    THE INFLUENCE OF CASHIER SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT TRAINING USING PYTHON IPYWIDGETS ON BASIC PROGRAMMING SKILLS

    This study aims to analyze the effect of cashier system development training using Python Ipywidgets on the basic programming skills of students at SMA PGRI Pekanbaru. A quantitative approach was applied using a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 40 students who completed the training and both pre-test and post-test sessions. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test based on core programming competency indicators. Results showed an increase in the average score from 46.75% to 64.63%, with a gain of 17.88%. Inferential statistical analysis using a paired sample t-test confirmed a statistically significant improvement (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that real project-based training supported by interactive media such as Ipywidgets effectively enhances students’ understanding of fundamental programming concepts and strengthens digital literacy at the secondary school level

    Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk menjawab permintaan dari mitra, yaitu SMKN 8 Pekanbaru. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada 30 Mei 2024 di Laboratorium Komputer Fakultas Ilmu Komputer Universitas Lancang Kuning dan dihadiri oleh 7 siswa serta 1 orang guru pendamping. Tema pengabdian ini adalah workshop desain grafis untuk membuat flayer menggunakan Canva, dengan tujuan agar siswa-siswi dapat membuat flayer secara mandiri sebagai peningkatan keterampilan mereka. Tools yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah komputer dan jaringan internet untuk mengakses website www.canva.com. Narasumber dalam workshop ini adalah dosen Fakultas Ilmu Komputer, Roki Hardianto, M.Kom, yang juga bertindak sebagai ketua tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup pengetahuan dasar tentang desain grafis dan penggunaan Canva, serta praktek membuat flayer dengan memanfaatkan fitur AI yang sudah terintegrasi pada Canva. Sebelum kegiatan dimulai, tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat menyebarkan angket daring untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan siswa-siswi tentang desain grafis dan Canva. Setelah kegiatan selesai, peserta diminta mengisi angket untuk mengukur tingkat pemahaman mereka terhadap materi dan praktek yang telah diberikan. Kegiatan ini juga dipublikasikan di portal berita agar masyarakat luas dapat mengetahui dan mendapatkan informasi. Selain itu, hasil kegiatan ini dipublikasikan dalam bentuk artikel di jurnal nasional terakreditasi

    This research conducted systematic literature observations on digital marketing strategies using the PRISMA diagram protocol to filter articles from the Scopus database. Research methods include data extraction, initial data collection, data inclusion, and answering research questions. Of the 200 articles registered in Scopus, 91 articles were selected for review. This research has three main questions: how is the evolution of digital marketing strategies, what is the impact, and what technologies or tools are used.The results show that the evolution of digital marketing strategies starts from the Web 1.0 to Web 4.0 Era, characterized by the internet, search engines, social media, mobile marketing, big data and analytics, as well as (AI) and machine learning. Digital marketing strategies have a significant impact on business decision making, improved performance, and reach through influencers. The most frequently used tools are SEO (15%), email marketing (20%), Google Analytics (34%), AI (21%), IoT (2%), and big data (8%)

Key components such as integrated technology, personalized customer engagement, and consistent brand messaging are analyzed for their role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. The findings reveal that successful omnichannel strategies require a deep understanding of consumer behavior, robust data analytics, and alignment between online and offline operations. Practical recommendations are provided to help businesses implement effective omnichannel frameworks, emphasizing the importance of technological integration and customer-centric approaches. This study contributes to the growing body of literature by synthesizing contemporary research and offering actionable insights for improving consumer experiences in a multi-channel environment

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi inovatif dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) serta bagaimana pengembangan kreativitas karyawan dapat digunakan sebagai kekuatan strategis untuk memperkuat organisasi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan praktisi HR, manajer organisasi, dan pakar pengembangan organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas karyawan merupakan aset penting dalam meningkatkan daya saing dan mendorong inovasi berkelanjutan di tengah dinamika bisnis yang semakin kompleks. Namun, banyak organisasi masih menghadapi hambatan dalam mengintegrasikan pendekatan kreatif, terutama karena budaya organisasi yang belum mendukung eksperimen dan sistem evaluasi yang konvensional. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pembentukan budaya organisasi yang aman secara psikologis, mendukung kegagalan sebagai bagian dari proses belajar, serta penerapan sistem penghargaan yang mendorong kontribusi inovatif. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan kreativitas harus menjadi bagian integral dari strategi manajemen SDM guna menciptakan ekosistem inovasi yang berkelanjutan dan memperkuat ketahanan organisasi dalam era disrupsi digital dan ekonomi kreatif

    Exploring the Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Mindsets and Business Success: Implications for Entrepreneurship Education

    Entrepreneurship is becoming an increasingly popular topic these days. Many people are interested in becoming an entrepreneur and developing their own business. However, not everyone has the ability to become a successful entrepreneur. There are several factors that can influence business success, one of which is having an entrepreneurial mindset. The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and business success and to discuss the implications for entrepreneurship education. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection techniques include listening and recording important information to conduct data analysis through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study shows that there is a positive relationship between entrepreneurial mindset and business success. Entrepreneurial mindset consists of five main dimensions namely opportunity orientation, innovativeness, proactiveness, self-confidence and risk tolerance. Entrepreneurs who have a strong entrepreneurial mindset are more likely to achieve success in their business. The study also suggests that teaching entrepreneurship should focus on developing entrepreneurial mindset to prepare students to become successful entrepreneurs in the future
