simulations were performed to produce geodetic coordinates of longitude, latitude and altitude for each image pixel in the imager pushbroom one array detector, which has been geometrically corrected. The simulation results achieved measurement accuracies for mapping applications with Ground Sample Distance (GSD) or spatial resolution of 0,6 m of the IMU parameter (pitch, roll and yaw) errors about 0.1; 0.1; and 0.1 degree respectively, and the error of GPS parameters (longitude and latitude) about 0.00002 and 0.2 degree. The results are expected to be a reference for a systematic geometric correction to image data pushbroom linescan imager that would be obtained by using LSA spacecraft.p.71- 8
